£1 and I'll be morgage free
I'll says 10x current value when out of suspension as my guess
There was a 200% ish increase on the lifting of previous suspension. I appreciate it was a different entity then. But there must of been whispers in the market at the time for the Sp to hold as long as it did.
Price speculation makes me nervous. It will just start trading again with no notice making it difficult sell until news arrives and it settles.
That's my feeling. Slice then hold long.

Its crazy to think that 50p+ only gets LTH their money back and first time investors like #VELA , however it would be massive for anyone that bought at the lows a few months ago
being the main people to benefit from any of this is JR and mates i think he and us will do VERY well from all this
5p ? Recoup half
10p ? Recoup all
20p ?booking a holiday
50p plus leaving the wife Christmas come early its vary possible hope all LTH get lucky just hope we are not waiting for ever before something happens
Warrington Borough Council owns 33% of Redwood Bank:
“While this proposal is still subject to substantial legal and financial regulations, we believe it could provide a positive step forward for Redwood Bank. The bank continues to perform well despite the depressed banking market, and these proposals could enable it to generate extra capital at no additional cost to the council.”

Between him and his mates etc account for around 1/2+ all shares in issue
Do you think he will give himself a good deal..... hmmm let me think
It looks like Banksy is back!
Agree with the consolidation point of view. They need cash to equire another company and its assets. Hence the listing via RTO. This does indicate the desire for growth. Growth equals revenue, revenue - profit in the long term.

UKSPAC RTO'd into Hellenic.
The share price returned at a lower price to when it was suspended.
Those of you who think MODE shares will be worth 50p need to look at other examples. The only way 50p is achieved here is via a share consolidation (which does not do anything for shareholder returns, it just means 1m shares become 10, same overall mcap)
I am happy to hear of any examples where shareholders in a dead and burried business all of a sudden 25 bag following an RTO, but i doubt there are any
Redwood was valued at around 200mil a few years ago while making a loss.. they are now profitable and growing, hard to say with the terms. However JR main holder in R8/mode he benefits the most. He is the founder of Redwood but setup with alot of others he benefits the most with R8 getting a good deal just like us
Over a billion market cap seems alot at this stage.
10 -20p on suspension lifting.

They think the business is only worth 50% dilution of total shares in soo 200m shares and 50p
That's how I see things let's hope that's exactly what happens,I am not banking on anything as usually it does the opposite.Anyone else think something different,Anyone know when this might all happen? If this comes back 50p plus I will be absolutely stunned fingers crossed
That will happen is 🎒
50m cash injection for the business I can see this set at 50p to £1 in over the market agreed pricing
Things keep looking better and better. Excited to see this play out.
Very positive 👍
"This transaction will facilitate a significant change of pace for the award-winning bank as it aims to increase scale using future capital raises to increase lending capacity, as well as examining the opportunities for diversification into providing finance in adjacent asset classes."

This history is repeated

The good thing about this is anything is possible as it stands the only thing nearly sure is it will go up how much is down to JR as he controls both and he was / is also incharge of 400mil? Investment machine in USA, so he has ALOT of contacts and rich mates. As the say follow the money
If this goes up 10x I'll be happy - if it goes up 20x I'll be ecstatic.
However I cant see it happening if I am honest - rising yes, sky rocketing no
I really hope I'm wrong and we get a significant win from this, that is why I'm here.
If the UK can host the next crypto on/off ramp bank to replace the hole that Silvergate left that could be big.
