I think he's saying it was a bit misleading in terms of presentation Edzi. Which led to gotreal inadvertantly posting something which appears to be incorrect. Any of us can do that and I for one won't be calling him a liar. Noone should be criticised for a mistake. Just glad we have a good board here with understanding folk. P.s. if I have a dinner party you are first on the invitation list. Your jokes are as bad as mine. Lol.
Hi gotreal
I know it’s an old list as Jupiter on on it but can you expand your thoughts as I’m not quite understanding. Are you saying you have compared the HG amount from then to now and there are a lot less regards
Apols - this was a badly formatted page where Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Mgt had spilled onto the next line and the shareholdings were misaligned .... https://web.archive.org/web/20230923045632/https://jubileemetalsgroup.com/investors/shareholder-analysis/ You have to suspect though that IIs realigning / liquidating their their holdings for whatever their reasons have accounted for the depressed share price recently.
Quite so Edzi
In August last year MGT Investment Management also showed as having 226 million shares...... They too are missing from the list now .... Between the two and then and now that is one hell of a lot of shares to have been redistributed...
Hi Frog
The one thing I have learned in life is that you have to laugh, (not saying you have to laugh at what I said) It the best tonic in the world and will keep you healthy. There's more than enough misery everywhere, especially with the price of this share
You've started early Edzi!
Well, that's blown my weekend, I was just starting to like Gotreal after that post and now Seis will never talk to me again after a stupid mistake of mine. Seis, will you forgive me, I'm not a Judas, well I don't think I'm a Judas, well I can't remember if I'm a Judas or not, thinking about it though, I may have been a Judas a long time ago but I had the operation and now I'm just a common or garden Jew, I got rid of the AS, sold it on Ebay
Hi Kalan, can't remember what landed me here but I do remember once thinking that 5 million would have bought the whole thing !
Nice to hear from you Billy, been a while. What’s your current thoughts regarding progress?
Northern
Edzi,
Seis is correct. The website.....
https://jubileemetalsgroup.com/investors/shareholder-analysis/
states...
The total number of shares in issue is 2,974,493,617. The percentage of shares not in public hands is 0.133%. This information was last updated on 23 January 2024.
So, Jupiter have sold down from previous holding but this was done before 23rd January.
BB2
I didn't say the update re Jupiter was 26/03 but the shareholder page was updated on 26/03..... https://jubileemetalsgroup.com/page-sitemap.xml . I will stand corrected if it had been noted before but I don't recall notice being drawn to Jupiter selling up.
Edzi, Seis is right. The figure does not include the 9,000,000 million (approx) options exercised earlier this month si it cannot represent the current situation. Also there would have been a TR1. Nonetheless, Jupiters exit will have been a huge overhang and we have seen before that this is a share that can move extremely quickly when big sellers have finished.
Now I think I may start a war of words. Gotreal says the update is 26/03/24 and Seis says is hasn't changed
who's right and who's wrong..... roll up roll up for the Easter bet !! I bet Gotreal get's 4 corners and 12 throw in's and win's 2-1 after a late penalty. Sorry Seis, I love you really but I want to think that Gotreal is correct as it shows the logical reason for the SP not going North.
Excellent post gotreal, the sp looks set for take off but has been held back by persistent large selling. I was at a loss to explain it - but you've helped out there so thank you for sharing.
I remember those days Frogkid - I was looking for a Jupiter fund and found it on an alphabetical list and Jubilee Platinum was there just above it. It just caught my eye and I had a look, bought and woosh up it went, pure chance, no idea what I was doing. JLP drilling holes an out and out explorer looking to open a deep mine. How things have changed
Yes good find Gotreal with our average daily volume that would have to take a minimum 3 months to clear that sort of overhang and that’s with no one else selling. Was checking to see if it would have triggered a TR1 but not sure if it does or whether JLP or Jupiter need to declare same
That shareholder list is still showing last update on 23rd January as far as I can see.
Yes Jupiter disappeared from the Significant shareholders list between September and mid December last year, I usually take a screenshot whenever they update the list to keep an eye on what they are up to. Some of the other ones have adjusted their holdings up and down over the lat year so it's not necessarily Jupiter but it could be.
Got real
Good find ,well done I posted only a few days ago that I thought funds were coming out but
I didn’t know who. If they are now just about out then a steady rise from now should take place PG
Another johnny-come-lately then, Frogkid..... 😁The reason for the reluctance of the SP to move north of late is that it appears Jupiter have divested themselves of a notifiable holding. The JLP shateholder page was updated on 26/03/24 https://jubileemetalsgroup.com/investors/shareholder-analysis/ . If they have cleared out entirely that is some 97 million shares that have hit the market..... The Jupiter small and midcap funds have ben haemorrhaging money due to their poor performance to the extent that Fidelity stopped investors adding money to them last year.
I was a holder when the takeover rumour drove the price over a quid. That has to be 20 years?
I am also taking a glass half full approach Mikie, been around a few years and though Roan would have been the catalyst but then we had Power outages which did not just effect JLP and whilst this had an impact Leon addressed the issue so as to protect the company in the future. As the copper part of the business grows and this is evidenced in the last interims ( for those new to the share) revenue should begin to feed the bottom line. Leon used past revenues to build infrastructure ( Roan just one example). I actually think JLP could be bought out as it's worth becomes clearer to other Mid tier miners and that is a threat at the current price levels. We need the SP to move North to reduce the risk of same
We’ve been here a while LJS. I must have about 8/9 years dedicated service now and you must be similar. We’ve seen some complete nut jobs on here in that time. But i do feel now, no matter how many detractors/ nut jobs on here our time has arrived. The fundamentals will now show through and no one can deny the incredible achievement of Jubilee. Ground breaking achievements in chrome and copper recovery that will reward every legitimate share holder here. Jubilee is on the cusp, years and years of hope are about to become our fulfilled destiny! Happy Easter everyone.
Where and what is the general Muppet view now that IRH have actually sealed the deal and not walked away. On these bb's the ones who shout loudest are often very small holders or two bit traders. Onwards and upwards Jubilee
have to agree with other posts on here.
quite honestly any opinion with no factual evidence is a waste of everyone's time. jbl was going to be a big pgm producer, then morphed into lead, zinc, copper and chrome. now we are essentially a massive chrome producer with some copper, cobalt and pgm's as a bi-product. we go in the direction of the deals lc makes. the company is growing, profitable and full of potential.
most, if not all, are disappointed with the sp and lack if news coming out. when it comes out, still some ***** and moan. grow up people, we are invested here to make money and hopefully assist others to make money too.
to use a quote the source of which i cannot confirm (credited to melanie mackie)
be an encourager, the world has enough critics already.
pretty good rns today imo. gla and dyor
Gotreal
I now must admit that you are a real pain, no doubt you are invested here like others, no doubt you disagree with most people but you constantly post with an attitude that to be honest is boring and even unwelcome. You constantly poked Bushey feeding him so he could retort and you just can't stand it if someone trades or has another opinion.
If this board stayed in a professional lane and stopped veering off we could enjoy sensible opinions, some of which may hold water.
