Jambon, thank you for contacting Koovs regarding the lack of updates we are currently getting. I was shocked that we didn’t get one for the new store opening! If you find anything out then if you wish to tell us other long term holders then that would be great and very much appreciated.
Hi yachty!! I did get communication from the cfo in the beginning but found once specific questions were asked they stopped replying to me...
Iv not had a call back as of yet, i will call them back tomorrow if i get no phone call....
Hi! This is regarding your concern 'lack of updates regarding the company’s progress and development'. We request you to send your elaborated concern in an email to 'company.Secretary@Koovs.com'. Concerned department will get back to you accordingly. Thanks.
i would but my mouth gets me in court lol , ill wait till r n s
If anyone else wants to call them their number is at the bottom of their sept results rns
Ollie i am a firm believer in koovs as well and like i said i believe they are doing better than the market thinks, however they are behaving like a business that is pleasing its share holders which couldn't be further from the truth,
Imo they should be updating the market properly, an online only business opening its first store was announced on twitter for gods sake... Thays beyond taking the mic.... Then there was the most trusted brand in asia award released on twitter... These are worthy of an rns and should have been rns'd
The thing is i always come back to what Waheed said about asos.... "it took the city 6 years to see the potential" "it took the market 6 years to love asos" he knows that when koovs takes off the past will be forgotten.... I just think any unhappy share holders should call them and let them know....
I have called and i am waiting for a call back so i will let you know what happens....
IMHO they are waiting for FLFL's shares @ 15p to go through. Assume this will be before the interim results and then the interim results RNS will hopefully contain everything we want to know i.e. what FLFL bring to the table and a forward looking action plan etc and from that RNS onwards there will be no turning back for the SP.
Email reply?! You must be joking!!

Jambon, it could be that the reason it's so quiet is that the good news is being held back, along with the RNS of FLF's next purchase of shares at 15p to ensure the share price is as high as possible before the next tranche of shares are released to HT Media....
As the majority of shareholders are incentivised to keep the share price as high as possible at that point in time.... and not before... Personally, I'm not too worried...
One might argue that a large % increase in a short amount of time would also build more hype and drive the share price up further... I haven't researched this though.
RE: a share buy-out.. as the BOD has the approval to release another 130m (?) shares there's very little worry about a buyout...given the distribution of the shares in issue as it stands.
This is just part of the reason I'm a firm believer in KOOVs...
I've just sent them an email, I'll let you know what happens
I would urge all share holders to contact koovs via their investor relations dept on their website.... The market needs an update...
I believe the business is doing a lot better than the market knows and for some reason koocs are keeping everthing quiet...
Very soon their will be either a low ball buy out offer OR Ht media will be taking another batch of shares at a rediculous low price.... The deal for ht media is they get every batch at the lower of the previous 3 month average so its in their interest for the price to stay low... Only news will stop this down trend... Its a shorters heaven right now
We should be due for a rally here soon
The 8.40's in black are buys
Uuurrgh! Too late..weve all seen it now!
Hh that was for your eyes only...
To many want him to fail
Hi Chancer. I've followed Jambon since April. Kept me aware of where my average needed to be... Thanks Jambon!
Jambon gets some stick on here, that's for sure, but i can say, a hell of a lot of private investors thanked him and his fellow thorpyuk for keeping the faith in BooHoo early this year when the share price was attacked by shorter's and the price drifted below the 140 mark, but he kept the faith until results and the share price was back over 200, So people might give him stick, but he helped a lot of people through the bad times in BooHoo and the will do the same here.
I have every faith in koovs and yes i have shares in here but you just need to do online research and you can see that things are going in the right direction , The only thing is lack of news which may favour new investors who want in at a cheap price because once news starts coming in, the SP will rise because you have to consider one thing, all the holders of Koovs are holding shares at a higher value on what they are now unless you bought in March/April when the SP was in the 6's . Good luck to all.
I dont know if anyone noticed but it was a targeted attack at me by a user and I think they probably reported all my posts in one go and I received a ban, i returned the favour and i believe they may be banned currently... Inwas attacked by someone else when i said i didnt think 8.78 would hold and i was right about that, thing is sometimes you have to make a loss before you make a gain.... Imagine trading koovs for 20 or 30 percent and then missing out on multi bags
Jambon, why were you suspended..i personally have been suspended last year for swearing, using disguised versions.
you got ban lol ive been banned before , its a joke when people grass. yes cars a write of lucky we were in uk ,free treatment, lol,man drove of , now told police he did stop ,police not charging him, oh well
Really? I did think you were quiet.... I was quiet because i got a ban lol
i agree mate , of topic i got hit by hit and run driver thursday he hid till next day , **** t
Look at it this way, Waheed and Biyani are paying 15p a share, they are not paying 15p because they think thats the true value, they are paying 15p because they believe that is cheap and they will make money although investors of their calibre do take a long term view and not a day traders view....
For some reason they seem happy to allow the share price to drop nearly 50 percent less than they have paid?
(again people of their calibre are not bothered by the day to day fluctuations) they know what this share is capable of on good news and that 35 percent rise we enjoyed the other week is just a tiny taste of what can happen
When a share price drops all the cretins come oit of the woodwork saying there is something wrong etc, they also say things like the share price never lies etc, all i can say is i have seen it all before, when boohoo took a big drop into the 140s earlier this year i kept buying all the way down and ignored all the people that were posting "theres something wrong" "the share orice never lies" etc etc.... Guess who was right and made a killing?
Over the last 12 months i have had people tell me -
the funding wouldn't happen - it did!
They also said the funding would be at 2p - it was at 13.5p when averaged out
Some of these posters have done the decent thing and cleared off but a few are still lingering - are they still here because they see no opportunity here?! Hmmmm
As we get closer to results i feel the long term holders wont be the desperate ones
Just remember a bad share never gets bashed
