RachT. In my opinion the most important RNS - or at least the most telling is the one dated 7 Dec 2023 13:45
Please read it in detail. Especially the date of the transaction and the date the issuer was notified. What do you observe?
Zinky - are you sure you've got that right? RM resigned on 23/6/22 - I cannot find any sale listed for RM immediately prior to or after that date. The last I can find is when he sold up 20m shares at 14.5p on the 4/1/21 - nearly 18 months prior. The only sale / buy around the date of his resignation was another large sale by HSBC and an additional purchase of over 5% of the company shares by Sandgrove on the 8th June 22. I think you are mistaken and RM didn't sell his shares - he purchased 10m shares (less than 1% of the company shares) on the 22/12/23 and that took his total holding to 6.61% of the companies 1,195,885,079 shares. If he sold his shares on his resignation (and Sandgrove bought them) as you state when did Rod buy the other 69m shares?
Zinky, I do not usually post on this board for obvious legal reasons since one of our entities, Francium LLC is the lead claimant of the Bluejay Investor Defense Association. However, this is something we can disclose: I believe that our group COULD be the second largest shareholder in Bluejay, with 1.79% of shares outstanding.
Sandgrove bought RM shares when he departed (major difference of opinions). Then the muppets ran riot. RM comes back, buy large stake with others, muppets out. Sandgrove, looks like a tax loss play (note: why the mad rush). Investors can buy now at discount to RM play (if you want). With resources reinstated, the only scam is if the BOD divest to 3rd company for pennies (they just sacked someone for this). Current RNS’s are stability notices. Shareholder lists will show who has been buying.
Greats maths. The same that sold at 4-6-7p (aka the crooks) buy the position at 0.5p to Sandgrove (aka the cheated)...in the good name of future common business (aka new scams...like biotechnology company exploring a breaktrough obesity treatment based on Disko seaweed or a new skin revolutionary treatment with Dundas sands).
With Sandgrove out, the shares went somewhere. RM we know owns personally a large quantity and has now put his reputation on the block. If JAY divest certain assets, it provides capital / stake. Money was raised recently so there is interest.
Pinpoint drilling? Who is going to drill? Mr Whiteline or Mr Beerpint? It’s such a cut edge that Kobold they gave up on drilling themselves there. Yes…Norilsk type of big finding. The only dynamics here is a huge downtrend. You can buy my 7 digit position at 5p…since you are so confident. I would be happy to provide you such service.
Poiu - I note that you DO NOT dispute a single FACT that I, and others, have posted. If you were to disprove anything that has been said your post might have some credibility - until such time as you do / can I would suggest it is maybe not the bear posts that are garbage.
Are you suggesting 'more interesting dynamics' are to appear shortly? I'm not aware of any interesting dynamics having appeared as yet - what interesting dynamics are you referring to?
All the garbage posted here by people wanting to talk the shareprice down isnt worth a damn. Its about the mineral, something JAY has acquired thousands of acres of. that and Kobold using cutting edge tech to pin point drilling locations for us. Watch out for more news and more interesting dynamics as we move forward now.
Investing genius - well, you do seem to like a good ramp. Regarding one of your other many current ramps (GCM) between 30/4 and 1/5 you wrote at least 8 ramps (below) - unfortunately the share price for GCM at close today is lower than it was on the 30/4. Oops. Your ramps do follow a very similar pattern no matter which share you are writing about, -
Those buying sub 7p will be rewarded
Looks like someone trying hard to keep price down by keep slottint the bid in small shapes. Lets squeeze them. Few more big buys and we'll be off. Its primed for a reversal
I agree think those waiting for lower are going to get left behind very soon
Think lows are in here now. Close to 6.75p Full Ask for anything. This should be the last week people have a chance under 7p
Attempts to drop under 6.5p were bought up. i think we may haveflusjhed the last of any placing stock and may be ready to run
Looks very tasty this morning. Think we break 7p shortly
Look at all those delayed buys in a short period of time
I bet we see 7p smashed and the lows in for good by end of week. So much anticpation around this stock
Think wewill see more upside next week
Ultimately we have seen the ultimate capitulation of shareprice
28p down to 0.25p. Crazy
Upside now is looking rather attractive
The big lie: JAY is a mining company. Lie. JAY is a license holder that rented a couple of shovels, made a couple of holes in the ground, paid a geological survey, create a partnership with another company after luring to an huge mining asset and publish some rubbish reports replicating previous published works from GEUS and academicals.
