Yes, Mosman have arranged a farm-out. It will cost millions to get to the drilling stage. But the upside is really massive. With regards to Falcon-1, gas is also expected. So it should be interesting.
agree SS
Texas can and will improve the balance sheet as time and wells progress
now moving up in WI's
but as you say Amadeus could transform the company with a single high
impact well
Baja Alliance can look after the USA side for Mosman (including our man Howard) and the real proof of that is with the Falcon drill as reliant on Baja Analysis of that well.
John and Andy can focus in on the Oz side where the potential in Amadeus is huge, rather they focus on that and that the Alliance comes good with Baja in the USA, win win for Mosman Shareholders.
How much do you think the market would value a company that could within a year could make at least $1 Million Dollars profit irrespective of anything else.
Then put on top of that Asset Values in producing sites in the USA, Huge potential in Oz with one signed up JV partner and one huge potential deal in the future. Also need to consider possibility of other drills to extend the production even more.
Costs obviously have to be considered in the valuation but not for the current financial year as the biggest cost will be taken in shares and warrants by the BOD instead of monetary amounts when approved by the shareholders.
So what is the value of a Company on AIM with near term real possibility of being Corporate Profitable, Producing Assets in the USA and huge potential in OZ.
The share price imho is really a joke at this level I sincerely hope on the announcement of Falcon TD and confirmation of multi-pay or oil zones then further to actual numbers, this gets the re-rate it deserves,
Warrants can hold back briefly because volume on news days like Falcon-1 should blow them away.
GLA out time is coming the naysayers will soon be slayed, lol
not giving a rats vice now
lol
the only thing holding it back is the placing and warrants, same on every AIM share in
history, raise funder (not investor) dumps for quick safe profits now giving a rats about
the company only their planned exit and profit margin
If the company soars/spikes they make even more profit as they sell it back down to clear
their overhang to the share
placing 0.15 shares should be about clear and next stop after a spike 10-20% trading range
above to clear the next lot warrants at 0.23p when there gone
unless hit by another immediate placing free to move higher with no overhang to hold us
back , then we call all bring out the elongated B and ending in M words lol
Oil also holding nicely around $40.
Steadily msmn sp going up and warrants being excercised means more money into msmn pockets to drill another or two wells with no placing needed. If they manage to sell Welch, then game on. I think that will be the inflexion point for msmn strategy to become profitable.
Depth has little to do with anything in Oil and Gas its seals ,strata, size of reservoir
about biggest onshore in history was from 582ft 60,000+ bopd yes that's thousands
that's why you never know until its drilled
could be a complete surprise like this one was
Nobel Brothers No. 25, which blew out at Balakhani field, Baku in 1883 at 500,000 *poods of oil daily
(60,000 BOPD) from a depth of 582 feet.
(poods an old soviet weight measurement)
The management are very excited about this well, not just because we got 50% interest, it is being drilled to 7000feet not like the Stanley wells that are 5000 feet. And they are testing a lot more different zones, I think that estimate of 40-50 net Will be for a very bad result. Imho,
Management expectations for falcon 1 are around 40-50 net to the company. If achieved it is very good result. Payback of well completion within one year. Fingers crossed falcon is a success.
