Found this on the website and I suspect quite a few institutions are reducing the stake.

Peeps dumping at 230p must be laughing - sp has 1/4 ed now nearly.
Even from 188p, before the sp tanked on the rns - this has dropped c65%
at some point this will rally but from what base? For me I am averaging down and adding on further weakness should it come. As som point it will become a prey.
No short positions. No explanation. Just massive dump at end of day. Wonder how many will be dumped today ? At least its not Friday 13th. Looking around for some explanation to this conundrum, came across a Chronic article of 15th March which cryptically stated 'There is some concern that there is more to the revenue stagnation than just the economy'. Goes on by giving examples of other UK IT companies that have been completely unaffected.
Hunt the Cent has 2024 adjusted PE of just 8.4. Chronic opinion is that 'this is Cheap but justified until KCT shows that it can grow faster than the wider economy. Hold'. Bad call. Sp on 15th march was 97p ...
That accords with what's become a regular pattern of a nasty drop in the final hour of trading...
And I still can't believe that they haven't RNS'd this quantity of shares being dumped.
It is crazy as everyday they drump from 100k to 500k shares and today 750k shares drump last hours. How many day left until they finish those sell ?
Yikes! It’s JCB time! 750k shares just dumped…
Still a kind offer though. Looks like we will have to wait until near close to see if seller is still dumping. I darn`t mention bottom reached anymore as the hole gets deeper everytime. Not going to make anymore comments now until £1 is reached, so may not post until next year...
I'd lend you my shovel but I need it to fill in my own hole I'm afraid.
Looking at the long term charts, it has fallen to around 50p lows a few times over the period, but never from prices as highs as recently seen. Has this share been overbought based on potential earnings which havn`t materialised ? Wish I`d never bought that large cheap shovel now as i`ve dug a rather large hole that will take some fillin....
I've never seen a share price react quite like this, even on AIM.
We have seen relentless declines - daily for 6 weeks now - with neither a TR1 published or a reason given.
All we have to go on is that trading update and the half year results which really weren't that bad and certainly not bad enough to justify a 70% drop since the start of the year.
Truly bizarre. Waiting with baited breath for some kind of explanation for this.
Think I should have done the same when only losing 5%. Now heading for 40% down despite quite a few small top ups on this cliff fall collapse. Behaving like an AIM share. Really hope this is down to one big seller and not any other reason that We dont know of. if this was the case, then would expect other funds to be selling as well which may be the case without any TR1 or RNS. Why aren`t the directors /funds buying ? Worrying times.......
In at 73 and out at 68. I thought the seeker had finished but it seems not. Will try and pick the bottom again. Good luck all holders.
That would take the S.P. to around 65p on rough calc assuming the shares sold dont get bought up. Will also make others sell. So dissapointed with this one but can only hold now till support level is found. Dont I pick em....
How long does it take to sell 17 millions share? If everyday they can sell 100k so at least they got more 8 millions for sell . wait and see.
they are selling it now. pop up 50000 and 30000 shares then keep selling. Who are the? No TR1 yes so we will wait until pop up TR! to clear of seller. it seem they got multi millions shares for sell at moment
Should really be £1.50 - £2...IMO, pretty did 50% on drop day and another 50% on top,
Not really a disastrous update either -
It seem they stop today and who know when do they start to sell . If they keen on selling it will pop bach soon .
After the RNS bad news, sp should have stabilised at lower level within a few days. This prolonged decline has been going on for weeks. Chart looks horribly like an inscription on a gravestone ... Easter has gone, and no resurrection in sight. Death spiral or best special situation of the year. Cannot decide which ...
One would think so, for those brave and lucky enough.
It's relentless. No idea where the bottom is but when we get there it's going to provide one hell of an entry point.
No, it seems we're not there yet.
Remarkable this continual decline - now below 70p as I write.
No TR1, no known reason.
Someone sold with huge number as they are still more sell .
73.04 is buy price so a massive buy just went in...
May well have a director selling up before New tax year. A director buy would give more confidence though, although no RNS TR1 has been released for previous sells which seems very strange regarding the very large amount sold.
