AIM IPO due Q1. Market cap just ÂŁ2.6M! Short term bagger+ IMO
Crazy valuation currentlyâŠ
- Sp 9.6p, ÂŁ3.37M Mcap
- NAV last calc 18.6p, likely 20p+ now
- ÂŁ2.6M due from Ascendant this year
- CEO recent TR1 up to 19.44%
- Large exposure to base & precious metals
- Liquidity events due 22/23
Trading at likely over a 50% discount to NAV and due to receive a lump sum equivalent to over 75% of the market cap!! Madness.
Only 1 trade after the RNS, small 10k sell. Agree it reads very well, funding for 6 months but with assays due in Jan, it should get a good run up, especially with the hotly expected Bassala results. Labola is fully funded by the partner up to $18M so no worries there, resource estimate upgrade expected to be significant in 2022.
Assays coming! Good time to buy, sitting on support at 12p on the chart.
With the initial Kalaka drilling programme now complete and the Bassala drilling underway, we can look forward to an exciting few weeks ahead of the assays.
In 2022 and upon the completion of the Moydow restructure, we look forward to a significant drilling programme at Labola and material expansion in the mineral resource estimate."
Few snippets:
New revenue stream âalready monetising for us through existing publishersâ
âVery bullish what it could do for us materially over the next 12 monthsâ

Closed at days high yesterday, selling has dramatically reduced, thinking maybe the brakes are off and the flippers are done.
Great interview yesterday, big year ahead and now fully funded. Push to 0.3âs before the week is out?
Chart shaping up beautifully. 1.1p target at the 200WMA
Richard Edwards appears to have popped up on the latest update of the register, I donât recall seeing a TR1 but it appears heâs holding 3.16% of the company.

Interesting RNS from BMN on Enerox today, not a huge amount given away but the reference to IES and their listing on AIM, then stating that Enerox are looking to follow the same script! Still all points to MUST IMO and the key link being Acacia.
Our first investment of US$5 million in Invinity played a critical role in establishing Invinity out of the merger of Avalon and RedT, and allowed it to access follow-on funding from the equity capital markets, establishing a leading VRFB player. In addition, to a healthy return from Bushveld's US$5 million investment, the success of the investment in Invinity is evidenced by its AIM listing with a healthy >US$150 million market capitalisation and a well-funded programme to scale up its production capacity to support a solid pipeline of announced VRFB projects.
Our investment in Enerox follows the same script of mobilising third-party financing to scale up manufacturing capacity and sales, while establishing a platform for collaboration in developing projects into which we will supply vanadium. The funding commitments of Enerox's shareholders are a strong vote of confidence in the potential and strategy of the company. We believe that this additional capital will place Enerox on the path to becoming a major player in the industry. It further cements VRFB technology in the rapidly growing stationary energy storage sector.
Looks clear to me.

I donât think weâre going to have to wait long for news...
The master plan for Enerox should be unveiled soon being BEâs VRFB manufacturer for the African battery-storage industry.
Contracts are due to be awarded this month so should know lots more by the end of March.
Company upping the PR, great to see:
