142 buy
Ditto, I topped up at 150 last week and as per normal starts to fall.
I bought in at 155p as thought the only way is up , to then find i bought at the top before the drop , same old same old. Hope it doesn't drop below 140p. How long before we see a rise again?
It might but short term is pretty ugly. The only winners right now are gkn, no real returns here since 2016. Market cap was £4.5bn pre gkn. Lots of upside potential given only part of nortek was sold.
it will reach £2
I picked up a tranche in the 140's and will add more if we drop lower in the run up to results on 3rd of March.
Hyundai are seeing signs that the chip shortage will alleviate from Q2.
Covid looking like we are learning to live with it.
I see a strong recovery for the automotive and aerospace sectors in the next few years.
The restructuring plans are implemented, the debt is under control and the pension deficit cleared.
Management own around 0.8% of the shares
Good strong management never goes out of fashion.
Over a 2-5 year horizon I can see a good return here.
If results beat expectations MRO will rise fast.
..
blimey its quiet here.
they're even
British Gas owner Centrica PLC (LSE:CNA), Melrose Industries PLC (LSE:MRO), Hyundai and Kia have all invested in a fundraising round by a pioneering UK clean hydrogen producer, HiiROC Limited.

Lmao fatprofits... Can't believe you're moaning about moaning.
Totally agree, I have made some handsome profit and back in again today for some ridiculous cheap price today!!
unbelievable,
Melrose has produced incredible returns over a multi year timeframe
and if you bought at the wrong time or price, guess what - that's down to you.
Freddie 2 here's hoping.
I hope that the next time the management have a bright idea of giving a gift (lol) to shareholders they just write a cheque and nothing fancy roundabout way.
I'm hoping the value increases soon and I'm in the green unlike many others on here. The company itself is on solid foundations and I'm thinking a takeover offer may well be in the pipeline.
Dyor.
Fully understand your frustration , i think we all lost out ( but had no choice unless sell out ) expected sp to rise a bit more though to keep the value of the company the same as it was before “our gift”
Hi Fusiontech - it may be described as a dividend on the HL app but not on Melrose's website (investor relations) or in any of the comms I received.
