My view is that constantly reminding the market of the size and quality of our partners will only reinforce how truly huge Mirriad will be.
In any ‘normal’ situation, a tiny £10M MCap Company announcing a deep AI related partnership with a Global Giant such as Microsoft would bring in a swathe of serious investors.
The announcement of our partnership with Triplelift has currently, barely lifted the SP.
However, at some point the dam will burst, Mirriad is building Global partnerships with the biggest Companies in the World, and there is no doubt that it is scaling MASSIVELY and seriously solid revenues will be generated.
Perhaps the Microsoft announcement will be the catalyst?
I now have a very considerable holding but am continuing to build.
Amazing if it was a strategic AI equity stake taken in Mirriad???LOTM
I think the Microsoft stuff will be way over my head to be honest, but if any thoughts spring to mind I'll let you know !
The only thought that did come to mind & I don't think it ties in at all with the direction where your going, relates to the timing of the LinkedIn posts yesterday & Stampee1's post from the Telegraph on Microsoft's £2.5B AI Hub investment in the UK.
Is that to provide Mirriad with all the AI power its going to need in this collaboration going forward ?
LOTM
Any ideas on the Microsoft announcement LOTM glady appreciated as well
Agreed LOTM
perhaps you could send an email to IR as a little nudge once they've completed their current $25 mill revenue per US Major programmatic mission.
I've found Tom very helpful in the past GL
Hi 2phevs,
Thanks for the detailed reply & knowledge on the subject.
I hadn't heard of pubmatic until it was mentioned last night.
So you obviously don't think it would be a good fit right now.
I know there obviously super busy at the moment, I just thought 71M daily users wasn't to be sniffed at & if you could increase your content in the gaming space & expand the age demographic at the same time in would interest even more advertisers to want to do business with you, while placing there products inside the games.
Thanks
LOTM
What do we think the Microsoft announcement soon could be????
Xandr fully integrated???
Netflix (Microsoft Adtech ONLY partner)???
An upgraded API linked to NVIDIA Blackwall chip that can scan a US Majors whole content library in a hour???
New products for games???
Linkedin VPP as shown by the Mirriad picture frame virtually inserted behind the 2 Microsoft guys in the post yesterday???
Any more ideas posters?
All I can add on the cash runway LOTM is if they carried on the same (they had a lot of expenses last year that they haven't had so far) they'd be good until October, however IMO the 4 fold increase in product placement and the increase in US market from 8% to 40% has got to take that out to Jan next year, The HUGE caveat being if programmatic scales rapidly Mirriad could go to CF positive within months.
Hi LOTM
Pubmatic is a SSP programmatic platform that works in Tandem with an ad agency who would be in charge of the PR side of things.
Just to give a comparison of scale with Triplelift...
Pubmatic delivered 210 trillion impressions in the whole of 2023
Triplelift
TripleLift works with 80%+ of comScore 200 Ad-Supported Publishers and delivers 2 trillion+ monthly global impressions across North America, EMEA, LATAM, APAC, and MENA.
So Triplelift around 20% more impressions.
IMO Mirriad is hyper focused on it's key partners Microsoft Triplelift US Majors to deliver to deliver the ultimate programmatic VPP rather than looking at expanding into a Roblox type engagement. A recent post from one of Mirriads New York Directors included "working our tails off here" which I believe due to the recent 4 fold increase in product placement on US screens.
I agree though that once Mirriad has delivered its number 1 goal this and the Metaverse is a good next approach.
Hi 2phevs,
Sorry I was out from virtually 9am today :(
Hopefully I'm going to be around the next couple of days + weekend.
During that time I intend to build a model projecting forward the financial side of things.
I was reading & taking notes of past things said & there numbers.
For example, at 30th June the cash balance was £9.8M & it's meant to have been £6.1M at the end of December 2023.
When they re-did the business plan starting from the end of June 23 there projection was that they had enough cash to last them until at least the end of August 2024. In one of the update's since then they indicated that cash-burn to the end of December 23 was slightly less than planned, (therefore by inference pushing back that end of August date).
I know people are going to extrapolate that cash burn to the end of December was £3.7M or just over £615,000 per month (£3.7M/6) against the business plan which covers 14 month's of spending at £700,000 per month (£9.8M/14) but its not as simple as that, because we don't know how much was still to be paid out to creditor at that point (If for example you delay cash payment's from say 31st Dec to 2nd Jan, then you cash balance looks much better than it actually is in reality on 31st Dec in the accounts).
There are several other factors I want to take into account as well.
LOTM
Hi 2phevs & MrTaylor194
I was briefly watching CNBC tonight & Roblox (RBLX) was mentioned as a downward mover today around 8:30pm UK time.
It has 71M Daily Users for its online games platform & needs advertisers.
It's engaged (Pubmatic - I think the name was) for PR purposes to sell Video Ads on its content/platform through an online bidding platform targeting 13years+ consumers.
As they were saying all this I was just thinking how much Mirriad could help them with in game adverts etc to achieve there goal.
It sounds like a perfect fit to me - which is why I'm flagging it up to both of you as you'll know more about it than me.
71M daily users is a lot, so how do you get both in touch with each other quickly & effectively ?

Nice find again MrTaylor
Just followed the guy from netflix on LinkedIn in his last post on "The Slam" included o lot of likes from people I have amassed from following people who like Mirriads posts just my thing I'm afraid also one in particular that likes most of Mirriads post Aaron from Unilever
Following the guy from NBCUniversal who is responsible for the multicultural side which is specialised by Maria at Mirriad
Mirriad posting about yesterdays IAB webinar which had hosts From EVP of NBCUniversal - Sr Director of Netflix and Client Business Lead PHD
Was also sponsored by NBC Universal who Mirriad had a partnership before (and still currently I believe)
Exciting times, looks like VPP is the buzz right now and companies are looking to onboard new technology to increase revenues.

Yeah Cab they've been adding since they took part in the 3p placing at all levels between 1.25 right up to 2.7 however I calculate their average is still above 5p
Looks like Rathbones are buying the shares from M&G this bodes well.
Agree with your post LOTM especially the website the big eye opener for me (if someone else could confirm my info by looking at the graph) was the product placement graph I posted yesterday this was produced by the only company doing this and they are completely impartial.
Here's a link to their website you can search by brand, tv show, movie etc but the graph was on LinkedIn
https://productplacementblog.com/ enjoy researching the latest obvious VPP unfortunately last month they decided to start charging to see all info so half are locked but still a very good source.
The graph goes back 10 years and is basically flat until 7 months ago when (Mirriads API went into full Beta testing with most of the market) it jumped 4 fold....so my thesis is huge beta revenues have been occurring but couldn't be recognised at the end of last year and continuing this year as shown by the graph....
If you have a look back at my posts on the 24th of January you'll see I was surprised by the cash they still had around 1.2 mill more than I expected I posted then that it could be due to revenue recognition US GAAP rules.
