Sour taste at the back of my throat ;(
Hard parts done, the settlement and route back to lending to eventually grow a profitable book is simple.
That is time folks.

Thats what id imagine happened itisagame afterall
Perhaps Martians have landed on the moon
Maybe the custodian had actually been loaning them out to short sellers and were unable to close their position by buying back the equity so the stock could no be returned .
For £1,000 - you really think that! I found out my broker had sold mine and I hadn’t seen any warning because they can’t hold shares in private companies
seemsl ike he wanted out and blamed someone else

Bless him but still creepy looking

why would anyone but this
Wow, you can buy half the company for £70k, might just be worth it...

IG unable to trade just now
It went up to over 2p
On Wednesday you could buy for around 0.28. The bid today is 0.28 with a 52% spread so would have only broken even.
This recent rise might just be to sucker some buyers in. This wasn't highly shorted so don't think there will be lots of buys later today to close short positions.
This share had it's fun day a few Friday's ago when it went up to 1.4p but I think that's over.
Niceeeeee

Wouldn’t that be fabulous…..
Mind you amigo ,NSF any other lender who wanted a non prime - sub prime finance book would really be paying peanuts for an established profitable business -obviously priced with the current circumstances in mind -I took a punt let’s see how it plays out - best of luck

One final twist....reckon it goes up tomorrow
Life in there yet
I,m keeping mine. They are worth a tenth of what I paid for them. I did make a few quid on them buying them at .45 though I think it was initially and selling at 1.97 so I am not bothered either way.
It's quite straightforward
Hello you all,
Curious if anybody is gonna hold their shares and is gonna trade later via Asset Match.
Do people see experience with Asses Match and see chances?
After 12 months there will be no other options to sell shares?

If they secure funding and the SOA then this should increase the market cap of the company before they have to pay the claims via issuing more shares in june 2024.....1 for 19 will result in there roughly being 2.6 b in issue......with the claims paid and the company back in profit....what will the shares be worth then?....remember this company used to have a market cap of £180m plus when trading normally......plus the competition has gone....not for the short term or the faint hearted but could do well over the next five years if they survive......imho
The company is worth more than half a million pound in theory, but if they do a 19 for 1 share issue to raise the £20 million they (might) need to pay all the claims that will be 90% dilution.
That means £1,000 invested today even at 0.36p will become just £100 after they give 90% of the company away.
The value of the company would then need to go up 9 times before you would break even let alone make a profit.

Now only a £350k market cap. Must be lowest on the market.....
Can it be dropped any lower?
Looks like we might see a short squeeze buying spree in the next 2 days
That is more like it spread is good.
Can trade today easily
Last post: SmallerThanLife, 7 Feb 2023 08:51
The spreads are a bit narrower today. I bought a few because this company must surely be worth more than its £500k market capitalisation. Will there be a late surge before the AIM listing is cancelled at the end of the week, or will we just have to wait and see how existing shareholders get treated after the company goes private (probably not very well).
With spreads going from 10% to 30% it's not punters who will get some money out of this.
This will be traded daily people will get some money out of this

No it doesn’t delist until next Friday and then if you want to stay you can. It won’t be daily trading but they have set up Asset Match
So do we lose our dosh ?
isn't it only £1.5K at yesterday' price?
So if it's 75% rule then they just missed 190K share-votes against to get a different outcome.
So now what happens? Any ideas
Whoa, in the 0.3s now, that was quick
When everyone dumps all the shares who is going to be picking them up? The company? Gamblers? Just interested in thoughts opinions
Here we go - into the 0.4s now
Whilst not obviously the case for everyone .. Freetrade have stopped buying and only allow sells until delisting so isn’t anyone going to be buying shares between now and then on that platform at least
Ah well you takes your chances an all that
What happens if it is withdrawn....
"The Matched Bargain Facility will operate for a minimum of twelve months after Cancellation. The Directors' current intention is that it will continue beyond that time but Shareholders should note that it could be withdrawn. Further details will be communicated to Shareholders at the relevant time"

Well it depends what their plan is after the failed attempt to delist this....
One, they might say they will keep it on the market, then I think the price will initially rise quite a bit. After that it depends on their longer terms plans....and will it last etc....
Second, they immediately say they want to go for a second vote....then I think the price will also rise but not as much as the uncertainty will still be there. I guess it also depends on the % vote they miss it by. If it's by far then the chances of them getting it a second time around is slim unless they have someone with deep pockets that can buy up stcok, which will also mean a short term gain in share price. .....
In my humble opinion....
Bod may be thinking vote may not passed and hence obtained the lending extension from the current lenders.
Don't forget there were 2 shareholders sold their entire holdings after they agreed to vote in favour of the delist. They had around 10% votes together and may be BOD is thinking they may have to go for the 2nd vote if this doesn't go through. May be that's why they have obtained lending extension.
What will happen to share price if the BOD failed to get the approval for delist ????
All in my honest opinion

There is potential to make profit in any share that has significant swings in the price.
The difficulty is timing and the fake spread often posted on LSE to deter buyers and sellers depending on the MM’s agenda.
This one has legs as I keep on saying.
GLA
This is a roller coaster ride, so if you are looking for a quick profit then don’t sit back waiting for wonders as this share isn’t that fair.
