Q1 had $2.3m of billings with cash overheads of $3.1m and no new contracts - surely Q2 can beat that.

Sorry that was from the fund raise RNS in July 2024 at 55p a share. Amazed they got more than 10p a share this time - Stephen Kelly should but a post on Linkedin about how to raise money on AIM.

Couple of hard facts though Pearls:

"Remaining Contract Billings (RCB) at 31 March 2026 was $5.8m, of which $3.4m is expected to be billed within the next 12 months” from last trading update -that is only $1.1m booked per quarter plus any new contracts (non announced yet for Q2 following Q1 no new logos signed)

Pearls is right! From the last RNS update. " ......This reflects a focused sales strategy targeting Forbes Global 2000 accounts”

Though perhaps "targeting 2,000" and "having a client base of 2,000" are slightly different.

The IBM listing must be positive - I assume IBM wouldn’t bother to list complete a no hoper (Though when they previously listed Cirata they didn’t get many sales) but can anyone tell me do Cirata have to pay for the listing? What percentage of any fees go to IBM? If you do buy Symphony from IBM do you pay IBM and IBM pay Cirata - is the total sales value shown in Cirata accounts?

Have I missed the AGM trading statement with news of the new contracts signed so far this quarter?

It has been almost 2 months since the Strategic Review was announced , which included the statement "....engaged with a limited number of counterparties with regard to a potential sale process in respect of the entire issued, and to be issued, share capital of the Company". Would expect an update imminently.

Being listed by IBM is clearly good news but presumably it is a bit like getting your product listed on Amazon - IBM will take their cut -possibly quite a big one. Hopefully Cirata have negotiated some commitment by IBM to actually promote Symphony and we will get an RNS from the company.

Was very keen on Idox - sold out a few years ago. They seemed to have found a profitable niche market but silly acquisitions and ignoring shareholders interests has come to this.

The quarterly report on activity is unlikely to contain much new information - any major discoveries or assay reports would not need to wait for the quarterly report. Having said that repeating the good news from early February won't do any harm and I would expect a spike upwards as happened when the last quarterly report was produced (share price up to 0.23p last time). This may be being too clever, but based on last times share price movement perhaps then we should sell and buy back a couple of days later for 30% less!

Key ASX Listing Rules for Miners

Quarterly Reports (Rule 5.3): Mining entities must lodge quarterly reports (cash flow and activities) within one month after the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December).

Bought at 0.3p, 0.28p and 0.98p - mistakenly sold some at 1.27p - but enough left!

6p seems to be the ceiling - surely should be moving past that - over 1,000 trades and 10% rise today

Perhaps some of us have seen the pipeline before. Very little seems to come out of the results end of the pipeline. In fact in Q1 - nothing in the way of new business. If everything is poised why are directors or senior management not buying?

Bookings in Q1 of ....$0.1m - no new logos.

Good trading update, with mixture of renewals and new business:

"As at 31 March 2026, the Group held gross cash balances of £20.0m (2025: £18.7m). The Group continues to maintain a debt-free balance sheet, providing financial stability and flexibility to support future growth initiatives."

Don't expect a dividend but something bit more substantial about future plans to use this imprssive cash resource. Really think that the company is well placed to help companies prevent ransomware and data breach attacks.

How can guidance of 260k oz - 310k oz be still there when have produced250 k oz after 3 quarters. OK say likely at or slightly above higher figure. Is a significant slow down expected in Q4? If should surely revise guidance.

Also in the Turner Pope report on Ironveld under the 5 year share price chart: "Past performance is not an indication of future performance."!!

From Turner Pope (who are a very interested party) "......Throughput is then expected to be incremented further, lifting production to a targeted 15,000 tpm during 2027 by which time, assuming that volume and current DMS-magnetite prices of around US$100/tonne, the stakeholders

could potentially be sharing over £13m of high margin annual revenue." Market cap is currently under £5m
