Well ………..we “are” still alive and kicking!
PC
True PC but the BOD need to update us shareholders more regularly to generate interest in the company or we slowly dissapear , what is grosso up to ?

Looks like Mr. Market likes the news!

RNSs cost money. Sounds like they are going to try and creat market interest via social media. It might slowly work.
If or when the company is seen to be hitting profitability or at least well in advance of that then the share price will speak for itself as investors find them and they will.
Still, some good news today.
From what I remember there were big economies of scale to production. The large increase in production should lead to a big reduction in the AISC
I’m not a fan of any “social media” as a testament to my kids on insisting on posting rubbish to my phone! Which I refuse to watch!
Having said that, these days good quality content can achieve some success; any thoughts as to where I can get such information outlined in the recent news, without having to be corrupted by the main protagonist’s?
PC
For all RNS’s focus on an increase in sales and tonnage - but, yet again, no cash-flow numbers; why the opacity on revenue? No wonder the share languishes.
PC, It’s the BoD’s response to our complaints on lack of comms; but, in the style of the BoD’s RNS - I urge the BoD, for the umpteenth time, to publicly the revenue in numbers.
I meant ‘publish the revenue in numbers’.
I wouldn't expect the company to announce information on revenue/costs/selling prices in an RNS like this for commercial reasons regarding customers, potential customers and competitors
That is no excuse: it is a publicly quoted company, and would - at some point - have to publish its figures - just as other companies do.
It's obviously commercially sensitive information so it would disadvantage the company to give out that information
Nope - investors broadly buy shares in a company based on its revenues and margins - and in Keras’s case, it’s nigh-on impossible to gauge its financial health; moreover, if it wants opacity on its pricing-structure, then it should go private.
Agree Prop I suppose there could be a clue in the September RNS if you can be bothered analysing it; Loss reduced to £255,000 and revenue increased to £397,000 compared to the six-month period ended 30 June 2022 of £467,000 and £212,000 respectively;
· Sales of 2,196 tons compared to the six-month period ended 30 June of 2022 of 1,896 tons;
ATB Robsky
Robsky, Yes, thanks for that; my gripe is that it’s never clear with out BoD - why did they not, for example, release the updated figures?
Hey Prop.......!
like you stated earlier, "at some point - have to publish its figures - just as other companies do"
This isn't a final/interim results RNS, it's titled a "Q1 2024 Operations and Sales Update"........! :)
All the best (figures will out in early July by the looks........! :()
I wonder whether they will be able to pay the ex-JV partners the next instalment for 100% ownership of Diamond Creek.
That's the only question that matters, Prop.
I hope we aren't relying on royalties from Togo, as the government are hardly steaming forward with their new Publicly ownerd Manganese company. Didn't they make a jibe about lack of historic progress made by Keras??
Lack of 'historic progress'? Dear lord...that's rich coming from a government which refused to license us in a decade of trying.
I still think we've more chance of seeing Unicorns farmed in Togo than receiving any fees or royalties connected with Nayega.
