Interesting .... wonder what that means for S/h's ??

So ITS ended up going to ICON by the looks of things. What a total waste of time - and money.
David Craven and Jean-Paul Rohan
Just beware if you see these names arriving on any new company info. I did post here ages ago that more than half the companies Craven has got involved with have gone to the wall so we were all aware he’s got a less than sparkling track record. If you have money in anything they’re involved with I’d advise people to think very carefully about whether or not to keep your money invested in it.

AIM really is shocking at the moment.
Long term holding of anything is a complete waste of time and short term momentum movers are becoming so much harder to spot.
Robbing of private investors for company directors short term gain is all that seems to matter at the moment. The COPL fiasco might come on top for the wrongdoing there.
This was a risky punt, but still disappointing to be totally left in the dark until the latest RNS release.

Yep on to the next one.
The main gain from this was the multi bagger from the lows from Summer 2023. From then on with all the hope that Craven would give wild opportunities and the possible RTO’S turned into hopium that kept it going. The reality is was it never rose much from the top coming out of suspension in 2023 and mainly continued a downtrend until September 2023. I have lost massively on this one and it’s a hard one to take but I have learned a lot from standout contributors Neil, Reardon, Roger and Jimmy on the journey. This one’s done but there will be more and it’s that I keep focus on now!
I feel sorry for everyone who lost out here. Craven announcement was massive when it was released and luckily I managed to escape unscathed because of it. A real shame it has amounted to nothing as his appointment could have changed everything.
Best of luck everyone on your next investments.
Ha Hopefully you’ll find him resting at the bottom of one of those lakes….
Oh well,
life is life.
in it and all that, unfortunately ,this was not our day,
wish all who lost here luck with future .
craven has a abode in Kendal , south lakes, i visit there regular, if i bump into him i will give all on here's regards.

It’s being wound up so it will seek to exist after liquidation.
The old board tried numerous times to get this liquidated but now it looks like the writing is on the wall.
No funds or the ability to raise cash with no listing only leads to one thing….
i have shares here in this plc.. the company still exists. it hasn’t shut down or gone into liquidation or anything. it just isn’t listed on the aim or lse stock market as of today… but i still have shares in it
so what stops this plc relisting again main or aim like a phoenix out of the flames we would still own shares in the plc…… or am i being completely ******* stupid?

Damn, goodnight all.
Itsarm plc
Cancellation of Shares to trading on AIM
Itsarm plc (the "Company") announces the cancellation of admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM, pursuant to AIM Rule 41 ("Cancellation"). Cancellation will become effective at 7:00 a.m. on 2 April 2024.
The Cancellation follows the Company's announcement "Suspension from trading and corporate and financial reporting update" on 27 September 2023. Unfortunately it has not been possible to conclude a qualifying AIM Rule 14 (reverse takeover) transaction.
Upon the Cancellation becoming effective, Zeus Capital will cease to be nominated adviser to the Company pursuant to the AIM Rules, however the Company will remain subject to the Takeover Code.
The board of directors will now commence the process of winding up the Company.

I think so yes Roger. We are still on - it's not over until the fat lady sings.
Only possible situation is that the Directors have requested an extension and it’s being assessed right now.
I know it’s directly not linked with us but the section I have re posted below says there is a risk the RTO will not complete.
Like you say probably won’t affect us . I’m just still wondering why we have not heard anything yet ?
Nothing to do with us - Iconic is reversing into ITS Holdings 2023 Ltd.
Not TTS the below link posted earlier regarding iconic .

They told us regarding suspension on the 27th, but still conformation on 28th last rns.

Do they need to give us an rns when they’ve told us in sept

They think ITS all over...... it is now!
Someone had to say it.
ITS not over yet
Not necessarily
Why go to the lengths of submitting the annual confirmation statement and the share allotment update … if you knew you weren’t likely to file the accounts by the deadline . The latter are far more important as far as Co Hse are concerned…
And don’t forget the brokers do like a mid afternoon completion , so they can share a few glasses and slap one another on the back ! After they’ve divi’d the fees !
Nothing by close today … and I guess that’s then it
No it's not. Another month isn't too late if the circumstances are right.
Last post: roger65, 27 Mar 2024 08:56
You would have to be issues with a paper share certificate I believe in order to trade it on private platforms but highly unlikely that’s the case imo
This was always a long shot and one that didn’t cost the new directors a penny. I wonder what the planned for Bodycare with Baaj. Shame the RTO didn’t come off.
Bugger
Delisting does it mean admin or you can trade private platforms
Yes all lost but in the rns they did say if nothing will be delisted so they don’t have to have an rns
GG. Delist tomorrow.

