I would just like to welcome the Amigo's back, all doom and gloom, There is only one thing I have to say to you Amigos, I was always taught by my POD father to buy when everybody else was ****ting their pants and to sell when people were buying in an explosion, Source: Professor Ludvig Van Klinkenhausen.

Yes the same product we entered into agreement with lamellar to trial iclaprim with.
Dummies = surmise. - Goddam autocorrect!!!!
Well it depends on if the company that wants to buy iclaprim also wants a stock market listing. To do an ipo costs between 400k and 600k currently then as we have assumed and even Midas will agree with this the baseline starting point for iclaprim would be £7m but I’m sure it would be hoped that they could do slightly more than merely covering the perfected security arrangement let’s say they try for £10m ??? to include the “other assets” that was mentioned in the rns. Now given the much rumoured suggestion that there is a play for Covid treatment amongst other uses here using the very same lamellarsome product that we have a agreement with them for. speed to market would be useful for a variety of reasons here and I haven’t event started to dummies the benefits of mgb pharma and lamellar both merging into mtfb !!!!! Now for the benefit of this theory let’s assume Hercules are happy to not just get their money back but are eager to be part of the new co along with other major investors ( worth noting invesco are invested in both by the way ) I’m pretty sure Hercules would entertain a new arrangement.
I know what the resident derampers are going to say and that is that there is absolutely no Covid 19 treatment application here it’s just rumours etc etc they just haven’t don’t the research that I have although you do have to do a lot of joint the dots along the way!
Exactly. Just buy it from Tamarack who have been busy trying to sell it this last couple of months.
Thanks Mark as much as I want to get my cash back I cannot see why buying Motif would be cheaper than buying the drug alone from the seller, I cannot see it being cheaper by buying the company itself, as any shell would do going forward, maybe I am simply getting paranoid but I cannot connect the dots in that if the drug is valuable why is the company needed unless you think it may be a cheaper way to acquire the drug by buying Motif..
Seeing as you liked that have a look at the latest major shareholder list.

Well done Mark, good link and good reading, I think a lot of people on here have lost a lot of money due to their personal investment choice and have a massive gripe, onwards and upwards mate.
Needsomecash, My only answer to your last post is the big boys are playing with this share, if myself and you had for example 1k each in this it means nothing to the big boys, this share is going to rocket IMHO
Yes I know it’s a year ago before the resident derampers jump on me but just to demonstrate the connection .....

They can’t buy it if of Hercules directly as they don’t own it motif own it and instructed Tamarrack associates to seek iclaprim and other assets. Hercules have a perfected security arrangement ( think of it as a mortgage of sorts ) Lamellar ( One of our new board appts connections) did have an agreement with Motif and that’s part of the joining of the dots that has been going on.
Curiosity if you sold 500 shares in Vod and added £300, so you sold them back in May 2018 and kept it under the mattress? 1280 invested. Am I right?
Thanks Lesmondo but that has not really answered what I was asking, If the Drug is worth a shed full of money why would the buyer not buy it off Hercules directly and Lombard Odier have sold about a quarter of their holding in the last week, thats why I cannot understand whats going on..
Hi must say I do agree with Steadydanny, I have shares in vod which have not been doing great lately, what you must remember this is the AIM, The way I look at it is, it is like walking into a casino but the rewards could be big, but only put in what you can afford to lose. IMHO
Hi Needsomecash, hope all is well and the family are safe and in good health.
With regards to your first question, iclaprim has been around for a long time and has been through a lot of hands, but still to this day as not been successful with the appropriate body's the main one being the FDA. but would just like to add it was not refused by the FDA, they just required more data on the Lfts.
With regards to the current CEO, He has been taken on board to overlook the RTO and drive it in the direction that suits the new company.
With regard to the share price falling, that is the MM's shaking the tree to get everybody to sell, then they will buy the shares at a cheap price, the MMs know what is going on here just when the name Lombard Odier is introduced and gets involved.
It was only 500 shares in VOD and I decided to throw the dice. and have since invested another £300 making a total invested to £1280 I feel foolish now but thought I might end up with a few grand,,
Why would you sell Vod to buy here. If you were left them then your benefactor left you something more stable. I think you have taken a very big gamble. I only hold on this with what I can lose. I have an average of .29, and have used this as a day trade share after thinking myself as a lth was untenable, as many others are. Wish you luck but trust your instincts when reading posts on here. The way some are written use vocabulary that seems they have more than one account and hold conversations with themselves. You'll figure it out.
Good evening all.
I am a new investor and this is only the second share I have owned, I was left shares in Vod and sold them to buy into this share the only consolation I have is it has suffered also in this recent crisis.
I spent lots of time over the long weekend reading everything I can about this company, all the company announcements and hundreds of posts on all the chat rooms.
Can someone answer these few questions without Ramping or Deramping the share.
Question 1: If the drug is valuable, why has no-one bought it off Hercules as it seems they holds the rights to it and all the IP.
Question 2: If the current CEO of Motif has connections with the possible take over companies are we sure he is batting for us in these negotiations especially if he is still a director or similar for the other company..
Question 3: Everything I have read about RTO's is that the private company must buy over 50% of the target company in the market, surely if that is the case why is the share price falling and the biggest holder is selling into the market.
I would have put question marks for these questions but every time I try to use that key other browser loads.
If you have serious answers please let me know but save the abuse as I really cannot handle it..
