You said a lot of things as regards Yourgene being able to go it alone but in the end bad management caused its failure.
I’ll say it again MHC are debt free and growing in cash in the bank and building its own brand.
I do agree traction on growing revenue from new products is needed but changing peoples habits of relying on the NHS will take time.
The key is they have money in the bank in an environment of uncertainty so I view them as one of the most promising and prudent companies on the AIM. The markets will see this after December when all the paid tests as stated in the last update are converted to cash.
It will take time but it’s certainly growing
Davand
It’s clear your personally against Rees whom you blame for the problem at yourgene which led to them selling to NCYT on the cheap. Unfortunately yourgene ran out out cash and options which was a shame but it is what it is.
Penny’s in charge at MHC and shaping things well with over 20 new lines and whether you say it’s money from yourgene or whatever we are self sufficient and debt free. If MHC were smart enough to make money from yourgene that signals a smart woman called Penny is doing her job.
Yourgene probably did the best thing given they are part of a larger company now however I also had a few shares there and know shareholders were shafted in the deal.
Mhc are only here cos Ygen practically gifted all your COVID revenue lol. I'll say it again, they won't get anywhere without selling their wellness offering, even if COVID sales keep them afloat for a while. The market agrees unfortunately.

Should PCR tests for Chinese travellers be bought back. Surely we can’t just allow this to spread!
Our hospitals certainly couldn’t cope in the paediatric departments because we don’t have enough children nurses as it is!.
If I were the governments world wide I’d be cautious because China didn’t cooperate in 2020 which led to the last pandemic.
This could prove to be a scare but it definitely seems serious enough to take precautions.

Should the Uk be monitoring this new breakout in China. Given it’s affecting kids so badly you’d think that WHO would be worried. Uk don’t need another situation with hospitals being filled with children over Christmas.
I think we are better placed now but you do worry for the children if this spreads

Tesla would never have been able to expand so rapidly if government never offered incentives to switch etc and basically gave Tesla free support and customer’s incentives to switch.
People and supermarkets would never have changed habits with shopping bags without government charges etc for a simple bag.
We have tests in many areas that will have an impact on patient’s health and Government savings whilst not promoting privatisation so it’s definitely a wise strategy to explore.
Penny said it wasn’t her intention to move into LFT tests when PCR tests were not required and I stated on here she would be smart enough to realise MHC needed to go down that route and she changed strategy and embraced LFT testing. Whilst some kept saying we need to move away from Covid testing I’d say it’s a pathetic thing to say that because every single shareholder has benefited from the revenue that continues to flow towards MHC via flowflex test. No dilution and millions in the bank whilst expanding the portfolio added by the revenue is a dream to any board of Directors ears. No debts whilst many companies have gone under is testimony to the strategy of LFT testing.
How many companies on the Aim are self sufficient in this field!.
How do we expand with a significant impact that can create a market disrupter situation in an over stretched area and generate millions without have to advertise with this strategy.
What would be the value of MHC if a deal on the basis of what I would propose could be struck allowing Patients to utilise MHCs tests with boots stores.

You are absolutely correct and it’s not intended for the privatisation of the NHS however having nurses that do back shift for independent agencies wasn’t intended to privatise the NHS but it is basically costing the NHS millions per year because of a floored process.
My point being that the current process of patient and GP is floored in many areas and the process costs the NHS millions with appointments from A to B just to get standard tests that MHC can provide with some allowing immediate results by utilising the services of both Boots and MHC which have the infrastructure in place and system ready to go.
The HIW opens the door for expansion in this field just as Tly have taken advantage of the employment problems in the NHS we can do the same to help alleviate stress on already stretched waiting lists that’s costing millions in tax payers money.
So MHC are smart enough to see a gap to a create brand awareness whilst saving millions to the NHS and able to make the current process more efficient it’s the sensible and realistic way forward and a perfect opportunity to prove it self.
Some of the tests are less than £10 however if you have to go and have these test via current NHS process getting a referral, letters sent out!. Costs on the NHS must cost a fortune in money and time.
MHC could be placed to provide game changing services.
Penny knows this 100%
I don't belive doctors are going to be referring patients to boots jamrock. The inspectorate Wales certification was intended to allow MHC to get doctor oversight into blood/urine tests and allow phlebotomy in places like boots for MHC tests (as stated in the RNS). It's not intended to be some kind of privatisation of NHS testing.
MHC strategy will be to convince people to take tests themselves outside of going to the doctors and get tests they would find it difficult to get doctors to offer (e.g. viramin D tests).

