It seems to be heading down on the basis of a handful of small sales this week. Verging on vindictive.
Heading for 0.01p, I’d imagine there’s more chance of Ironveld being bought out on the cheap here than funding being made available given the market cap is too low for anything meaningful funding wise. Could Tracarta buy it up cheap I wonder?
From the disastrous RNS with regards our delayed, insufficient funding & we are still none the wiser how this will play out. It beggars believe the company have been clinging on to the hope of a government funded deal given the unstable system in S Africa. What the hell was our last CEO doing & how was he able to get away with it for so long?

Has any share that he has recommended done anything?, all I’ve seen is him lining his own pockets with cr@p reports and getting paid for nothing if you question him he blocks you, the man is a charlatan and has become wealthy by cut and copying the same cr@p reports from one AIM share to another he should be invested for fraud
Would love to hear a view from one Richard Jenkins, who as the founder of Align Research had this as a `Conviction Buy' a few years back (also for KZG who are just about hanging on).
They will get it from somewhere. Still a strategic asset, and as it is actually producing something it will get get rescued. Just pushes the ROI out a very long way. .
If they can't get funding how do they carry on ?
One disaster after another

Waddle and his other cronies Giles Clark all been buyers from 15 years ago when project was supose be happening, and there funded through tracarta all who r involved, from days 0f 5p plus, I'm sure in time will be delisted, insufficient money.
Be amazed if this isnt taken private, why otherwise would Waddle have a large holding so much higher in average SP. PI's are just being used as pawn's here so it can be taken over on the cheap IMO as the market cap drops.
Never easy get project off ground in south africa but this really has been a carry on, not sure if waddle save anything 4 his cronies, de list go private sell assets off. Not sure Jenkins still holds, if so I'd guess money lost.
Any predictions on how this plays out from here?
Someone is picking up a few good chunks of shares..... let's hope it is some positivity returning to this share...

Fingers crossed there is some movement in the background to progress this Co. Would hope so as with only £25k in the bank they ain’t going to be able to pay him for long
You would hope any new CEO would take the job on knowing there is a future for the company & a way back from the dire situation it's in right now. Welcome Mr Andersson... I really do hope you can succeed where others have failed time & time again & can finally get this project off the ground, returning some value for the long suffering share holders who have watched the share price decimate year after year. 30% drop for biggest trade of less than £1k.
Penny trades in total.
Aim is fcked...... How do II make money at all in Aim?!
Still follow lamps, was tempted come in 4 trade while ago, GL
Nightmare Shares
Can’t disagree with that. ‘We are pleased to anounce …….. a 30% drop in the SP today’. Happens all the time when there is a suspicion of cashflow problems. Why do it. h
I mean it is a bad investment, I think we all know that, just hoping for a recovery play. Thing is you put share raise in an RNS and the price is only going one way, never understand why companies do this, was the same with HE1
Steven, if you think it is a bad investment, say so and invest elsewhere. You have not changed your view for as long as I can recall. Presumably you have divested your holding. So why keep coming back to comment so frequently?

Running on fumes, talk of African institution coming on board, could go private, need secure some sort finance soon.
Align have been a buyer even though the SP has fallen. Does the SP fall so low that the II's simply acquire a majority stake and somehow take it private. That would be my concern here.
Think align find difficult find buyer that amount, with out taking huge loss
So what are the options now and why are Align still holding?
If it gets delisted will all the large share holders lose everything as well?
Peter Cox was not management material 4 sure, stayed in job too long with failure,

Not quite the good news I was hoping for!! this is turning into a disaster .. my investment here is now down 92% ... what a sh t show it is turning out to be... still cannot find any progress on the deal we supposed to have had with Burnstar on the energy plant.... or was with another made up news!
But Steven is right to be wary of Jennings/Align. I gave their blogs on IRON and KZG far too much credence a few years back, not to mention the 0.3p placing debacle which accelerated the IRON SP slide. Hence current big paper loss for me. I thought ME was on the right track to recovery, but the last few months of silence indicates that things have not gone to plan. Watching and waiting. Potential is still there.
So you admit you're full of sh|t to suit to suit your trading positions....finally.
Be carefull regarding Jennings /align

Diabolical
Quite astonishing what JW has uncovered including that the then production plans were uneconomic. Knowing what I know now, I would have sold all my holding, rather then just 50% last year to invest in Kodal.
All hopes for a recovery now rest on his shoulders, and his ability to secure funding and/or do a successful placing. He is motivated to do so as he, as he points out in the RNS, has a significant financial stake in the outcome. Good luck JW.

