TBH if you are using the fundamentals tab above both the number of shares in issue (and present market cap) are out as they haven't added the 120 Million shares that were issued at the last placing. Total ordinary shares in issue is 317,525,000.
Market cap is just under £5m, but net assets must be around £9m, with recent cash raised - so very good value
It will re rate and catch-up, early days. First chunk of THG investment is now yielding £1.8m of profit from original 54p investment. The other CFD investments are in profit too, if the board have not been trading up and down to generate cash for a year end dividend. Would be my expectation. Can see they are recruiting an investment analysis so expect recent fundraise to be spent soon. In meantime will be getting circa 4.5% return in bank. Patience is required here.
By the looks of the RNS just out it looks like Spreadex have been that Overhang selling down here.
Still got over 41 Million shares left if they are intent on selling them all, unless of course they have a figure someways in between.
Given THG's recent rises Spreadex should be holding tight. That's why I never trust or have anything to do with spreadbetting firms, with margin calls as they are effectively bookmakers and whom it has to be said can see their clients hands.
I feel like it's inevitable
I'm not sure. Most likely a frustrated seller that wants out at any cost sadly. Strange as this rocketed on the THG announcement, if THG is indeed bought out the value here will rocket in line with that sale. With the Board this has the next investment will be likely just as savvy and see another spike. Hopefully it holds better next time.
Cannot wait to see how this plays out, a fantastic looking early SIPP investment for sure.
Seems to have an overhang PC for the time being and every semi-decent buy is matched by an equivalent or greater sell.
Any ideas who?
Come on Mr market maker
Let's be having you here
She's gunna pop
I calculate they are up about 55% excluding CFD on their original investment which is about £1.5m at current market value. Looking forward to seeing where they put recent fundraising cash.
7 trades 1st hour a record surely
Soon domboy soon once people swallow the thg rocket
When will we see this sp corrected? Hoping for some juice
If i was thg shorter I would want exit via hedge here
The issue is there are no buys here, when they invest in another company or invest more into THG then hopefully we will see an influx of buyers that will drive the price upwards.
Until then it will remain here. Which is fine, I'm hoping to load up some more when some capital becomes liquid.
Auction
Matter of time before this re rates thg 5 per cent up
Hi brewman
I was referring to the gain in share price in June for kelsos thg investment
To date I still think the 3m is dry powder
PolishCap
Where did you see they have invested 1.6m?
I've been waiting for an update on their £3m raise and where they would invest it.
Nice 1.6m added to kelsos investment
Suspect firmly in. Blue. Now
Little step change in share. Price due
BTW HH THG would have to go to the early 40's for me to go totally all in again 3rd time could be postie to ISA millionaire scenario hehe
I really really really hope it doesn't ever happen again HH but got a new little air sealed container for some dry powder if the top up opportunity arises that can also move in unison WHEN capital event happens at THG
GL HH
I'll pack that in when the interest rate pivot finally comes until then anything goes in a bally Troajan haha
GL M8
Cheers for popping in here HH
Yep 5 mill outright and 3 mill cfds cash balance should be quite a bit more than £3 mill cash then however you look at it
Personally just like the management and this position stops me trading a third of my holdings in THG like I've done for over a year now
Went in with a 3k punt at 7.5p a few months ago but sold next day for 7.2p started accumulating here recently at 2.3-2.48 just made sense
Thg down 5% klso up 2% today as an example
But if Thg did a 5 day 25% downside and klso stayed the same I'll cash up here and average down on THG again
My nonstop trading mind I'm afraid
GL HH
