Wow! That's a bit of a position shift from approximately weeks ago.
Cybertron, what converted you into an über ramper ?
But anyway! WOS has guaranteed us an RNS this week and Cyber has another "strong feeling" it will be tomorrow, so hopefully we can rely on that for news this week!
I dont think local opposition is the anywhere like it was if the reports we received in the last RNS are anything to go by.
I still suspect it's more to do with the Finance Ministry having kittens over the thought of agreeing to a non standard compensation payment mechanism, particularly as it assists a "foreign company".
I thought local government was ok and we need ministry of finance to release the fund!
One thing is for sure, we have been waiting a very long time for this to get sorted. The SP just gets lower and lower because nothing seems to be progressing.
Watch how many deramping posts now come in from the wasters who are blatantly trying to spread lies and fear to get in a few percent lower, shameless as a humans really,
Laguele, stop talking utter bllx and first learn to read and understand, permit is already given from the top authorities just needs local council to now sign off
You have no idea mate
Sorry Doc … I really need to check in more often …
Are you telling me WOS got one prediction or information correct?? I must have missed it (as you can only come by periodically or the insecant drivel gets to you).
What was the one he got right? That he was going on holiday last summer with Mrs Owl… as his other 4,500 on this share since he joined 13 months ago have been fantasy.
(I even think his tag team are getting bored rounding on anyone who calls him out).
Strong feeling RNS tomorrow,
Doc if I mumble the same carp everyday I will be right like you randomly all of a sudden and then can tell everyone I want right and ok now what I'm talking about,
Can't see you posts anything apart from complaining on other people's posts you loser and can't believe people a really tick your posts up which have zero value on the BB,
Company constitutions are the guidelines for each company in this matter. Still, country laws require that the AGM be scheduled within six months (five months in Australia) of the company’s financial year-end when the accounts have been audited.AGM notice periods by type of company:
Public (traded) — 21 clear days
Public (non-traded) — 21 clear days
Private (traded) — 21 clear days
Private (non-traded) — 14 clear days
If PM was given a permission to prep the heron site. I can't why they can not give a temporary permit until all the paperwork Is processed
NOTICE OF AGM should be given soon.
What are the rules on AGM. What is the time period allowed .
Expecting good news, but NO buys from institutions, board of directors/MB!
There was a gap of one week short of 3 months between the last two RNS releases, so with 2 months and one week since the last Dec RNS, is there really such a delay given that there were 4 items stated in the last RNS which needed to be completed ? ( not just the governor's signature ) Just over 2 months in Mongolian terms is not a very long time to complete 4 separate administrative procedures via their sclerotic ex-Soviet bureaucratic processes...
With very low volume since the last RNS, the MMs have taken the price down to previous support levels, as low volume = low interest. Interest and volume will only suddenly pick up on news.
Having said that, I would have preferred it if MATD had stated clearly how the governor had stated his willingness to sign. Was it a verbal pledge, or was it a pledge stated clearly in writing somewhere ? There's a big difference in terms of legal force one would assume.
"Header say all"
"Focus:
"Be Happy"
That's the Norm nowadays.

Laguelle - see WOS posts this morning. RNS due THIS WEEK.
I'd listen to him. He has a great track record... 1 prediction right out of 1000.
PM has a perfect opportunity to get local support by doing some.charity work to help the herders.
But nope PM is useless to reach out and donate a few truck load of animal feed..
THEY need new PR team . And confident energetic management
It doesn't look that they care or in rush!
Confidence at the lowest level.
Since when has any of the politicians suffered when their people suffered?
No one can blame the share dumper.
AWFUL Management skills..
No Indication of progress at any levels.
The sooner we get confirmation the better
Somebody is dumping his shares!
Down again.
They almost run out of fuel few months ago! 🦉
Head of AMGTG speaking to Bloomberg Mongolia - "The problem of fuel supply will not go away until the oil industry is established"
Maybe help people to undrstand why they focus so much importance on domestic fuel supply independence & where Petro Matad fit into this & future!!
Not difficult 😏🦉
Immediately in the Mongolian dictionary = 2 years also the same where I work so no stress here 😂😂 GLA
With regards to the Facebook post did anyone manage to get a proper translation? I tried with no success. I did go through the profile and pages of the people that liked that clip though which I found a couple quite Interesting...
