In general when a company goes through this is there a time limit or usual time frame that is accepted. Is suspension generally followed by a direction within days or could we be looking at weeks .Surely the longer it is the more damage it will create ........If there can be any damage left to be had with this company.
Less than 1p would make it tough,,,for them to suspend at this level may give a glimmer of hope. For this bod to have squandered $50m plus since formation is shocking,,had two producing wells and still naffed it all up. Still have court cases to contend with. I think bod have and are just going through the motions to keep us paying them....shocking management.. Even if they did manage to raise the £3m it would not be enough for a drill to Shannon ,, only enough to keep pigs feeding at the money trough. Very sad for investors.... Bad, bad management :(
Where has my mate Dagee gone !!!???
I personally thinking along the line of farm out deal is on finalisation and restructuring kea to its former glory .expecting rns by end of this week it's going yo surge if Ian wanted the money realey badly we would have dialauted the share with millions of notes from financial loans shark's he did not do it for a reson ....
.....the present situation, whether Kea survive is in doubt!! I've written off my money, but still hope something can come of this mess. Another hyped Aim stock, management making big bucks, accompanied by mistakes! Ah well another loss against profits on other investments, a case of treading water!!
tie up its possibel
wow why .....
That's what I love about this board - you guys are amazing - how do you dig up this stuff? A real eye opener on IGS. Well done TT.
I have said there are fire sales all round for IGS, thanks for the heads up TT, just confirms my previous thoughts , its salvage time on the tracks. I know where he can pick up a nice little slightly/very soiled exploration company that was operating in NZ for next to nothing.. might be some losses he can beat out of it for the taxman. oh sorry they are held in the subsidiaries, that aint going to be any use to him in there.
Mossgreen going for gold in latest art sale Mossgreen will hold its highest ever value auction when works in its Fine Australian & International Art sale go under the hammer from 6.30pm Tuesday June 2 at 926-930 High Street, Armadale. With a mid-estimate of more than $4 million, the auction features works from several important private collections including one of Australia’s greatest entrepreneurs Ian Gowrie-Smith.
to see what company owners do & don't do in the interests of shareholders..
...the derampers have to keep on deramping! What's the point? If it all goes tits up I'm down £5k and many other investors are down a helluva lot more. I remain confident! Hopefully something can be salvaged from the wreckage which benefits current shareholders who include the Management.
in case you forgot rere we are on Earth not Mars, that's where your last report looks as if it has come from sorry, IGS is just too far out there to ever regain orbit for Kea the Parrot Petroleum, he flew to close to the sun and burnt himself up along with us remaining shareholders cash and opportunity to put the star ship on the correct course. agree that the leapord (IGS in this case) never change their spots so the little that is left of this outfit is only going to the dogs, he hasn't learnt a thing..successful crowd funding what a hoot !!
It's very much interesting agenda in ians calender doing a totally different presentation on kea he said on the begining of the meeting it's mean a lot where I recall the presentation of rift petrolatum fire work stated after a mounth .now we are in to the third week of him being in the town talking about 3 mil funding going private Shannon drilling puka production and then the final chapter farm out talk in progress we will let the market know in due course I wonder lots of derampers in here got confused which topic to deramp.its human nature when you loose a lot of money taking revenge but remember one say leapords never change its spot won't to know why success is the only in its mind .....There are so many thousands of investers here success is around the corner trust the leapord and it's spot
My post asking about me 'old mate DaGee was removed :(
When the 1960's hair styler said : "Its a hell of a great opportunity"... maybe I should have listened. It is indeed an opportunity that puts you in Hell !!!
reading this I should also mention that a degree a degree in planetology is essential by the looks of his recent comet, home base isn't here and will never get to it , must agree there will be fireworks from the next RNS but it wont be the result he is expecting, it wont be advising a fire sale, more like the liquidators have taken over the offices and they will be advising a fire sale , IGS will be OK tho he more than likely has the rent paid up on his flash office in London for a few months yet.in case it gone unnoticed this Parrot of Petroleum has failed miserably, there hasn't been anyone in control of this outa control space jockey for months or anyone who could manage anything for a lot longer than that , fire sale, afraid so.
but where are the crowds though Ian?..'I think it's a helluva great opportunity, I really do & I will be supporting it personally as I am one of the largest shareholders' but no commitment to any personal funds for the project Ian, or any of the other Directors? Lead by example it it's such a 'helluva great opportunity'..the rest of course is a hoot listen & watch the full interview below..loving the new hairdo Ian 'It's the new curtains look my hairdresser tells me' h'mm could be curtains all round for KEA petroleum soon, especially if there isn't much appetite for the 300,000,000m placing.. http://www.brrmedia.com/event/138406/ian-gowrie-smith
Living in their psychology of previous investment, & their cash which has officially disintegrated into two white rabbits & a guinea pig because their KEA shares are worthless now..
Going forward suspension is nothing to do with ians commercial decision it's the farmout and money towards the Shannon drill yes money is tight but need to look around who is the major share holder and who is control .and just 3 mil is it going to bring the multi millioners integrity down the drain I don't think so ...The plan is in action it will be implemented very soon failure is not a option I am very much looking forward to next week rns it's going to be fire works not fire sale...
you do not need a degree in math to do the sums here to see where all the money has been wasted nor do you need a degree in hydrogen propulsion to measure the speed the company crashed and why nor a degree in photography to set a slow shutter speed to see what and how this all happened ,it is very clear that while IGS has been away having a nice time trying to salvage some of his other failures from the same fate he let some monkey Parkes run the company into the ground and didn't have his nice green rimmed glasses on soon enough to notice ,certainly wouldn't and didn't take notice of the many warnings, he has burnt up a huge amount of this associates cash of which he shouldn't be proud especially when the train wreck was staring the BOD in the face they were collecting more cash to make the inevitable seem further down the track...IGS LOST MILLIONS if for a moment that's even close to the truth then he deserves too as this train wreck is all his own work and the cause of no one else.
As marve correctly pointed out last nite..why didn't he loan the company the money, in the video he says him being a director obstructed him from primary bids, so why loan the money..of course the answer is obvious but I wouldn't be expecting any windfalls from the 'fire sale'..
What sort of loss or investment has IRGS got with this now.We know he has pumped millions in over the last few years but what figures are we talking about. ! I also wonder how much loss his circle of friends are facing.
Maybe they will sell all, or part of Puka, to raise enough to kepp the ship afloat and "spin the wheel" on Shannon.
After litigation, debts, outstanding costs & wages, outstanding rents on 3 property lease's etc etc etc there won't be much left after IRGS has fire sold the assets to himself or his mates' I shouldn't wonder..