So if this spread world wide a tests are needed to protect children you believe MHC would be wrong to capitalise!.
Sorry Davand but MHC is run by Penny who is proving to be a shrewd smart woman and whilst all of us shareholders at MHC want sales of new products to increase we also know importance of all revenue.
The revenue equates to a lot of cash in the bank which is probably producing enough interest to pay the wages alone. So long live the revenue streams
Davand
You for one know how important Covid revenue is.
YGEN had to sell out on the cheap to NCYT and shareholders got screwed because YGEN failed to capitalise on Covid revenue potential.
MHC have seen what happened there and using its Covid revenue to maximum effect while building a brand. All that is needed is a contract with Doctors and Gp referrals to Boots and bingo. The Welsh approval paves the way and we are building a digital platform for this very reason I believe.
Either way any smart board would maximise revenue from any means
Covid is still an important part of the business davand. We can still make a lot of money from it each year if things follow the same pattern the6 have in recent years (i.e everyone thinks covid is over early in the year, then a bit spike of infections hits later in the year, causing everyone to rush out and get tests).
Stop banging on about COVID. This is going nowhere until they can show good robust and sustainable sales with their other core products.
Just checked boots sight and 24 Covid tests sold in the last 4 hours
A few 25pks however sales of the 25pks will help improve revenue dramatically. Each 25pk is the equivalent of 5 x 5pks.
That’s why I can’t understand why we allowed them to run out for a month.
Demand for the tests are still steady so it’s important to stay stocked.
Karl
I agree the consolidation of 15-1 had an impact but I’ve factored that in and the price rose after consolidation.
I’m totally optimistic but the company need an avenue to bring people to the products in masses.
My daughter who is 12 recently felt low and we took her to the GP who then said we needed her bloods checked so he booked an appointment for them. She had bloods done and it came back she was iron deficient. The whole process took over a week and a visits to various places!
Why can’t MHC now establish a contract with GPs and Doctors that allows patients to go the new booths in Boots and have the tests immediately with instant results or quicker if bloods need to be sent off in some cases. This saves NHS cost and time efficient for patients. We now Have HIW approval so this is what’s required and just imagine what this would do for MHC with its new products.
I’m amazed it ain’t been agreed already
@Jamrock Although it is disheartening to see the share price drop from 28 pence to 10 pence, it is important to consider the context in which we arrived at this point. The consolidation of shares, with a ratio of 13 to 1, effectively reduced the total number of shares from 750 million plus to 52 million.
This strategic move has the potential to create opportunities for special dividends or rewards for our valued shareholders. It is our hope that this consolidation will ultimately yield positive outcomes and benefits for our investors.
The opportunities are potentially buying shares at a very attractive price
Finally after 4 weeks the 25packs are back on the boots site.
Results in 5 weeks!
Maybe a nice surprise

Can we really trust china. Not a chance.
Imagine these shares were 28p six months ago and now sit at 10p.
The turn of events is tragic but all we can do is wait for the results and hope the markets are more favourable
Ah yes. I've just got the email through now. Thanks!
In my account I ticked the box to allow marketing communications and got a promotional email. The code is BLACKFRIDAY25 and it runs until midnight Monday.
I can't see a sale scharnhort. Where have you seen that? I was wanting to buy another of the DNA tests, but was waiting for an offer on boots or mhc website.
25% off all tests. I find their online ordering system very efficient. I'm convinced we're over the worst and 2024 will see a big improvement.
Decent buy at the end!
Let’s see what happens
Pose your question on their website contact form. I find them responsive.

At latest update it was 5m
3m tests fully paid
So one would guess a lot more now.
Could someone kindly provide me with an update on the current balance in the company's bank account? I seem to have lost track of the exact amount. Thank you in advance.
