Big news around the corner smells like this is going to explode soon.
You're right can hardly buy any yet all MM's are on 38.
MM's just gone ALL on 33-38?
TBH ... I'm expecting interesting as opposed to blow the doors off at this stage. Let's just hope they are not investing in MSG though eh :) Though I hope and expect that joke to backfire soon.
I tell thee... Blue. Directors buying at 50p pre special GM ... GM today :)
ends shortly..if good expect fireworks (again) lol. Shares were being bought at 50p warrants at 80p...#excited
This isn't an AGM it's a special GM to vote through significant changes including a name change and new investment policy - see the RNS on 9th Jan. These guys don't tend to mess about so I'd bet on an RNS today.
RNS who knows...most agm's ,gm's are usually just all res. passed and most released on the day. This one however should be a bit more detailed !!! maybe tomorrow.
Drum roll......not long now :)
SP should see some action this morning.. gm at 11am could be an interesting day.
Nicely put by Mr Fry that.
Taken from the last rns.... Commenting on today's announcement, Simon Fry, Executive Chairman of the Company, said: "Should the resolutions be approved at the General Meeting, my fellow Directors and I expect to be able to make a swift start to the implementation of our bespoke investment strategy. We are wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that our shareholders are able to partake in our growth plans, such that, over time, we can all jointly harvest the benefits of the new strategy"
Interesting post on iii from a few weeks ago. "sharpnet 04 Jan 2017 Value Doing some basic maths just in relation to the coal asset...assuming 35% of 90,000,000 tonnes and a conversion of 2 tonnes to 1 barrel of fuel sold at US$60 and 50% of the income goes on costs, gives a ball park figure equivalent to approx £6 per share based on 40,000,000 shares in issue....?? Not sure how accurate this is, but it indicates the potential value of the coal asset...Happy to be corrected on this. It will be interesting to see what the plans are....will the coal asset be sold or kept for its income potential? Will the funds to be raised be used to accelerate production? Dividends soon? Or is there another investment being lined up to divesify things? Add in the Mexico mobile payment scheme and the calibre of the new management team. and one cant help feeling 2017 could be a very interesting year."
rude not to be in for the GM mate. GL
Told myself I wouldn't, but back in for a punt at 36.5
Be good to see the proposed model for mcc going forward - hope tomorrow gm approval will set these alight. Strong management team and hIgh growth sector should be good
Delayed from friday appeared. Defining moment tomorrow when all will be revealed.
Took the opportunity to add anyway (got rid of some dross).
Surprised to see sells today. Don't shareholders know its the GM tomorrow?
First trade...tomorrow it is.
Social media - dead horse
I am not sure what they will announce. The SP rise has been down to Calvert and institutions buying in to acquire the company. They obviously want the company for something and they want the SP a lot higher to finance their plans. I don't think the SP will rise much with PI input no matter what they announce on Tuesday. So I think they will be looking for more institutional investment. As to what their strategy is remains to be seen. Other than the mention of Bespoke investment policies there is very little indication. Although Felipe Simonsen's involvement in a new online/offline social media product looks interesting.
