yep ..looking good for 70-100p in 12-18 months i think..
I agree, I think the management have done a great job and Malvern is sitting in the perfect place as other companies are faltering. We must remember that as COVID his Malvern was sitting at greater than 70p equivalent. The company are sorting out the finances and are looking likely to be back in profit next year.
I think it was significant today that we didn't have the usual Friday afternoon sales, we just need some of the bigger investors to start looking towards Malvern as some of the other investments start to look poor.
I’m sure we have now crossed the inflection point. The management is doing a great job, and their confidence is underpinned by their willingness to keep on buying more shares. Let’s hope next week it’s going to be a continuation of this current trend with more buyers piling in.
Could we smash £1 next year? I hope so, lol.
Looking good<>happy smiley face
Looking good ??.
super price action...
RNS confirming CLN conversions....hope the selling wont take it much below 8p. As this is the last of the CLNs, lets hope we wont need any of these in future. GLA
Good Lord, yes! 83.88k - I'm guessing that "unknown" trade will almost certainly be a buy otherwise, the SP would surely have come crashing down by the end of trading, Friday. Can't wait to see what a difference that will make to this coming week's bartering. (Please, God let it be a buy).
Huge trade on 3rd Nov. Hopefully some of the 150k CLN due by end december is been cleared. GLA
Yep can only buy at the moment, then again who would want to sell when these are at all time low and with RNS yesterday are turning the corner big time.
This is an action which is not yet settled so, if like me you woke up this morning to find enough money in your account to buy a couple of houses then yes, it IS too good to be true. You will not be able to trade until this action is settled.
Read RNS, they have undergone a capital re-org!
You have lost nothing, the amount invested remains the same £102,000
Share consolidation
Exactly I had 1200000 shares on ig and it says that I have got 12000 now , what is going on . Anybody else is having same problem
Why is it 10k+%
Bet directors are loading up here, with excellent trading update yesterday it has clearly turned the corner. The Capital re-organisation yesterday held back buyers..
I think it's an excellent trading update that was issued yesterday. Malvern board have historically been very honest with shareholders, especially over the last three years during COVID.
I believe that something very positive will be happening soon.
02 November 2022
CORRECTION to the announcement made at 11:44 (RNS number: 0927F) on 2 November 2022. The nominal value immediately following the share reorganisation is 1p not 0.1p as previously announced. All other information was correct.
Error in RNS, now corrected. No change to shareholding, it’s just each share after consolidation tomorrow will be around 9.5p/share. Importantly excellent trading update issued 7am today.
"Application has been made for the 21,942,400 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 3 November 2022 at 8 a.m. The New Ordinary Shares will trade under the ISIN: GB00BNBVJZ07 and SEDOL: BNBVJZ0."
The present ISIN is: GBOOB04XB679 and the SEDOL: B04XB67.
Different numbers.
I have no idea what this means for us current shareholders. Ca anyone enlighten me?
The fundamentals look solid going forward here. My view is that this is a positive step as the current share price may be too low for some institutional investors to buy. I have also seen some platforms have blocked buying of this share because it’s too low, only allowing sells. This is also my first time to experience a reverse share split, hope it goes well.
I've read the RNS in respect of the share consolidation and it's double dutch to me and something I've not experienced before.
Is it basically saying the situation will be the same in respect of share value overall but it's just issued differently. ie rather than 100 shares at 1p each there will now be 10 shares at 10p each as an example .
Any really simple clarification would be gratefully received.
Seems insiders are mopping up the shares.....Cant be a bad thing...
Revenues are increasing, which implies demand for products and services offered by the company. H2 revenues already confirmed to be 3xH1 2021( close to 3m?). Most likely costs will remain same as H1 2022 for H2 2022. This implies we should be in profit (or close to).
