Publication schortly after
A five (5) working day on and half of my investment shall hit my account. With or without the courts meeting? If the meeting took place the day the increase was announced? Sure there is a public announcement imminent schorten after, not on the take over panel, though.
...the Monitise board's belief that were the acquisition not to take place, the board would need to consider raising further capital, divesting businesses, and the revising the overall strategy of the group; If WE do not succeed, we take Fiserv on board with a 50% stake injection. Tick. If WE do not succeed, we liquidate since banks do not want our products and other units fail in success also according to the latest Trading update. Tick Bring business to auction, LC. Sell the vehicle plc along with the cfw loss worth 0,15p £ alone.
Im not sure I'm feeling it
Might just go long on a pullback. They're sure in the right place at the right time.
Enjoy a day or two::)
Not really Fanti ! I 'll take a hit on this one unless a stalking horse arrives !
Dear Investor, Corporate Action – Monitise Plc - Scheme of Arrangement Under the terms of the Increased and Final Offer, each Monitise Shareholder will be entitled to receive: 3.1 pence in cash for each Monitise Plc share held. So no worries. You will get paid. On the above you will receive £XXXXXX for your holding. Proceeds are expected to be paid by 16 August 2017. Be happy. $$$$. Happy now? No need now to tell you what day and time the courts meeting will rule out on the companies concern and its proceeds. Sure, your previous vote is recorded and in safe hands. We may have postponed the meeting the day we averaged the NO - go's in number bc we do not mean to fail. Fiserv shall not fail and I will not blame myself, you understand. And though holdings and possessions sharewise in millions may have shifted since, no need to vote once again. Nowadays updates are available instantly and NO votes for a 100 will apply for a 1,000, of course. Well, I'm sorry. I do not mean to puzzle you. Take a deep breath and rest. You contributed already a lot supporting with your voting in the first place. Thxxxxxxx so far.
This is now the only hope for we rejected shareholders ! Whom could that be ? Well we have to rule out Santander and Visa Inc. as they have both signed up to the Vichy agreement ! Maybe IBM ? Crazy, if they don't IMHO ! Loads of other big guns as well ; but where are they ?
Has this gone through or are we still waiting to find out
Thanks ask.
.. The proceeds are expected to be paid by 16 August 2017... And the courts Meeting and AGM are meant to take place DDMMJJ @ ? o'clock?
Having looked closely at the takeover document there was a confidentiality agreement signed on 1st Jan 2017 between Fiserv and the BOD ( see below), If you look back to the RNS 2049T dated 3rd Jan 2017 ref denial of sale of the Americas business unit, and then Monitise's ao say commitment to the business Unit. Its obvious that someone was onto this deal back in January that was then put down in the RNS subsequently trolls like Valuehunter etc talk the company down incessantly for 6 months on messaging boards. Mmmm Very suspicious behaviour don't you think???? Confidentiality Agreement Fiserv entered into discussions with Monitise with a view to securing a FINkit licencing and distribution agreement, potentially combined with a capital investment in Monitise. It was in the context of those discussions that Fiserv and Monitise entered into a confidentiality agreement dated 1 January 2017 (the "Confidentiality Agreement"). It is this Confidentiality Agreement that has continued to bind the parties with respect to their discussions and the information exchanged between them. Pursuant to the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement, Fiserv has undertaken to keep confidential information relating to Monitise and not to disclose it to third parties (other than to permitted disclosees) unless required by law or regulation. These confidentiality obligations shall remain in force for a period of 24 months from the date of the Confidentiality Agreement. The Confidentiality Agreement further includes customary non-solicitation provisions.
Instead of selling out at this ridiculously low price, it would be better if another company invested in Monitise, kicked out the BoD and turned this into the winner it should have been. The BoD owe it to shareholders facing huge losses not to sell out cheap, but find an investor.
I would take that statement to be that they fought and this is what was offered. They didn't confirm they would vote for it and by not voting at all, they would basically be voting against. They don't have much else they can do at the moment in regards to forcing Fiservs hand any further. Do not fall for the fear mongering. That tells you everything you need to know. Just vote with your conscience, which for everyone that has any real knowledge of this company, means vote NO.
I am really surprised by the initial statement from Cavendish after the first offer basically saying it was a **** take have now rolled over and implied they are giving up and will accept 3.1p. something isn't right and smells fishy
I've already voted NO and will not change my vote!
It's a big no from me. Only got 4million shares but I want to se the BOD sacked for gross mismanagement of company assets and making misleading statements in annual reports as to the state of progress e.g. Last years trading update. And for (as Cavendish said) "selling shareholders down the river"!!!
My HL account had the corporate action loaded, but I had to call Shareprice and have a moan as they said they would vote for me on "best endevours".
every UK share holder can vote, you should contact your broker, I am with halifax and they completed the forms for me on my behalf.
I never even received anything to vote, maybe i dont have enough shares

dont worry Taken, if you already voted you dont need to d anything unless you want to change your vote. if it remains the same the original vote will still count in the AGM and court hearing, no need to do anything.
email, I don't know what's happening. I voted NO on my Hargreaves trading account first time, there was a button to click on the right of the holding but that's disappeared now so maybe we don't get a chance to vote this time.
i GOT the email reported below from my broker... Does it mean this is it?... Or there is still a chance of a general meeting and vote against?....
