I think we have about 60-70m shares in issue between us all on here right?
We can send a letter to the Motif team with resolutions and a call got an EGM
If I were to start that ball rolling with the view to removing GL, CW and JG as directors would anyone be keen to help out?
I've got 2.7 million can go towards the figure
I have 1m to add to that. Is there a good way to try to retrieve unjustified bonuses and salaries too?
I am in with 3 million,
Can I suggest set up a Telegram group so we can keep in Touch just in case this gets put down,
Regards
740000 from me
What’s the full plan?
Plan:
1. Can somebody setup a telegram group or share an existing one
2. We all need to agree some resolutions
3. Resolutions and EGM proposal is sent to Motif
4. Await response
Ok…
This is a telegram link to join for Motif shareholders only.

The reason I feel we must do something is that this company is NOT dead and a long way from it.
Yes we might be removed from the stock exchange
But we still have assets, we still have tax benefits that another private company could use.
We could still all see some value from this.
Do you want the greed directors to reap any more from this business.
We need to take charge.
I would actually like to try and get genuine shareholders to have some sort of informal call and discuss putting in place one of us as a board observer or member.
The link gap should be filled with this..

Only 161k shares here but every little helps. :)
LSE doesn’t allow the link posted!
Can you remove the part of the e.g. for example google.com
And just tell us the bit at the end?
950,000 to add here.
I can't search for it either.
Is it private and what is the name?
Private..

3M here.........I'm in!
Can we all try and join telegram and if you cannot. We need to think of a way to verify shareholders and have a email chain.
We only need 5% which is about 30m shares right to call the meeting? Then the Company will need at their expense call a general meeting to ALL shareholders.
So please get onto Telegram and behind closed doors we can validate shareholders and then send in the letter.
They HAVE to respond and call the meeting
hasiba - can you please allow people to post and become an admin or something
currently nothing happening
They offered us the same price our shares were selling for in early 2020.
We had 100% of a company whose market cap was £350k shortly before suspension, and they wanted to exchange that for 3.6% of a company with a market cap of around £10m.
We also would've gained a share in the exciting new ADC assets while giving up most of the Iclaprim money-pit.
I'm not sure it was the directors' greed that screwed us here.
Maybe, maybe not.
However there is still value in a private business with assets and some huge tax benefits.
We could still see some money back here.
Worth a try no....
Still saying link expired
