There’s the high teens I expected. Personally won’t be building a stake in this as I see much better value/probability elsewhere.
Think it will creep up but just not exciting enough for me as a risky play.
Good luck everyone still holding
With the UK’s “red list” of destinations being slashed to nine from 54, its another positive step for students for the Jan 2022 entry. Hopefully the new international 'sales team' can start to get the message across. Would be good to see the Malvern website refreshed with the latest news and also an RNS ubdate with the Sept/Oct update of intake both online and in person.
I think this move backs up what some of us have said for a long time, its going to be a good medium to long term investment and Richard Mace, CEO and his board are backing up the half yearly report. They have set their expectations, and I for one are very happy with the figures they are quoting.
Probably incentives to retain staff.
They get to buy 1/2 the shares at 0.22 in 3 years time if the price hits 0.6 and the other half at 1.1.
That’s 200% return at 0.6 and 400% at 1.1.
I wonder if this ties in with the purchase of 58,500,00, 149K on 31 August 2021??? ie has triggered further options?
Is someone confident? if so who spends 149K for no good reason?
Mr T
lets,
Similarly, you making comments such as "they will run out of money by Christmas" are negative comments at the other end of the spectrum. Post your cash flow chart to back up your theory showing why and how they will run out of money by Christmas. As I stated previously, good luck!!!

The share price doesn’t lie. The company is valued at 0.25 per share because investors are still waiting to see if this company will make it. I believe it will, but it will be late 2023 before we see it’s true value of 1.25p per share.
All this hype about a re-rate happening soon is just people letting their emotions rule over facts.

Yes best to put on ignore, full of it and I can smell it from here.
Mr T
If you look at the previous posts from letsgetitback not a single one has a positive thing to say about Malvern. Glass is certainly half empty or trying to drag the price down again- you choose!
There is absolutely zero chance of them running out of cash this side of Christmas.
If you believe that, please put up your cash flow chart to demonstrate, good luck with that one!!!
Mr T
The message that is being put across is that they have a strong demand for the product. Once foreign travel is sorted this will fly. Finances are still not brilliant, but are heading in the right direction. I certainly wll be sticking with this and investing when at this low price. Company still looks solid and my calculations don't see it running out of cash by Christmas, but DYOR.
Well that update answered my question. Their still not making a profit. Let’s hope the 2nd half of the year is more successful otherwise they will run out of money by Christmas.
Big question is;
“Are they making a profit yet”
This company’s share price will never budge until they come out with concrete figures stating actual profit.
The trend looks positive and solid. Seems like the lower support level has creeped up to 0.23 compared to the previous 0.22. Surely it’s a matter of time before a proper rerate is underway here..I’m waiting patiently for that.
Positive updates on summer camps and September uptake will definitely help.
Hopefully get an update in the next couple of weeks on how successful the summer camps have been (look like they finish on the 23rd August) and uptake on September and January courses.
We have been hovering over the same price for a few months and would be good to see if the COVID recovery will make a change to Malverns figures.
True, trajectory looking good already. Looks like a few astute investors have taken notice and snatching shares quickly. School bubbles removal moved forward to the 19th July, instead of the beginning of the new school term, to allow summer camps to go ahead :-))). Exciting times ahead for real, let’s hope lifting of restrictions is going to be irreversible, especially for the education sector. GLA
Good technical indicators again for this week and month, just needs a bit of publicity and will be looking good.
Has been the exact same large buys over the last few days, just people making a short term profit. Good to see the interest getting back up closer to the 19th July.
As I have said previously, this is one of the few shares that has still not seen a good jump up with COVID restrictions lifting. Hopefully summer school goes ahead with good numbers.
Couple of large sales so I wonder what is going on.
I concur, he appears to be serious about reopening the economy. Let’s hope it’s going to be irreversible as they are suggesting.
Sajid Javid the new Health Secretary certainly appears to be very keen on getting a return to some form of normality on the 19th July. Looking forward to this having a positive effect on Malvern and subsequent share price.
Agree, financially, results not unexpected, but good to see that the board have not put their head in the sand and have been proactively doing something about it. UEL looks like it is going to be a positive partnership with numbers doubling on previous year.
I think the establishment of a Chinese sales team will be a real positive for the company and hopefully when we soon get back to some travel normality we see a large increase in price.
At least they have the online learning still in the background and available.
Certainly sticking with this as a very good medium to long term investment.
Not unexpected, the pandemic obviously affected us negatively big time. However, the outlook for the company is bright.
A few chunky buys above asking price went through today, could be an institutional buyer :-))). AIMO , GLA
HBURGH68..the brochure has dates starting from 23 June, which appears to perfectly line up with the previous lockdown lifting date of 21st. As you said, I also think the disruption will be minimal if they have to change the dates since most of them are after the 19th of July anyway. I think the sp had rallied in anticipation of restrictions going away next week..but still 19th July isn’t too far away, so I hope the rally will resume soon.
True, I think an update is overdue here. Let’s hope we will hear from them soon.
I think Brazos that if the restrictions are having an effect on the camps we would have seen it in the website by now https://www.languageinactionltd.co.uk/summer-centres
The first course looks like it is due to start early July, not long away.
We are certainly all getting to the stage of needing some information from the directors.
