🙏🏽 🤞🏾 🤙🏻 here’s hoping.
Haha Dom no choice but to be here lol
May be neil could but light on this, being a accountant??
I see , body care's confirmation statement is over due ,could there be any good reason for this?
additional director's may be?
…. I agree Jimmy , with the stated Bodycare expansion plans into the south , Bodyshop stores are abundant in the south , Baaj I’m sure will have been in the know re B’shops admin, as it’s been on the horizon for ages … ready to Cherry pick on the back of RTO funding to support it ! ?? 👌
The good out come would be shares at 4p at least, or anything above 10p As the saying goes PROFIT TO THE BRAVE as per jimmy.
Yep , all those who decided to hold on before supension are locked in now . For good or for bad .
It is what it is ;)
So one outcome is we loose it all .
Another is an RTO from BAAJ and our new directors .
What scenarios and more importantly share price do people see happening if this occurs ??
That’s why we are here .
When it’s released
I think you mean IF it’s released. Trust me I want this to boom like no other stock ever but it’s totally in the lap of the gods this one. No one other than the new Directors has a clue what is on the cards.
To quote Jimmy….profit to the brave
2p, not great for those that paid nearly 100.00/share
Very interesting to be in ITS at the moment, when it’s released back 2p incoming over 2/3 days
Wind-up of body shop,
well, phew, bloody big coincidence,i think baaj will be all over this,
may be, all the ducks are beginning to line up,
gla
Certainly intriguing PAS. Probably mostly wishful thinking but it just could be that things are pretty frantic under the surface. If so then at some point the new Directors will have to come up for air and we'll be informed of any developments.
…. And I reckon , looking at Bodyshops recent filings , Baaj (Bodycare) have been all over their stats for a while now , as BODYSHOPS administration’s been on the cards for a while … and with Baaj/ Bodycare stated expansion plans , what an opportunity to cherry pick as part of those growth plans … with an RTo … setting it all up nicely !!
GLA / PDYOR ! ! !
…. In fact (wishful thinking here) … perhaps Baaj Capital will cherry pick Bodyshop left overs , as they seem to be able to make the physical premises model work !! ? 😳👍🙏
Yup BODYCARE not BODYSHOP …. He / she either mischief making… or can’t read !!🤣
I thought it was Bodycare not Bodyshop in regards to a possible RTO ?

That's the body shop idea for an RTO gone
ITS looks completely finished
Shame for all who didn't sell out when we went from 0.20p to 5p!!!
Until D Day.
I guess my dream scenario is that this starts trading again, dropping on open and then interest picks up and it soars well past 1p. Would be just reward for the time spent waiting in suspension.
I was struggling to see a date, and the side panel was as of the day, lol
panic over.
profit to the brave.
2008?? As you were then...
I like Jimmy's mantra...profit to the brave.
Indeed. The MBO story is from 2008...
I believe this is an old news story and unrelated to the current incarnation of ‘Bodycare’.
According to Companies House nothing has changed.
If it ever was Bodycare……it still will be IMO
… these things almost always go to the wire , with often many good reasons for that , maximise alignment of trading accts etc
..one media insider is the regular reporter of Bodycare updates , trading info , growth plans etc etc … assume that’s what Jimmys referring to …
Why do you think it shows that A55?
I am expecting/hoping for the accounts to be published and swiftly followed by news of a plan for a rto. I would have thought they want to attract as much attention as possible ready for when it begins trading again, assuming it will open for business again, and in the hope they have a huge quick gain in mcap and can raise some cash at about 3 - 4p. at the moment we have no idea if there is anything at all on the horizon. the new directors kept this open for zero cost and currently have no shares in ITS so I don't think there's anything on the line for them yet. If that changes then great but the longer the silence goes on the less likely imho they have anything lined up. Hopefully I'm wrong as between my two accounts I have just over £10k in this.
