I doubt it but I wonder if we will get to ask questions.
I highly doubt it but hey ho
Anyone excited....
Not sure what a Norwich Pharmacal Order is. But checking online it seems to be to stop web service providers from letting trolls make untruthful damaging comments repeatedly, unchecked by LSE for example. Could be wrong though.
We've all slated the bod over this deal. But at the end of the day that's our opinion, which just happens to be pretty much factual. What judge could doubt that when he examines the greed and arrogance of those who penned the deal.
Quaking in me boots I am.
GS
Yep just get it done one way or the other if we relist or not I don’t much care anymore :D
Nearly over. Are we all excited about tomorrows result?
Maybe undertake a Norwich Pharmacal Order?
It can be done either pre or post rto execution. Maybe someone is already on it?
Food for thought. ;-)
220/1 is worse than any scenario I imagined as well! I just want it over with tho and draw a line under this one. Arpida/Evolva Rto was 4/1 dilution ( the previous iclaprim rto ) so shows you what a bunch of crooks we are dealing with here.
Can anyone explain the massive variations in the warrents granted to the Current / Ex to be Directors .
Lumbsden , Williams and Wardhaugh are granted approx 267 thousand ( 267000 ) between the 3 of them for forfeiting their rights to combined salary / renumeration of $200000 ( 2 hundered thou ) yet Goldilocks is granted approx 2.1 million ( 2100000 ) for forfeiting his rights to a salary / renumertion / percieved bonuses of $500000 ( 5 hundred thou ) .
How can that be ? is it to be because he is being retained as a NED in the Newco ?
I am baffled by this - any one able to elaborate ?
This RTO is a complete disgrace. I’m not adding anything new but I’m furious with this “deal” . I bought in at 0.6 and never factored in 220/1 dilution as a possibility (way past me worst case scenario) . I’ve voted no to all resolutions albeit with only 300,000 shares. We’ve been had. I hope the RTO doesn’t happen that’s for sure.
Knowing this board I bet it’s probably 60p per minute to call that number. Straight into Goldies back burner
Totally agree. A deal is a deal and it’s a badge for the next go.
Unless they fail ! A lot on here think the Bod will be disgraced for their behaviour when in fact it makes them the go to people for terrible tricks on shareholders. It looks good on their cv not bad. But losing means they got caught and turned over so its this that stops them for future plots.
Looks like lucky strikes work is done here, they were defo part of a group to get us to vote yes... Over on ANG today posted 17 times!!! Anyway looks like it could actually be a slap in the face with a wet cod for the BOD here
I bet the board will be having an anxious weekend. I can handle loosing £10k but flip I would hate to think I could lose a few hundred grand
Hi Hasiba. I voted against as I was absolutely fuming when I read the proposed outcome and didn’t really calm down until last night. I was of the same opinion as most others on here in that I was prepared to lose the lot rather than let the directors fill their pockets. I won’t shed any tears at either outcome - I either get a bit back to see how the new company performs, invest elsewhere (SCLP) or I’ll lose the lot but so will the BoD. It’s all a learning curve.
Typo..
Saint…” I appreciate that the proposed deal is absolutely s..t Rosie but 97% down is better than 100% down. And yes I voted no against the consolidation.”
So why did you not vote yes to the consolidation?
I voted no as I am prepared to lose a few thousands rather than being mugged by lowlife individuals….and very satisfied to punish them by depriving the directors of their millions of gains..
It all depends what your priorities are…miserable money or dignity and happiness inside that you didn’t let them abuse you…
For me..f*ck them and I will be happier without this deal.
They will suffer far more than me…losing millions because of their shocking greed ..

So why did you not vote yes to the consolation?

Been posting on this share for far longer than you so you’re way off the mark there I’m afraid. Check my posting history before throwing out accusations. I’m not forgetting about the disparity as I hold 1.5m shares and am in the same boat as all others who hold. It’s a travesty the likes of Gold will do fine out of this.
Rosie - apology accepted. Thanks
97% is totally shafted but 100% is totally totally shafted. My take on it would be that if Gold was walking down the street in front on me and dropped £1500 (what I’ll get back) on the floor I’d pick it up not leave it and say out of principle I don’t want it.
Not sure that Iclaprim statement is true so would need to do some research around that. I agree that the BOD has totally shafted us and don’t care if people see my point but this is a BB and all points (within reason) should be debatable.
Saint I can see your logic but for the sake of 3% of £10k I would rather the BOD get jack diddly

Roobler - not sure how you can say that we lose it all is the medium case scenario. Taking principle out of the equation then surely something is better than nothing and who maybe in a few years we will get our original investment back.
I would have thought that if it does end with a no majority then that will be the end and no further deal will be forthcoming - as stated in the RNS. Hope I’m wrong.
