Tried to explain that to people multiple times this morning, certain members either lack the mental capacity or knowingly misleading others. Probably a bit of both. That said i do believe this to be a good stock going forward. It will drop on the ex Dividend date no doubt, but there is plenty more to come from it and it will rise again (and pay further sizable dividends after that).
that people think they can have their cake and eat it!!......do you not think that on 1st Sept the price will automatically drop or do you think the sp will still be at 15/16p....gullible lot you are!!!
If you buy now. Anything about 7.5p on 1st September will be profit. Don't forget they've just recieved 10 million. This is such a good short term investment
Its literally printed clear as day in the RNS. As for the previous comments, you can sell on the 1st, the record is taken before opening.
When are the dividend payed out??
eviking, Don't you need to be holding at the CoB on 1st September? Otherwise it would be Holders at the CoB 31st August.
Same day.
Do you just have to hold to the 1st or do you have to have on the 1st and the 29th?
I agree, not much risk here currently, hold until 1st September and get half your investment back in dividends. Looks as though there's a good chance for future dividends as well.
Yamin I think you are right if you are holding on 1st of Sep you will be entitled to DIVI and yes I do feel price will rise and it is 50% plus DIVI from this price. Yeah I feel price will drop when DIVI paid then rise again... I am in and holding and we will get rush from lot investers to jump in before 1st September I feel.
//Reason for this name is... I use to sell my shares in loss listening to all and use to panic when price going down.// Yes, many of us are guilty of this. I am also getting better. But do you think the price will rise as 1st September approaches because of the dividends? Also, do you have to hold the share only on that day? There is no issue if you sell the shares next day because of say SP rise. Will you still get the dividends based on the shares held on the 1st of September?
Reason for this name is... I use to sell my shares in loss listening to all and use to panic when price going down. Then price use to rise with in days so I decided to get this name and I don't panic now listening to all scare mongers. 20p is based on RNS If price in US is telling in RNS 25 cents I do feel we will hit 20 and above...Plus good DIVI for long term you can get your money back just by getting DIVI payed... My thoughts only
@donotpanic (LOL what a name) - why do you think it will be 20 pence end of the week? Just your speculation?
by end of week i think once those sold out who bought in 9's and 10's.
This still has some way to go yet.
by the look of things.
I am new to this share. I see that it was 70 pence and 120 pence in the old days. LOL. What are the chances of going back up towards that after the dividends are paid?
Agree with that assessment Jezza.
Depends on what people are here for. If you are a trader or short term investor then probably not for you but if you are an investor then it's probably a good deal given the ongoing dividends being paid
Clearly price would be around 20p and then yes may drop when dividend paid but will rise back. More news will come to your money your choice I am not selling but staying in
Remember, total dividends so far are 111.6p A total of 11 investments remain active with four being litigation related, four relating to special purpose vehicles ("SPV"), and three being non-litigation and non-SPV.
Today if you take out the 8p divi, price dropping further, don't lose your money on this one, imo
OK, if I get 8 pence in dividend and if the share price falls below to 17 pence to say 8 pence I won't make anything.
Ok there will be 8p divi but what you should be saying before people get carried away and think they will get money for nothing is that the sp will go down to account for this so 16p now will almost certainly go down to 7/8p in the short term. Nobody gets freebies these days!
And final top up at 16.4p. Bye for now