Also very interesting and uplifting read warren,
gla
What excite me a little is, bodycare has left the nest of 2 elderly owners in there mid 70's into the arms of hungry, profitable, and ambitiousness entrepreneurs who have the ability to turn this into a very profitable plc,
with the guide and help of the 2 new directors and zeus.
would not be surprised if craven and co took a large holding in this on relisting,
also remember,
frisby and others still hold 28% ish of itsarm,on this site alone , as i read it, theres another 7/8% with in 4 holders, as what we know,so theres 35% between half a dozen people.
the point im makeing ,theres very little free float of the 56 mill of ltsarm, pending on allocated added stock for the rto if ( body care) the s/p should fly out of the stocks, and rise fast,
gla
profit to the brave.
rags or riches is not to soon.
I agree Roger the first day/ second the die hard need to take an extra position. I will take more definitely. And hold tight my current holding .
The problem is it does take 2 days to get it back on all platforms so normally it would take 3/5 days till the 100s come over .
I agree they will want to do an equity raise but not before the herd have arrived and pushed the mcap up to £2m imho.
Fascinated to see how this plays out. Baaj and Zeus together is a truly formidable team. I just hope and pray that this meek and mild cash shell, ITS, is going to be at the heart of their plans.
If they announce news and an RTO is going to happen then can holders here agree NOT to go cross ramping here, there and everywhere too soon please?? Would be nice for those who have been trapped in for the last six months to load up a little first… not much to ask is it?

.... correction .... G55 are immediately opposite B/c .... so not the same building , but one assumes a supplier with some synergy in being next door to one another ...
My moneys on B/c ... and DC's 'business integrity !!!'
....chairman of Group 55 ... has a media background of sorts .... maybe how he knows DC who has similar !
... as i say G55 & B/c seem to be housed in the same block ...
a Tenuous link ....
... clutching at straws 🤣 .... desperation for a positive outcome ... Craven talks a lot about business integrity ... i hope he plans to walk the talk .. and is not about to shaft us all !! 🙄😡
... you have to put in that whole huge link ... and you can see the Google maps views of the B/c set up , looks like an RDC / NDC as well as HO ... ...
B/c .. seems to be housed with this lot too (Group 55) .... manufacturers of beauty products ... so i assume maybe an in house supplier ... good for logistics !

Sorry ... dont know how to abbreviate it ,,,,, its a big lump of real estate !!

Yep that’s right
Shortcine, we are not back on yet, dead line is wed 27th,
we are just speculating ,
How are we back on im lost?
Well, baaj ,( turned inthestyle) round from £6mill loses to over £1mill profit,
but remember, the loses where covid time.
so,
% growth is fantastic,
wonder % growth with bodycare, after covid ? and expantion,
obviously if bodycare is rto.
if it is bodycare, rto, i will be very tempted to let 50% of my holdings ride for a couple of years may be, as they are in my isa ,
and if timing right a lot of new investors my also tuck a few away in the coming isa tax year.
a lot of ifs, but one has to think.

The correct full address for both B/c & ITS should read:-
9, Western Ave
Matrix Park
Buckshaw Vill,
Chorley
PR7 7NB
They've both used slightly abreviated evrsions ....
The ITS originally filed address was incorrect in that it gave Leyland as the town address and that was corrected to Chorley on 23/10 - same as B/c . Leyland / Chorley border one another ... so i gues an easy mistake !
My OCD .... with this subject ... is now over ! 🤣
GLA
Matrix Park is within Buckshaw Village .... so its absolutely the same address ! As Gold points out ... cant be 2 x 9 Western Aves ... with the identical postcode .... can you imagine the chaos if there were !!
Im with Jimmy ... PTTB !!
GLA .... 🙏🤞👍
It's the same postcode so same address.
But tellingly they are exactly the same postcode….
1, is on matrix park, number 9 could be unit number on lancashire western ave,
2, is a house number 9 on western avenue , chorley, in lancashire.
leyland and chorley are two different towns , in lancashire.
profit to the brave.
Is it 🤩😁 or 😰😭 , I’m 🙏🏽for blast off🚀 🤙🏻.

I am both looking forward to and dreading Monday morning. It's pathetic that a small red dot can carry so much hope and potentially despair.
Anyway, let's hope for updated accounts etc swiftly followed by a second RNS stating it's AIM Rule 14. Might not be rockets here but I do think if it happens then the sp will do well even just off the back of the herd's curiosity. That collective interest may be short lived but I'm keen to see how this whole thing plays out further down the track.
It’s not complicated at all, you’re joining non-existent (and irrelevant) dots. ITS either goes pop on Wednesday or it enters into an RtO transaction. That’s it.
So if the company is wound up can that remaining pot of cash be divvied out to cover Zeus’s fees? I mean if ITS no longer exists after March 27th how will Zeus get their money? All so confusing and complicated. Never mind, all will become more clear very soon.
I agree with your first sentence. Your second makes no sense to me. What are you saying? There's no mystery surrounding the Sept share issue, it's all in the RNS:
"Itsarm plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Zeus Capital Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker, with immediate effect.
The Company also announces the issue of 1,630,612 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in lieu of payment of certain creditors to conserve cash within the business."
Well if there is anything planned they must have it all lined up by now as there are only another two and a half business days to release news in before ITS is forced out of existence. Those share registrations could simply be to take out the cash to pay Zeus before the deadline. I think that might be why there has been a little activity at Company House. I’m dreaming of what an RNS might reveal…