6 monthly accounts should be out tomorrow but I have a feeling they are going to be delayed due to possible going concern issues - can they confidently say they they can trade for the next 12 months or do they have to rely on a raise or investor coming in. All in my opinion and based on nothing but my gut feel
Let's hope the due diligence on our supposed investors is done correctly this time... We all know what happened last time... Last chance for this this management... only major + this time is Mr Wardle is balls deep, if he can't turn this around I have little hope anyone else can
This company is a complete disaster and it is about time they provided real updates.
first the Burnstar was supposed to be installed by end 2023 then Q1.... well they got about 10 days to go!
They just need to get their act together even if it mining and selling the raw materials to generate some revenue.
Come on Mr Wardle, drop us some real news.

Wonder where the bottom lies, not here, that’s for sure
Couple of buys this morning completely countered with sells. Todays buyer likely to end up tomorrow’s seller, and so the cycle continues…
Yep, I agree Marc. This seems to be trapped and the only release is some transformative e news.
Lamps56 - they would probably respond with more sells. Whichever entity is 'controlling' this SP is better capitalised than your average PI I would have thought. I can see what they are doing here, trapping bulls at the various levels and using sell pressure to encourage selling from trapped bulls above. Selling begets more selling...
Quite possible that the relatively low volume ofsales and subsequent effect on the SP is down to one person. How does LSE allow this to happen? Wonder what would happen if your average punter tried to push it the other way?

Never like when they get involved
Personally I think it's short

Looks like a decent volume again.

I placed the first 2.5k order on yesterday and it’s gone nuts since. Must be FOMO buying, I don’t know anything just thought it looked cheap down there.
Now wondering if I was wise to exit at 0.17 a few weeks ago. Wonder if it is just Jennings increasing his stake again, or is there something wider going on ?
Looks promising finance as diplin says could be at good premium looking at price action
The next few days should be interesting... Finance deal concluded at a premium would be an idea RNS

Non-binding term sheet of which we know anyway, bit concerning Eales gone with immediate affect, asume that was his selling yesterday, Jennings taken some, require further funding, placing mayb another loan, never ending story,
So Martin Eales has gone - is this good or bad ? And I see Jennings is still adding.

Deciphering Steven’s posts keeps my mind active. Like Sudoko and the Times crossword. Staves off dementia.
It's not your phone or your glasses, you do it all the time ! And yes, it does matter.
Lol on me phone, plus not have me glasses, does it really matter, GL, not I've price back up to what it was, shuffling stock about.
For heaven's sake Steven, can't you learn how to spell 'to' ? It's not 'too', that's used when you mean 'in addition' - like 'please include me too'. It's not difficult ffs.
Institutional funding transaction, which is currently expected to close in H1 2024, have too wait, was in previous RNS, high risk, few large sells dragged it down,

It would be good to hear if the new generator contract is signed, installed, up and running. We are we up to with third party hydrogen project. Likewise is the plant still mothballed whilst awaiting ‘institutional investment/borrowing or are we smelting and granulating any HPI at present. An update would be appreciated as nothing else seems to be happening here, very illiquid stock!
Find difficult believe that this will all come too nothing, so much invested from higher prices, big IF there saying, been here many times, bit like carry on film, high risk but IF pull it off big rewards, tooo risky 4 me, will watch 4 now.
I got out at 0.17, having held 10 million for several years. Don't even want to look up exactly how much I paid for them ! However, I am still interested in this company and I will be back in like a shot if they can sort finance out and restart the smelters. Should have a very rosy future then.
Doesn't make good reading, but interesting to see the huge jump up in number of employees last year.
ME on £193k pa - nice pay for what appears to gross underperfomance of the company.
But with imminent news on smelters and production, and the fact that John Wardle bought nearly £160k of stock with no Dircetor selling recently last year, then let's see what the next 6-months bring.
I can live in hope....
Institutional looks at fundamentals. Retail looks at news and the house mortgage.

Sell dropped at that point of transaction
Buys?! Otherwise would have been way lower?
Someone is buying.... or selling. strange first 20m was below sell price?
Have I got this right? The whole facility, according to the previous RNS was mothballed awaiting new generators whilst also continuing development by third party of hydrogen usage in manufacturing process. Ironveld continue to tease us with Twitter/ X postings re how valuable and desirable HPI powders would be but there has been no smelting ops since pre Xmas. So, the recent fund raise was at almost twice current SP and here we are raising more funds. If the plant is mothballed, where has all the recent fundraise cash gone. It is surely time for some honest updates here as to what are the realities of getting this smelter in to full production and when.
Lots of big sells going through. Wonder who is on the other side of the trade or are the MM’s collecting shares…?
Good old tracarta all in house old cronies investment company, 11% on loan, not trust any of them, neither do markets, do or die, by 1st half of this year very high risk, 15 plus years Trying get this into production, smoke mirrors, lies, bad management,
