Got a great team of Directors on board now, and along with the other key management team, JSE is set to become a Mid Tier Company, in the Asia region.
Akatara alone is now worth more than the current Mcap, cant wait till we open up for trading again, let's hope it after April the 6th when i can load up into the ISA.
Do you mean doesn’t feel right?
All the BoD taking their leave here? Dr Chaouch has done one of the shortest NED stints of all time. Two days and straight into Chair.
Something does feel right in the boardroom right now.
Great experienced board, wastes no time getting his feet under the desk, such a talented Director should steer JSE back towards £1 in a short period, imo
I got a feeling they dont like fpso,s JSE have spent a fortune upgrading Montana they cant do more than they have done and still doing all the while complying with the regulators.Cut and run seems a bit strong as well.
Good find Sea7, i think we can all agree that "Safety" should be the top priority when it comes to repairs and integrity of the FSOP, good news is that JSE, are dealing with it and putting it right.

we've got the montara venture as one other example. that was launched in 1989. i'm not sure of the date it was converted, but it was converted to an fpso. there have been multiple directions, prohibition notices and improvement notices from nopsema and currently out there i know firsthand that they are welding in place steel plates in the tanks because of the integrity of those oil tanks. it is an ongoing battle to try and keep the integrity of the whole in place.
the pyrenees venture is another fpso, built in 2004, and it's just had to proceed to singapore early, for a dry docking, because it got a leak in one of its oil tanks. so, again, the integrity of the vessel is in question, and it has had to cut and run for singapore for much-needed and urgent repairs.
On the up $86.5 , pretty solid month of high-income capability, March monthly average over $80,
and great news about the recent appointment of Director, were building a great team of well experienced Board of Directors to take JSE forward. over the next few years,
Onwards and Upwards.
Just terrible wording
Good to see the lazy cut and paste wording was deemed worthy of correcting
Results 25th Apr last year
We should hear some news early April, lots going of atm,
No, the RNS regarding the share award scheme said they would be admitted to trading today. This is completely separate to the suspension. They are part of the share count now, that's all it means. It was a generic RNS to give a date for the award shares to be admitted. The suspension is a completely separate thing which stops all shares being traded.
They wouldn't be able to give a trading day several days away from the RNS like that. If the deal isn't being pursued or we are not the bidder the RNS to resume trading will be the same day or evening before trading commences.
I'm amazed people thought it meant today was the day that shares would be trading again.
Thanks Tom!
If the deal goes ahead it imv will take months before it comes back to market,Failing that it will be a short term suspension
I do try, however I thought that last rns said it was going to open today and the talk in the chat thereafter
Dont you read the posts AB
I thought this was supposed to open today?
Due in April, will we still be suspended, ??? hope so,
Hi Poacher, you are quite correct, the Asset. it worth multiples of current Mcap, if it came onto the Market it would probably go for $250-400 Million dollars, imo but we wouldn't be selling one of our best assets which is going to bring in Heaps of cash over the next 10 years, and help build JSE to a $1billion Asset Company,
The point i was making is the Mcap is absolutely ridiculous. can't wait till were trading again.
Have to disagree with your figures ROXI. It cost us 20 million plus the new plant 100million. When we bought it we inherited a 100million loss. Once in production the first 200million of profits come back to Jadestone to cover costs. After that we are left with a fantastic new gas plant generating profits for many years to come. At this moment in my estimation it has got to be worth 300million dollars.
Video now out on You Tube nothing we dont already know,, the longer we stay suspended, the more likely a deal will be done, imo Paul thinks it could be transformational. for JSE, i think once Akatara, is flowing gas it changes the whole finance structure, im happy for JSE to stay suspended until AKATARA gas is flowing, and brining in another4- 6,000BPDOE
or longer if its needed. One thing for sure we wont be in the 20p range when it does re-open, i can see a 100% uplift very quickly.

As i said the other day, India has to go Cap in Hand to USA, now, paying Top Dollar!!!!! Brent now over $87.00
Bloomberg reported on Tuesday that the country is buying the most US crude in a year. India's state-owned oil refiners Bharat Petroleum, Indian Oil, and the country's leading private refiner Reliance Industries, have snapped up nearly 7 million barrels of April-loading crude oil so far in March, the largest monthly inflow since last May.
Our oil will be in high demand!!!! and Top Dollar prices being paid, I think the best prices will be in Mid April??
Great to see all the buildings now under cover, all tha main components in place and connected into the processing system.
Export Pipelines now in the ground and tested ready for the switch on,
The Sp is a complete joke at the minute, there in Indonesia we can see the Installation virtually completed, loose ends to tie in, well pads all ready and standing by to start the process of being a major gas producer into the Country,
An Amazing effort by our Contractors to complete this on time and within budget!!!!
Cost JSE around $100 Million and our Sp sat at just over £100 Mcap, THEREFORE PRICING ALL THE OTHER ASSETS
AT A BIG FAT ZERO.!!!!!!!!!
Sp should be over £1, its completely bonkers and out of touch. cant wait till we open up trading, ill be sinking a HUGE WEDGE in here, will have to be quick on the opening day, Imo, let's hope its in mid-APRIL and i can take advantage of the full ISA amount!!!!!!.
Next video will be exciting, looks like May for switching on the GAS!!!!!, imo
It's coming together but looks a good 4 to 6 months off IMO. Lets hope the weather keeps fine and they manage to crack on with it and get it online ASAP and to budget. Onwards and upwards.
