CEO mentioned Acast as closest competitor which numbers are publish as Acast is listed. Acast Mcap is USD241m and their annual revenue is around USD118m.
Boom (mcap GBP108m, Annual revenue expected to be around USD80m) . gla
These must be MM taking them from placees and selling throughout the day to new entrants?! Churning might take few more days and then free to go and after cpr P2 reserves are booked on balance sheet, share price will reflect it. Gla
CLN holders are typically risk averse financiers. Last placing they even required for EME to be able to raise on market above £3m and only then CLN financiers are ok to provide £4m. As there is a condition in place of 10% which is what they would like to have as a return on their £4m, they will convert until that profit target is achieved. They might easily leave some unconverted until after TD if they already reached £4.4m as they are converting at much higher levels than 8.8p. Hence I don't expect CLN holders to fully convert into 50m shares before TD. gla
Anyone saw board speaking about plans for their share of Duyung field? I cannot find anything about immediate plans that EME has after GSAs are signed.
I think I saw somewhere Tom’s saying we are exploration company and not development as these require different set of skills. IMO If Jade hits oil and flow tests prove Jade as commercial discovery then it will be a nice target for majors who are already in the area and in cooperation with cnooc to take majority of 49% if not all and get potentially huge upside with other two prospects and oil market is good.

Good project with attractive BFS will get western funds with an ease, even if in Kazakhstan.

It touches on Kazakhstan view on their stance and also explains why they are of different view to Russia even though Russia did help with troops back in January.
Added. I read somewhere few days back that Kazakh president/Kazakhstan does not recognize two Ukranian regions as independent republics and they are not sending their troops to assist Russia which was welcomed by US... also I think they haven't closed their airspace to any western flight companies.. gla
Hi,
Was looking to buy into gold explorer in a safe jurisdiction and came across Cobra. Now with REM in place on top of gold it makes it much more attractive for institutional investors who look for 'greener' mining.
Is it safe to assume that most likely first news will come from '550 samples from 14 holes at Baggy Green that will test the southern continuity of the mineralization intercepted at Clarke'? If these samples will be showing economical potential then it will derisk further for me and buy more. gla, thanks.
Thanks for that highstakes.
haha like me. First lot in and mainly on basis of industry recovering and possible low offer ( e.g. £4-5 per share) from any competitor. gla
Has anyone seen any forecast for EPS? or aware of what management expectations were for earning for YE? Thanks
Exactly, it is in COSL (aka CNOOC) hands 100%.
MOrning all, somebody mentioned that plan is being reviewed and will be shared with market next week. Previously to that we had interviews that told us now about an accelerated development plan of Anchois field. 'new company' as Adonis said, mandates 'new plan' and could mean delaying other plans to focus more on Anchois. That would be agreed with the Mou oil partner. No doubt. I do support the idea of accelerated development plan even if it takes another placing for that next accelerated development. Imo. I bought in at 11p and 12p. Would expect placing to be between 9p-10p. perfectly fine with me. I keep reminding myself of Cove story and their placings to grow from $100m to £1.6b bought out price for 4-5 tcf gas. gla
thanks Perspicacity, exciting couple of months ahead.
Laboratory tests will be back, upgraded audited reserves, update on development plan which will have to be agreed and 'approved' by this JV partner and with Morocco government (formality). Followed by formal JV announcement.
Question is how much will partner be ready to pay for 37,5%, further derisked satellites zones in the license in addition to past exploration costs. I assume Chariot will want to keep at least half (37.5%) of the license as banks are willing to lend for development phase until first revenues.
