LoL @EV. I'll play devil's advocate and say it wouldn't be the first time he's misspoke! To be fair, if the board BELIEVE it's a fait accompli, then I guess they should tell us this, even though a right royal doozy might be sprung on us from left-field halting proceedings at the eleventh hour. Twist your tongue around that one!
This share has history - if it didn't I'd wager we'd be in the 40's now, perhaps even 50's. This is what makes buying round the BoD's option price of 29p feel such a bargain to me today, and hopefully confirmed in hindsight tomorrow, metaphorically speaking. ;-)
Ob.
Is it the Marie Celeste .....ghost ship ?
I am happy with my holding circa 50% of PF in now and that’s enough for me. I mean the CEO is telling us it’s a done deal on record. So I’m amazed at the lack of reaction in the share price. If I wasn’t already fully loaded I’d be adding more. Another movement….. feels close now. Might even use the i word…. imminent!

I guess if it turns out the ghost ship is #6, and the deal completes before this is known, then in hindsight we should perhaps have gone all in... LoL. Though I doubt I'll ever go all in on any share, but it would be tempting if court or port watching revealed irrefutable, and I mean irrefutable, not just circumstantial evidence that the deal had gone through, and was sufficiently favourably to rise our share price, BEFORE the RNS announced this more widely.
It does muddy the picture a bit Obs that we’ve shipped for others, but the ghost ship makes me think it’s known but not supposed to be known publicly. This supports the “fait accompli” statements.
That’s 6 including the one we’re told wasn’t for us. And that’s the slot after the black lagoon Obs ;-) at the end of July.
Wow. Not much gets past you @EV! ;-) I saw it appear with a name, I saw the name disappear. I haven't given it any thought since... LoL. Perhaps I should don my conspiracy hat! ;-) I know the name and I suppose I should keep an eye on it, but would it matter if there were now two named DEV ships since we know they can, and have shipped other ore, not just their own?
Kiran was extremely confident… perhaps because it’s all sorted and sat in the courts inbox?
There was another in our name Obs I’ve made a note but it wasn’t there for more than a few minutes (possibly realised it gave the game away but not sure) but I am watching it closely- it hasn’t set off from WAFR yet but it’s the right sort and would be #6.
Great info Evbull, just need those legal people to proof read those agreements with out taking a holiday in the middle of it, guess the court is on thier back sides and things are moving at last
Possibly! There was a fair shuffle in the shipping schedule today, though I'll believe it when I see 4 DEV ships set sail this month... Optimistic planning for success?
Yes I believe so, could this be the big one?
WWTBOOTT ;-)
Excellent spot @EV! That's the only "Dispatch Conclusions" in the main case that I can see. Fingers crossed! Did it land after 16:30...?
Things are getting interesting in the courts again......

Concluded for dispatch is a commonly used legal term and it means that the process is ready at a certain stage and it is with the judge and he will determine the next step, that is, what administrative movement the process should follow and be forwarded correctly so that it reaches its end.
Another decision posted.

hello mccarefree
Thank you for the advice and best regards
I always do my own analyzes
In 2020 I found KOD, now I am looking for successors for above-average growth - companies in the initial stage of development.
I have a few on my watch: HE1, KDNC, KZG, JAY, BOD, BCN, IRON, 39EA.L (Ganfeng Lithium) Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Hello, George and welcome.
You will find a variety of opinions here as to whether this is a good investment. Any future success or failure depends on the outcome of several major developments that are not fully within the Company's control and the positivity of investors relates largely on their views of their view of those matters. You need to research the history of these matters via the 'RNS' releases and the Company's website and then take your own decision.
Good luck!

the $454k will be to replenish the working capital that we provided to dev back in may 2020… to mobilise the shipping operations… cash flow will be needed for the next stage…
Thanks EV_Bull for sharing that, does this indicate that there's a sense of urgency to complete certain related matters in a sort time frame of days and hence support the expectation that this will be complete by end of June or is this normal procedure?
Excellent thanks EV, appreciate your efforts.
@twohits, This is directly from the court website in Brazil (tjsp) for the case of the judicial recovery process.
