Just seen that Jaywing are presenting at the "The Cenkos Virtual Growth & Innovation Forum" - search for that, or use the link below if it doesn't get mangled by LSE,

Seems to be a positive set of results and there are some new recognised names on the client list. Hopefully the tumbleweed can blow away from this chat space and the share can get back to previous levels of old.

Be nice to hear about some new wins. Maybe something’s smouldering along in the background.

Quite a lot of trades, and another step on the path to a sensible price. Has there been an article or comment somewhere?Year end March so "normal" managements might be expected to make a pre-close statement, especially given the year we have had, However this business has tended to adopt the Marie Celeste style of communication .. no one aboard to explain what has happened. it will be interesting, given the new CFO, to see how long the company takes to produce the accounts.

exce director feverishly beavering away with no time to pen.. maybe it just takes longer to count up all the money haha
The Board only met 8 times last year(19/20).so not too busy..and of course they sacked the entire exec team between December and March which must have taken a few meetings..and now the Board has only one exec Director on it. So no time to explain anything to the owners of the company...
I try imagine that they are too busy building their company and their vision to think about telling anyone haha... good post :-). I'm always impressed about how little it takes to move the barometer on this share. If the crowds came it would go right up!
The year end is 31 March, so there could be a pre close statement at some point in the next few weeks..although this company regards shareholder communication as the Chinese government regards democracy...something for other folk..but encouraging that there is a bit of interest. As noted elsewhere there are very few shares available outside of the 3% plus named shareholders.. arguably less than 20m/93m, so even a few shares bought can move the share price. It is possible that the company, which is very rare in having to rely on the 2 largest shareholders, Lord Ashcroft and Lombard Odier for banking facilities, which is grossly inefficient, might consider selling their Australian business. They valued this on the option exercise of the last 25% last year at A$$16m..which is £9m. That is the current market cap at 10p! Oz Should be worth more than that. given the growth profile.
There is a bank facility of around £8m, which is fully drawn but the cash in the day to day account is presumably £1m+ to allow "normal" banking on a day to day basis (hence the gross inefficiency of having no offset between cash and debt). Good old Barclays who manufactured a crisis in summer 2019 which nearly cost shareholders the business..so thanks to Lord A and LO.
But a banking situation that should not, and cannot, endure in the long term By selling OZ the company could refinance the bank loan, have net cash and perhaps even find another bank to operate with. Quite difficult to find intelligent helpful banks these days..an indictment of the clearers and a challenge to the post Covid recovery, but that is another subject!
Am holding my breath in expectation of some positive news from Jaywing..but it has been a long time waiting.
It takes very little share buying to send the price north on here, interesting
Getting close to the end of the month, wonder will there be an announcement soon... Positive trajectory on this share sustained now for a long time. Cannot wait for this to reach its potential

the difference between buys and sells is about £2000 on the buy side and the shares gone up nearly 3% off that alone! Wish the crowds would come here it would be ridiculously high gains

If the herd comes this will fly ;)))
RNS coming?
Stock is very tight here. Cannot buy even small quantities on HL. And is selling for someway above asking price. Will not require much demand to move substantially. Selling at a fraction of revenue and now moving into profitability - looks like a likely target. Data driven marketing will only grow this year.
you are probably right. I bought about 450K over the Nov - Jan time at an average of about 4.8p so every penny is q nice. And I think it would not take much for this to stabilise and get back to profit or attract a bid. It has some real merits inside it if they can keep control of costs . A small improvement this half would translate well and even a small amount of buying would deliver a sharp upward move. Hoping that the volumes moves from second hand prius to a couple of new Teslas
Given the total value of shares traded is less than the cost of a second hand toyota prius, I'd guess not. It's retail. Bu tI'd love to be proven wrong!
Strong financial performance CEO BUYING MCap very low see this closing well over 10p with such few shares
So there's a premium to buy , 67k shares just cost 6p, supply and demand at its best. Stay patient, still multiples to be had.

Could not agree more-this share is due a re-rating.The market has yet to fully reflect the upside but with a new management team in place I think it is a hidden gem undergoing a transformation.DYOR
... during 2018 and 2019 so the re-rate has some way to go yet. With an extremely low float and a new leadership team in place, I'm feeling confident and so pleased this is re-rating to a normal value. It's still a joke that the market cap is £3.5m. The bigger data/AI marketing agencies are valued in the £billions.
With billionaire former Conservative Party Chairman Lord Aschroft owing 25%, we're in good company.
GLA. DYOR.

free float, anyone and everyone feel free to correct me is when.
EXAMPLE: A firm has 100million publicly traded shares "publicly traded"
81 mill of thosE (81% ) are held by large investors or management or the likes thereof 3%+ers (IF THEY SELL OR ADD MORE SHARES AN RNS NEEDS TO BE ISSUED)
so therefore only 19% are actually "free float". These firms tend to increase rapidly on good news...... likewise they can fall hard too.
I'm only really a newb at this.
What does that mean?
I think theres only 18mfree float
Maybe not today but I'm happy to wait out the daily gains.
Not enough people check the constant risers.
Too many rainbow chasers out there.
Missing all the good stuff.
Good luck everyone.

Afternoon all, nice little tick up there.
Looking forward to watching this hit Zak's target.
What was it 8p?
Fantastic.
People will cotton on soon enough this is an easy double.
What doe we think's caused it? I struggle to understand why this is still relatively low. I'd love to know what they've got currently in the pipeline or who they're working with.

I know - it looked weird so I bought 130K shares last week. Quite happy so far
And with 81% already held in sticky hands, its a good bet. Might need patience but risk/reward is heavily tipped in favour.
Especially as 25% of the Australian operations has been valued at £2.2m and that too nearly all paid from EBITDA from its own performance.
When this re-rates it will be a monster.

Any shares available.
£1k @ 2.5 then jumps to 2.8 for 2.5k & 3.47 for £5k
One snippet of decent news and this will fly.

Continuing to load up because any indication of a return to profit with this new Board will send this flying. SEO, AI, Marketing Analytics - all growth areas.
Limited free float and 50% owned between Lord Ashcorft and Lombard Odier.

Topped up again today. Feel this will explode on any hint of positive news - way, way undervalued.
while some have sold and moved on, that will provide opportunity for sp to continue rising higher. i suspect our TR1 resident may still buying and will have another TR1 pretty soon.
this should be 5p plus in the next few days imho
What’s fair value? All i can see is revenue down and they’re making no profit. A lot needs to change and this needs a company update with a new direction and plan to start making profit ASAP.
this was near 9p not so long ago. once traders are gone with their 10% profit, sp should continue rising!
Still can't believe how tiny the market cap is especially for a business involved in AI, analytics marketing etc. Compare this with S4, Experian and it seems ridiculous.
