Finally had time to watch the update. They are a good team operating in a developing opportunity.
If costs held and sales grow as suggested then off £14m they become profitable. They expect that this year. If growth maintained in the following year FY25 then we can get some true measurables currently SP looks right. With labour spending heavily on NHS (if you believe what they say) then this should benefit IUG. This will either get taken out or SP will start to move upwards when and if they get to PBT. Trading update in July will show whether SP will move this year or next.
The £2m credit facility with HSBC puts cash raise noise down. They are a good company but it may be another year before SP really moves.
Exactly as I expected. Market does not like but what did it expect?
Likely to be bolted on to larger co in similar business once it hits target this year.
One day off its wednesday
Last Trading Update
If costs held Clinical AI sales doubling as forecast and Simulation is growing then starts to look better value, if and only if cash is good. Can they deliver a H1 tiny Operating profit? We will know more tomorrow.
Outlook:
We remain positive about the outlook for the Group in 2024:
The Group therefore expects revenue in 2024 to be between £14m to £17m and continues to anticipate reaching profitability with its current cash.
Very good news indeed.
This should have a very positive impact on revenue which hopefully will remove fears of an imminent cash raise.
I do feel very positive now about this stock.
Good news today which should benefit IUG financially going forward. Still expect this to be gobbled up whilst it is still a 'bolt-on' in size but that's fine if it makes a 75% profit
...should be in 2 weeks. Don't expect jam yet but hope it shows at least possible jam tomorrow and enough cash to avoid a raise.!
Hopeful it at least promises 'jam tomorrow'. Perfect for a buyout for its AI,
....co is heavily into AI. If they realized, I am sure we would be at a premium!
Good spot - I missed that. Fingers crossed it helps get the share price moving in the right direction.
I see we have been tipped by Joanne Hart in the Mail On Sunday Midas column. Don’t suppose it will move the share price positive, but you never know .
My suspicion is that we will soon become a 'bolt on' for one of the big boys. Just so long as they offer double this SP or more
preferably in cash, I shall be content.

I hope so. Share price should be higher
.....looking at today's buying, is there good news coming and a teeny leak?
Having trouble accessing it. Has it moved?
...sort of review. Times are not easy but there is progress. SP recovered since a.m. Worth holding,
I have heard lots of positive things here - but It is not clear what the business case is, or why those think this is undervalued
It has £30 mCAP
Currently not profitable
£11m Revenue in 2023 - (up from £10m in FY22)
It expects to delivere FY24 revenue of £14-£17m - It is good growth but not exactly exponential growth that would justify a huge valuation. Perhaps it will turn over a profit if it delivers to the top end of that range.
I'm not trying to be nagative - I'm keen to understand what makes people think it is undervalued. Is it speculation about a take-over or a commercial deal?
Agreed, GE backing them does not to be at all reflected in the SP...
Can't understand the downward trend of the share price. Should be higher
I’m certain the funds from bill gates foundation to GE healthcare will benefit intelligent ultrasound at least in the delivery of the training aspect, the grant is specifically aimed at providing this technology to low and middle income country’s
Anybody noticed that GE have just been awarded a grant of $44m from the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation for the development of AI for Ultrasound diagnostics. As we are partnering with GE surely this must be good news for us?
Look forward to the update
Pls do let us know how you get on . many thanks Sam
IUG continue to innovate and build interesting partnerships. Anything AI is in vogue and increasingly attracting a premium, IUG's offerings are solid and should shine through long after the hype has gone. ALL IMHO
I'm going to CoGX event at the O2 arena this week to research health and fintech start-ups, with a focus on AI.
