Nothing against newbies, we were all one once, but I love it when they come on here spouting doom and gloom. I’m truly terrified now 😂
Owlman,
“I first bought in at 18p, then added more each time I thought we’d hit the bottom. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. My average is a little over 12p”
You might want to wait a little longer before you add again, you’re not very good at picking bottoms it seems.
Another one 😂. In my limited experience this is usually a sign that the share price is about to climb.
You’re right there. I just don’t understand why someone who has an average of 12p would come on here trying to spread fear. If anyone takes your “advice “ the share price would fall further leaving you with a bigger loss?
Owlman
Did they teach you what speech marks meant at school?
Do you not remember typing the words Haigh has attributed to you?
Yes, I said the words as I was typing them 😂
Anyway, we’re all on the same side here.
It’s evident the company is broke and will either need to raise cash imminently or go bust. There is really no other possible outcome.
Owlman,
Having seen the level of your latest reply, it seems it was ambitious of me to think you might be able to interpret financial accounts.
For the avoidance of doubt, on

All pre-revenue companies are "broke" - hence the tee hee at the "financial oblivion" because it's ludicrous when put into context.
OK but I’m not sure it will be quite so side-splitting when the company’s bank balance is literally zero and they have to appoint a liquidator.
Alternative is a deeply discounted placing. They’ll be rolling in the aisles at the next AGM reminiscing about that one.
What are you here for Puma? thinking of buying in, shorting or just the banter?
I’m the Robin Hood of AIM. Here to stop the rich stealing from the poor.
Trademarks don’t mean nuffing round my neck of the woods. Meet me in Sherwood Forest at dawn with a bow and arrow.
When the muppets arrive and start trying to point out "the accounts", usually their short isn't pushing far enough
What do you think is the most likely way for them to raise finance here?
Placing?
Death spiral CLN?
Or something else?
Why are you asking us, I thought you already knew? 😂
I guess that there will not be any death spiral financing here with the directors personal holdings . Personally I do need some clarity on the finances before I add my next tranche of MKA shares to my holdings. The valuation today is really enticing but I feel need to wait for some clarity on funding before committing further funds. Guess there are more investors in the same position and this will no doubt be feeding into the SP drifting lower and lower.

Sell SAR while you can, buy PRD is your best bet, Silverfoil!
All we need to know about this newbie 🙄
LOL
Agree. While it is not unreasonable to consider the prospect of a shareholder-friendly funding arrangement to be a credible scenario here, the ongoing radio silence and subsequent SP action (losing nearly 50% in three months), means that anyone adding at these prices right now is simply gambling that the above is going to happen, IMO.
Which is fine of course, but in this scenario, it is not investing, to my mind.
Like the rest of you, I also want this to happen; I have sufficient faith left in the BOD that I have not simply taken the loss here, but I have seen this play far too often, to keep on loading up either.
I ignored some of the abrasive posters who accused me of being some kind of Machiavellian de-ramper, looking to get in cheaper etc. Well, I was right. You can be long a share, without being a cult-like disciple to the bull case.
I do think we have something special, but we need the politics to go our way too.
Above all, we need an update on funding, PDQ. GLA.
Hey crumbs, I agree completely. Just one thing though, you forgot the speech marks 😂
Speechless marks would be better but it goes to show no one can predict AIM plays from one day to the next ... However MKA does unlike many have assets of value (potentially huge)and that's where I start with my interest here...we all know this is a stressed SP and the reasons why and that yes keeping the lights on funding is soon required ,I do think this is a capable and connected BOD so over to them now
Only to have a pop at those who fit in the category I mentioned. Like you. Who I knew would not be able to resist coming on here to make another pithy comment.
Yeah, I decided that enough time had passed without MDA news, for me to relax my self-imposed silence here.
Of the two of us though, I am probably the only one who actually has a position here.
Anyway, I am sure you have some stocks to ramp, or genuine posters to try and silence elsewhere, so do not let me keep you any longer :) GLA genuine holders.
