RE: Omar last year...4 May 2026 12:52
Everyone’s looking at this like it’s already dead, but that assumes nothing changes — and clearly something is changing.
The TR1 + GM requisition isn’t random. didn’t build a 6% stake just to watch it go into admin. He’s actively trying to replace the board — that tells you he sees value worth fighting for.
Strip it back:
• The tech/IP still exists
• The listing still exists (AIM shell value is real)
• The problem historically has been execution, not the concept
If Omar gets control, this stops being a wind-down story and becomes a turnaround / rebuild play.
People forget — you don’t need this to go back to its old highs. Even a modest reset:
- Lean cost base
- Focused commercial strategy
- 1–2 meaningful contracts
…suddenly you’re not looking at a £400k mcap situation anymore.
Realistically:
- Base case (no change) = poor outcome
- Change of control = completely different equation
This is now about who runs it, not what it was.
High risk? Obviously.
Dead cert zero? Not if control flips.
That’s why this is still interesting from here.
