HL. Can sell now as bid was moving down slightly. However I won't be. Amazon deal is looking very enticing for the future.
Mizman i can buy and sell....whos your broker
Can't buy or sell. Something is a foot.
Buys in red again?
Wolster has put it in a nutshell - until Koovs can demonstrate it has turned a corner financially Koovs is going nowhere. Put another way, as I mentioned before, what sales and cash is it producing and forecasts thereafter.
CASH IS KING. Everything else is rumour and hope at this time imho.
My investment with this is as I was with Boohoo. I had a gut feeling something was going to happen and it did- I have that same feeling with Koovs. Am I right ?- time will tell........
Let's see what they say whenever they release the long awaited report sometime next month..... fingers Xed

Might be boot filling time
It seems to be everywhere at the moment

Great find Joe and a nice update for everyone on the Amazon deal.

Amazon are reportedly keen on a long term buyout of Future Retail Limited owned by Kishore Biyani. Another branch of Biyani's Future Group ( Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited ) currently own 16 % of Koovs soon to be increased to 29%.
This may explain the buying in Koovs this am !
Yep - just maybe (repeat maybe) something is afoot but I'm not holding my breath. Good luck on this one Guys - who knows what might happen? Consensus is, I think, we could do with a little boost of confidence.
8.68 now Glen
On the matter of no news. I sent an email (23 Oct) to Rob Pursell asking "what is going on - disgruntled shareholders, blah blah. As I mentioned before I got a reasonably bland but pleasant email back (1 Nov)which read:
Dear Glen
Our next announcement will be the Interims which are due before the end of December. We are not planning a trading statement before then.
Thanks
Rob
So it's a wait for the announcement on Interims. What that will being who knows - I certainly don't but as I am in only 25k not Armageddon but I agree with everyone that it is very annoying. WHAT - sp up to 8.55 as I type??
I said we were overdue for a rally
Maybe they got my email, the sp has moved up - lol
We are 9 months into a financial year and almost 5 months into our "strategic partnership" and we have had one sentence on it "we are trading to market expectations" yet we know via twitter their is now a store open with a second to follow.... Funny thing is there has been no guidance given for this year so how can you trade within market expectations!!
The traffic for koovs tells me that they could be and probably are trading at double last years rate
I did find one thing last week that was laughable.... The ceo had options granted at around 150p a few years back, those options were cancelled and issued again at a lower price of 50p to realign her interests with the share holders.... Funny that the share holders who paid 150p didnt have that same choice, they were simply stuck with theirs
Continues. ...koovs share price drop now is nothing to do with company fundamentals. It's drop 6 months ago was due to several factors coming into play. They have played out and now it's just consistent, depressing market conditions. ..so coming out of bear market and with right news the shares could soar. Market cap is still to high in poor market but would be ok in bull market. .. perseverance needed but don't stretch yourself in this market in my opinion.
Jam on
That too has been my experience in these circumstances
However, if we, as shareholders, continue to request updates we may get a reaction.
As you suggest, there must be something going on, store openings so soon after the FLF tie up means there has been a rapid shift in business model and who knows what else is evolving.
I just wish we could halt the slide in SP and have something to get our teeth into going forward
Pasch i have a question for you... Straight up not being a jerk here - ref dilution
Option 1
Waheed took on the funding himself at half the dilution level that the flf deal has resulted in
Option 2
The flf deal as it is with all the infrastructure for logistics and manufacturing the flf have to offer...
They say in business its better to have a small piece of something big than a big piece of something small
Spencer of course i will tell the holders, they wont tell me any market sensitive information anyway....
An online play business opening stores is certainly a landmark moment for any business