The positive facts: none. The only possible facts for shareholders would be revenue, field work, production. There is no technical staff, the is no field works, there is no machinery. There is no timeline, just empty RNS AI-made, rhetorical interviews, market value decapitation and a shrinking company.
Get a positive fact in the last 2 years and in the next two…nothing. Just guys playing with shareholders money. And some just come to this board to soothe a reality that is inconvenient and create a fantasized universe.
DISINGENUOUS INTERVIEW. Eric Sondergard claimed constructive dismissal after resigning as COO/director, late 2022. Bluejay paid out of court settlement >£200k. Now he is congratulated for having "skin in the game". ALL paid for by Bluejay shareholders !!!
Those aren't "interviews", they are paid for promotional campaigns wrapped up as an interview for the gerbils.
Did anyone ever hear a negative interview from TMS?
And if not, why not? They have "interviewed" a lot of failing AIM companies over the years.
Much as I love Red's comedy - Sarah 'professional and impressive interview', he'x having a giraffe. Anyway, as he's apparently filtered me perhaps someone else can post to advise him it seems that he's lost 2.223m Jay shares.
On 19/3 told us he had 7m
On 29/4 told us bought an extra 2.223m
So that's 9.223m
But yesterday told us back to 7m. Has he mislaid 2.223m shares or did the recent buy not occur - should contact his broker soon ;-)
Congrats Red.
You own now 8 digits of nothing.
I have to say that was a professional and impressive interview.
Sarah shot him the questions we would have asked and pressed him...
Delighted to have bought 2.23m more this week...now 7 million plus.
If they have to raise equity I will maintain my proportion...
I really think this could be my greatest multibagger ever...
They can roll out a gold nugget to get a gold rusk like in Alaska. Or create a cannabis santuary.
CC - sorry you feel that way but you should do what you feel is right, that's what I do. Please keep posting as I like both bull & bear, as I've said before. Maybe just filter posts you don't like. Strange though that 9 posts from Ashton in a day not only acceptable but receives recommendations and is without complaint. Perhaps just a bit of bias in evidence?
So you think it's not been possible for anyone to spot when the sudden onset of PR bs gets in full flow and to recognise that that will coincide with a spike prior to a fund raise? After which the sp will drop again. I think that moment is upon us now but investors have become wise to Jay's bs and so far it hasn't worked. They've rolled out a new BOD, they've rolled out a change of strategy, they've rolled out a bs excuse for no drilling in 2024, they've rolled out John Meyer and now they've rolled out ES - nothing seem to have gone down well as yet. What will push the sp higher do you think?
I'm looking for some real news and not just the bs they keep serving up - the lucrative sale of an asset or the partnering of a major - that'll be the time I'd chose to buy. Until then what has Jay to offer? Would you be buying now?
I try not to be rude but I do not believe you have made money trading JAY.
Have a look at the charts, it's all been south, There has been so few upward gains to make any money.
I'm with Ashton I'm not posting any more.
6 posts today, 6 posts of vitriol. Can't compete with that.
There are 170,000 charities in the UK .
But none deserving of your attention more than JAY shareholders.
How about spending your energy on one of the other 170,000 unfortunates.
Tiresome.

MetalOne. More bad news for Jay – this time from Metal One. Jay's share of that float was supposed to be worth £3.125m but that has now fallen by around 73% to c. £845k. News today that the second payment from Gunsynd is due but that 'Discussions regarding various options in relation to the Farm-in agreement are ongoing.......' Is that telling us Gunsynd are trying to re-negotiate the terms? Why wouldn't they, they committed to buy around 25% of the voting rights of Finn Aust for £1m. But that £1m will go a lot further now and either buy more shares; perhaps they are asking for more shares or asking to pay less money? Either way – unless I'm mistaken (which is possible) it doesn't look ideal for MetalOne.
EnuffRMbs - brilliant idea. Though I think we'll have to change the format a little, it'll just take too long to record otherwise - if you ask the questions in a manner anywhere near as slimy and as sycophantically as Sarah I'll have to recover from throwing up each time you ask me a question :-)
Cat - well the sails sure have come off at Disko 😂
