Agreed that the sp is too low and in time should increase considerably...in time. Holding or steadily adding at these low prices is probably the best strategy.
The Indian economic growth is generated not by exports but by the growing middle class. As such it won't be effected as much by a market crash. Koov SP will respond to news. Short term the Amazon deal and longer term by what Future Group will bring; more Koov stores new management from Future and of course more sales and better margins. The future for KOOVS is definitely exciting and current market cap is way undervalued.
Almost all smallcaps are down. Koovs arent responsible for the market. Looking more and more like were close to the crash many are expecting. Best time to buy add. Buy low sell high..if your able to weather the storm.
Oh you can bet your life on it joe!! There are people in here that are short
are we still being shorted?
Probably worth mentioning that 40 million is wrong as well.... It was 42 million in cash/advertising credit what i actually said.... Which is true....
Although that is soon to change to 52 million
Ht media 24 million (advertising credit)
Flf 6 million
Bookbuild 12 million
Flf 10 million (due anytime)
I dont know where the idea came from about a few racks in sales shops...must habe missed koovs opening shops.....
Think a few points are being missed here....
A lot of the cash burn is down to advertising so taking a deal swopping shares for advertising is the same as taking cash to pay for advertising... Better not mention how they have managed to decrease their marketing spend going forward... Hint social media...
Regards flf paying 5 million for a quarter of the company, that is just point blank wrong, they are paying 3 times that price, 16 million quid for 29 odd percent... Which actually values the business at 2 times the current mcap
A bit more blue
Think Its up to 3 days to report buys but i could be wrong....
How long can large buys be held back for?
have come back now, what's going on?
all the posts from last night and this morning have gone - strange. Freedom of speech banned on here
A take over bid would do me.
Because a lot of posts are getting reported by people spreading fake news
why do posts keep vanishing?
Might explain why the sp is artificially low.
I suppose, depending on what holders averages are, 15p would be good for some but not all.
It might be time to fill those boots, if you are over 15p
Good research.
I have examined all the available financial statements and charted the directors shareholdings and share options, and the significant shareholders.
I have read every RNS and cross referenced them back to the accounts.
The name of the game is patience.
My only concern is that there may be an unsolicited takeover bid, at a low price, i.e. about 15p,
Great research Matt- that's what we should be doing here!
I agree that the Interims will be very, very detailed with hopefully a positive forward moving statement. Not sure if all the Future Group shares have come into circulation yet.
Strange how it's all gone quiet with the Amazon news. Awaiting a reply from Future Group re this.
Looking forward to the next store opening in another Central Mall.
Matt I believe that as soon as the deal goes through, we’ll see a jump in the share price.
But I do take your point of the amount of dosh raised. We just need it reflected in the actual share price.
Best of luck to you.
Think the next RNS will be very detailed
But the value of your holding will be more my friend.
Following dilution I will own a lower percentage of the company than I currently do. They may have paid more but it doesn't change anything
Matt, I’m in! If you raise cash with more shares at a premium of share price then it’s essentially not dilution given the intrinsic value of the cash raised. My personal opinion is that KOOVS will make significant progress over 2019 and that a price under 15p is a screaming buy
