A bad day for our investment, but a great day for standing up for our rights as shareholders.
Well done to everyone for voting , which ever way you voted.
Hopefully we are seeing the tide turn against greedy BOD , Happening elsewhere , and now it's here.
All the best to you all..
Sharedealer….
This was never about money, that was clear the RTO details royally rogered everyone! I was quite happy to lose my possible £200, at the end of the day where can you tell board of directors you have been shambolic and this is my way of telling you straight! The cost of a trip to an AGM would have been more!! But this is without doubt as satisfying a conclusion we could have achieved. These fools will now been known for this crock for much longer than I will remember the money I lost. Who is going want a director that stabbed their shareholders in the front not back then wanted a sweetener deal for themselves! Steak and bubbly for me tonight!
I am up for voting in the SAG too. The BoD's, especially oink oink greedy-bolox, needs to be removed and replaced as soon as possible to secure the prospects and our remaining investment in Iclaprim.
The greedy piggies have had their last feed from Motif, but it is such a shame about BVX who are obviously the biggest losers in this whole disgusting affair. Mind you they must have been at the table when the 220:1 and 1:2 numbers were crunched?? I bet they all had a laugh over their G&T's afterwards too!
I'll be toasting my fellow NO voters tonight with a beer.
That's s hood shout. We need a telegram group
Yeah you will sell all your shares and they will pull off a stonking deal with the candidate haha
May be offered to trade the shares…assets match.
We all made our choices in buying into MTFB and also on voting against the RTO. Some people need to accept their own bad decisions and not abuse others when they don't get their own way.
Can someone start a telegram group ?

....................... or you could say that people have taken a stand on 'Principle'.....
......... or is that a concept beyond your comprehension.........
..........there are always two sides to every coin !!..........
;-)) GLA
I don't care.... Scotland's now 2-0 down :-))
Just thinking, but when the company delists shortly this BB may well be taken down. We might need a back-up site of some kind to share views on.
Magtird yes always far better to cut your nose off to spite your face and end up with nothing........

"Any shares people held are now next to worthless."
Well, my holding in Motif has been showing as £0 value for so long now on HL, that it will make no difference going forward !!!
But, at least we have the satisfaction of knowing we have stopped BVX from 'stealing' the Motif shell for peanuts and also stopping the BOD from lining their pockets at PI's expense!!!

@Rooblertwo as a shareholder who still holds more than you do in this company and has been invested far earlier than you do Ill do what I like!
Unlike you I am fully aware of what has happened today and what the consequences are!
By all means do what you need to do, but this will annoy you even more 'IF' and the odds on this are around 1000/1 you do get a new deal. You will be doing all that work for me too! Put that in your pipe and as they say smoke it!
Ah ok, understood.
Tried to contact Wallbrook about this. Who can call the EGM, we need 5% of shareholders to vote it and somebody needs to count the number of votes.
Happy to help but first we need the relevant Co. to help us
@Sharedealer2019 do us a favour then and disappear and leave us to it.
Thank you, goodbye
As I said vote done, deal dead company will be delisted and company will be closed as funds are nearly up. The remaining interest in Iclaprim will be sold in a firesale for pennies in the pound by the administrators.
Sharedealer - I think when most people say renegotiate or whatever - they basically mean the directors - or more specifically - Gold takes less of the PIe and distributes it accordingly - Hardly difficult .
So a deal goes teats up just for the greed of one person - someone needs to pull him aside .
Least thats the way I see it
Fantastic result! The Company will now operate as a private unlisted company, like any other, and retains its residual interest in Iclaprim.
Surely we now need to get organised? A shareholders action group could be a first step, including, hopefully, the larger shareholders. We need to vote off the existing BoD, before they do further damage. My guess is that they may try to walk off with our residual interest in Iclaprim, in lieu of what they may regard as fees owed. They need to go, pronto, and we should nominate our own officers, via an EGM.
Just suggestions.........
14% sorry
Development Bank of Wales own 23% of BiVictriX
If I could talk to them and see if this is going to fall apart over the greed of the Motif Board could a better deal not be made?
We have enough investors on here to vote a better deal through
eh?
This is not a joke and I am trying to figure out how to do this but here goes.
I have an EIS investment in an early stage education platform that has received funding from Development Bank of Wales.
The CEO and I talk frequently and has just advised he could make an intro.
If I were to go down this route and approach the candidates biggest investor would anyone want me to represent their vote if I could talk to them?
We could turn our vote into a Yes
Then why are people saying 'lets renegotiate', 'lets get a new board in', 'lets salvage something'.
Voters voted and there are now scraps. People should realise there is now no monies here, no deal and no future.
Any shares people held are now next to worthless.
Sorry for being blunt but once that reality sets in for people the better.
