just watched most of the interview with IGS, how much did they pay to get on that show, even the interviewer had to sit through a pretty boring heard it all before speal, she would have rushed out and bought a cup of cocoa if possible. notice IGS has bought a new watch tho. the major risk to any Kea shareholders small remaining stake is still the management..nothing has changed.
present captd value I million GBP, issue 300million more shares captd value stays the same, cant see how that is any benefit for shareholders.capital raising might make sense if it was going to a good cause but it isn't and there isn't a plan moving forward that the company could or can capatilize on to return some value but it will be enough for a few more months directors fees and wages.
Two videos now with IRGS.Proactive and another on the Kea media link above.Something to think about over the weekend, ready for next week. GLA
Why is this? These are things to consider when looking to invest in a share that has lost upwards of 95% of it's value in such a short space of time with no significant progress except more dilution & no real activity from BOD's except salary taking..
sorry mate, you must have known that IGS approves everything right down to the last stamp and tea bag in all his divisions and subsidiary companies , although he may not be a director of these we can only speculate that this is sort of a matter of distance if something goes amiss which we have the present share price to judge that record by...
This share looks even more dodgy by the minute, the e-mail information has been removed..warning lights & bells spring to mind..
their bath water would be like Goldilocks first plate of porridge. the rules are quite clear knowledge used to or by to advantage selected shareholders that has not been made available by way of company release is insider trading ,best put in a written complaint to the relevant authority if you have the names...the nomad should be able to assist as they are the sponsors of this zoo.. -- Note to Gerhart, if you are hell bent on dividing your money again by 4 go in at a penny you will get all you need.!!
2 trades totalling £18..there must be thousands of £££'s going through primary bids as we speak..
Maybe that is indeed a possibility Pete. I am tempted to buy more via placing as I am already in big on big losses...double or quits! And it is for like reasons that I can't see IRGS or the other directors - who are in a lot more than me - letting this fail. But I am still not clear on how the price will be set, and therefore how to get my bid price right.
i think farm out deal is done with the intention of raising the cash through .com its a safest and lower risk . once the resolution is passed in the meeting we will get the farmout deal rns , there is no way kea will commit the full 3m needed to drill poss 1,5 mil with some small prints attached ,,,,,,
& a lot of shares to place on a wildcat discovered on 'low quaity 3D'..they are due some good luck on the drill front but the mismanagement has been horrendous here..wages, costs & all other expenditure are still way out of line..many die hard investors such as Da_Gee et al won't commit money until a drill date is announced & I get a horrible feeling the placing funds will be used as 'carry money' whilst the so called management continue searching for a farmee to share drill costs & as IRGS has said, he likes to 'offload costs' onto other operators..of course I could be proved wrong, the primarybid.com venture may well turn out to be a roaring success & investors could be kicking the doors down right now to get their bids in before the due deadline & IRGS may well chuck half a million quid in the mix to help the job on it's way..
.. Good point. You would guess from the fact that they can see the book AND bid that they intend to underwrite this?
in the last week there has been approx 15k GBP done in Kea, that's not race away support as I know it, and then divide by possible dilution if it ever happens,is that Dr Ian.
What he knows and why he bought 1 million shares at 1.2.. does he know something we don't and why would he buy the, now and not later on when if we have the 3 million raised and the 300 million extra shares his shares will be diluted by 3.. just don't under why would someone be buying here now!!.. get the placing shares.!!!
were freebies when they were dishing shares out willy nilly to Darwin on the strength of PUKA 3..now they must face up to the fact that their tenure is coming to a close, unless of course the resson it"s quiet on here is due to all the action on primary bids.com..
you only have to look in the directors deals in the last 12 months (although this information could be pretty unreliable in fact as nothing has changed much for the better) , to note how much faith the directors have placed in the beloved company. the reason they can monitor the bidding process is so they can pull it if there are no bids and save some further embarrassment, the likely hood of any of the directors placing a higher bid than any other bidder is absolutely nil,and on the off chance one /all/ they had been drinking at a board meeting and accidently did lodge a bid isn't that insider trading with them having the benefit of undisclosed knowledge not released to market.. very much so !! we are on our own again.
Hi guys, those of us still in here have lots of reasons to be Neg - but please only answer if you know. How will final price be set on P bid? Also - previous RNS says:Everyone whose bid was higher than the final placing price will receive full allocation of their bid; everyone whose bid was at the final placing price may receive their full allocation or may be scaled back. Everyone whose bid was below the final placing price will receive no shares as their bid was unsuccessful. Co is allowed to see bidding book at anytime. But directors are also allowed to bid. So what stops directors putting in slighter higher bids than anyone else and setting final bid price accordingly. I'm obviously missing something! Thanks
You got it right there, Da Gee C'mon IRGS, put your money where your mouth is.
Don't leave it till after the AGM as your shares will drop back heavily again..
With regard to the recent share price spike, to me its just a plain old market scam. You have insiders trying to have this stock around 1.30 - 1.50 at the time of the primaryBid raising. Why ? Because all the naive retail investors will then think : " Ha, this is trading at 1.50 on market , I can get stock at 1.00 in the placing , therefore I can immediately sell at 1.50 on market and make a huge profit !!! Wrong!! Why? Because as soon as the placing goes through (if it does) then all those on Market bids will simply "disappear" and the new punters will be left holding useless stock. It's gone up on extremely thin volume. If you think about it, even if it does cost you 20k or so to pump it to 1.40 or so , you still get 3 million in return . Not bad I say. Should be illegal...well actually it is...
don't mean to be to negative again but am trying to outline the facts here for all , puka 1 and puka 2 need the oil price at the 75 dollar mark for a margin, it wont be 3 million after expenses if it makes it that far,a profit on paper is fine but with the skinny market in Kea how do you materialize that into cash when the average weekly sales only manage a couple of thousand quid. Abodong and Jimmy are only going to buy 20k worth between them on market and that's at the top end of the buying if it takes place. sorry.
Having said that there is the probability that we could all make some good money via primary bid if the shareprice keeps ticking up. Oil price going back up and puka 1 and 2 back online and 3 million in the bank could see good gains. If this is circa 1.5p before placing closing date its a good bet
Is if the shareprice is circa 1.5p, would investors jump on primary bid for a healthy profit?
intelligent responses only from the real long term crew Da_Gee, tippity top & the onion etc..would a directors buy help? Will KEA get exposure from primary bids, shareprophets have acknowledged the presence & given a thumbs up..or will.posts get removed & everything go static till AGM time?..
