You will get short shrift here Showjumper! None of the posters own any shares so you have to take their ill=advised comments with a large piece of salt. The share price is certainly crashed out but,as the only shareholder here I would say theres still everything to play for AND look into this one further than listening to the general rubbish spouted on this thread.
I am new to this and only paid for a months trial but looking at a few shares that seem to be crashed out would anyone care to comment why this is worth taking a small bet on please.
VRS or MIN
You have to imagine that some of the bulls are either Directors in MIN or close friends of the directors, there is only LSE here and ADVFN to publicly discuss AIM shares or social media like X.
Telegram always seems like an echo chamber with no dissenters allowed.
Good post Luke, sadly the gang of bulls are getting bitter and paranoid by the week, failing to question or hold the BOD to account on any of the endless promises and accusing me of being you and another chap called Charles. I only use the same name on Advfn but it’s pointless, any new dissenter must be me a horrible troll etc
Anyway, I have posted your latest on advfn, let’s see what the response is, especially from the newly created Guilded members gang 🙄
As NYB states, Minoan have come to the end of the road.
Their financial year ended in October.
Auditors require assurances to designate both Loyalward and Minoan as going concerns.
As neither has any cash prospects look bleak indeed.
£3.9 million is required + other financial agreements before even the short 40 year lease will be activated.
So, Minoan have no money, no lease, no annotated inventory , no revenues, no staff and certainly no momentum.
They do however entertain 14 (YES FOURTEEN) Directors to carry the burden of taking the project forward.
SELL !!
End game approaching, put up or shut up imo
If you think today's selling was "big time" then watch out for the much higher levels before Christmas.
Dissent in nobby’s guild, which traitor is dumping big time?
Luke..good luck with getting a response! Somehow I doubt you will get anywhere but if that is the case you will have already proved your point. All the playground school kids who have joined Nobby’s guilded cage won’t hear any of it ..La de dah🤡🤦🏻♀️
Luke as you know Minoan has No cash and still convince there investors that the undeveloped barren land is worth something , LAUGHABLE 😀😀 how long they have left ?
Good luck with you blinkered approach to investing Bigwil7 , for I believe that you will require more than a modicum of good fortune to avoid a total loss with this one.
I am awaiting a response from Minoan's auditors regarding the validity of the "inventory " figure ; pointing out that swerious investment has occurred in relliance of their audit figure.
You mean all the halfwits under one roof!
Best go back to your delusional guild, you don’t have any access to anymore information than the rest of us just pretend to have. How can anyone be as thick to compare luxury 5 star hotel operators located along the coast within 30 mins of Athens Int Airport to a remote area of scrubland in eastern Crete, 2.5hrs from the nearest Crete Int Airport doh 🤦🏻♀️🤡
Nobbygnome's Guild is a masterstroke and will keep all trolls like NYB (alias lukehere & Charles2 ) completely out of the picture and rendered useless and inadequate.
A big RASPBERRY to you NYB!!
Excellent!!
Shows you in your true light NYB (lukehere/Charles2).
Now all the idiots are on one thread on advfn Nobby’s Guild, you couldn’t make this nonsense up. All going down together on HMS Nobby and Captain Peachie Ship..iceberg straight ahead..and other of Yorgi’s ramping gang members since 87p float, currently only down 99%+, clueless halfwits🤦🏻♀️🆘
If they go tits up then the NAV would be in the region of €1M imo
€60M is unicorn land
With only a weak part paid option on the land, I believe that Pedrobull's suggested figure is hugely optimistic.
When push finally comes to shove with this project, then a big fat ZERO figure could be more on the money.
Time, along with cash and credibility, has finally run out .
Just on the e60M NAV valuation, what did Loyalward pay for the site?
Once we know that we can add inflation calcs from 1998 was it?
Largest private estate in the Eastern Mediterranean set in the Cavo Sidero 25 sq km Peninsula
It must have some value for goat grazing say 1K an acre and maybe 6000 Acres is 6 Million Euro?
Another year goes by soon and the SP has dropped 33% will it be down to .0 45p this time next year or will it be here at all ?,The only guarantee at present is the BOD keep getting paid for The Undeveloped Barren Land Project 😀😀
It’s going to be challenging next year, stock picking crucial but 5% on deposit is a good option. So many mid caps blowing up ie. XAAR -25% today after a profits warning and of challenging times ahead. Having no money it shows a very weak negotiating position, I suspect a few they have been talking to may just be playing the waiting game. One of my Clients travels around Europe picking up distressed assets for 8-15c in the €, he has the cash, cash is king. The NAV for this site is ridiculous €60 /70M 🤦🏻♀️ Rearranging deckchairs on the Titantic, I have the popcorn ready
Bigwell can’t answer why the BOD have no cash or investment. Because he knows it’s True and he does not like Facts ,head in the sand he has been taken in hook line and sinker 😀😀😀
Exactly, how come no one bid for them when interest rates were zero in a risk on market. If anyone is interested, they will just play the waiting game imo Buy for cents in the € from Receivers.
Even if an interested developer ever emerged, demonstrating the necessary skill set plus sufficient finantcial backing; why would they not bypass Minoan.
In fact they would give MIN a very wide berth given MIN's total lack achievement over two decades.
As ever, In all negotiations, money talks.
Minoan have none and accordingly have no voice.
As NYB suggests, the backdrop for any possible move forward in the project is pretty brutal and worsening.
I would not be inclined to invest, even if Minoan's shares halved yet again.
Bigwell as usual head in the sand BOD got No Cash ,No Investment but loads of Debt Facts 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
None of us!
