@firststopthemoon: So at 09-12 you stated categorically that ''I have nothing else to say ref KIBO'' yet 10 minutes later at 09-22 you are back again in a position of being a non holder now (your admission) and nothing new to say or add”
Sorry but I think you will find that was AIMO that stated that, not I.
No problem, still allegedly the same person saying it according to many with an opinion on it.
GLA I will be selling my few million on the first rise here. 14/10
I have finished dumping my holding here Deecay. I have nothing else to say ref KIBO. 18/10
Go figure that one out, we haven't had a rise yet and amazingly the millions have gone ...poof
You really just can't believe anything you read on here, it's farcical
Yup, the company is ****ed, LC is a liar, no projects will ever come on line and the sp is headed to zero. I don't understand why anyone would ever consider buy one single share in this tin pot bankrupt company.
There you go, happy now,
@firststopthemoon: So at 09-12 you stated categorically that ''I have nothing else to say ref KIBO'' yet 10 minutes later at 09-22 you are back again in a position of being a non holder now (your admission) and nothing new to say or add. I am not an expert in anything now I am retired but like others here I do think you have some sort of problem that needs dealt with. Everybody is entitled to an opinion but the trouble is nobody knows what the hell you are talking about. If as you said earlier you have no more to say on the subject of KIBO then keep your counsel on the company to yourself.
FSTM please don’t buy here it’s a crap share.
If you think I am Sonic, then its you that needs help.
Aimo/Sonic - goodbye and get some help.
For crying out loud FSTM this SP has dropped over 90%. Anyone that sold out on the way down was smart, anyone that didn’t wasn’t. Why are you so hung up on who was saying what during this period? That’s not due diligence it’s an attempt at finger pointing, just like Sonic and his ‘friends’. Have a look at the company website and make up your own mind. Is LC still talking this up with no real likelihood of anything coming to fruition or not? If not then buying in at 0.45p sounds like a bloody good deal even if it temporarily drops to 0.35. Most on here could do without you attempting to carry out an inquest. I suggest you either buy in or find a better option elsewhere.
I have finished dumping my holding here Deecay. I have nothing else to say ref KIBO.
For a newbie to this board AIMO is well researched on previous postings. It must have spent a lot of time reading back over the thousands of posts. Whatever gets you through the night!
You'll never get me outta the Vic
Caveat Emptor plain and simple
I think you will find that a lot of the placing shares were certificated and therefore will not show as buys , just saying.
Also it's of no business to you what price people are buying at, they are buying at the prices reported as buys, simple as that. You buy at the price you want to buy at and sell at the price you want to sell at. If you think for one minute that everyone on here says 0.35p then it's going to drop to that price just because you want it to, then you are deluded. Pay your money, take your chances, just like everyone else, and it if doesn't go the way you want it to, tuff s h i t, and if you can't deal with it, then quite frankly you shouldn't be investing in AIM.
‘Absent friends’ care to name some names. I don’t know who you have been listening to but you are very well Ill informed.
Perhaps they did the more sensible thing and bought in the placing!
As for your other comments you better have some evidence to back that up.
Who the hell is Matt?
WTF do you know?
I did, took 1.2 million last week and others I know of have taken much more.
Anyway you keep talking away to yourself......
SGB lol
It worries me Matt that you'll be selling your few million on the first rise here. Obviously thats not going to as soon as we'd all like given your views on FC. Why you bought a few million in the first place I've no idea. Having invested in AIM successfully for well over 20 years I would have thought you would have been more careful!
Also disappointed not to be added to the list of long term holders that are extremely unhelpful and rude.
You need to go and see a shrink and your behaviour is shocking.
Two things struck me and worried me in the recent RNS.
1. Kibo Energy PLC, the multi-asset, Africa focused, energy company, is pleased to announce that it will be seeking to raise a minimum of GBP1,500,000 (the 'Placing'), of which GBP1,000,000 (the 'Underwritten Placing') is fully underwritten by TS Capital Limited ('Underwriter') on behalf of TS Capital Clients, at a price of 0.45 pence per share.
2. Shares issued in the Placing ("Placing Shares") will have warrants attached (together with the Placing Shares, "Units") with each Unit comprising one Placing Share, one warrant exercisable at 0.8p per share for the period of 18 months from the date of issue and half a warrant exercisable at 1p per share for the period of 36 months from the date of issue.
So 1. Demonstrates this is potentially a minimum dilution at 0.45p it could be larger, thus increased dilution.
2. Without taking the obvious **** take of warrants, a complete joke and kick in the balls to all current investors. These are set IMO way too low and for too long. So on two counts either this placing with the directors nose firmly in the trough expect to make something but not for sometime to come.
All the pieces seem to fit together to say come back at the end of next year 2020/ start of 2021 and maybe we maybe be back at 1p.
Sorry to relay my thoughts but this is quite disgusting what the BoD and Sanderson's have contrived here.
