Well, well,well ...
Talk about double-downing on the insult!

Cautious
Probably because they know that was never the true value of the share.
All the imaging side so far, yes we need the coding but that will come.
GAD free imaging
The hospital software
The prospect of the PRD
The work with musella to collect the real world data.
All from a £4m company.
Let’s hope we get something similar as to what Trek mentioned earlier. We don’t know when it could happen but something will definitely happen sometime. As people keep saying TB isn’t getting any younger. Surely he wants the one last major sale that people will remember him by?
Thanks
Peterhouse and whoever bought the missing 5% could sell some at the moment and make 20% return but they haven’t!!!
A bit quiet today. We need something positive from MS to get some upward movement back up to 5p and beyond. A quick decision by the FDA on the PRD would be good if it is a case of just changing a few bits.
Thanks
Trek
Are you hinting that was your 350k buy gone through ?
Amazing liquidity here today. Can buy 350k sell 500k

If you were a US-based scientist churning out one success after another - with hopefully more to come - would you really want you destiny to be led by an overseas family which believes in profit over everything else?
I can image that MS & KS are bemused by the goings-on - receiving emails and calls from UK investors asking questions - why? how? really? etc etc
They must look at their peers in the US to see what their worth truly is - both financially and respectfully - and despair a little ...
Don't get me wrong, TB has funded the whole shooting match - and we should be grateful for that - but now he needs to stop manipulating, sell up, sate the PIs and we can all move on ...

Yep it’s out there just need a CEO that is there to do deals rather than single mindedly grab shares. Look at RENX up 550% in a month. They use AI for improved kidney patient care.
“ Renalytix has received an unsolicited approach from a large and well-capitalised publicly listed strategic diagnostics company, which is in the process of evaluating an acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, share capital of the Company.’
Price will likey be 100p so a ten bagger in a month from 10m mcap. Shows how undervalued the sector is!
Just need our boss to get off his backside and publicise the companies strategy for starters. When was the last proactive he did?
I maintain we are sat on a potential gold mine here a genuine moonshot opportunity. Yet he has only just about held the backing of shareholders. TB needs to deliver like RENX or get someone in that knows the sector!

Hopefully he manages to do a far better deal for IB otherwise we could all be very disappointed.
Here’s to hopefully a good week
Thanks
Jfyi BRH sold phasefocus to Bruker. So he can do deals!
“ Trevor Brown, CEO of Braveheart, commented: "The sale of our holding in Phasefocus represents a gain of £1.31m over cost, which is a highly satisfactory CAGR of 48.29% for Braveheart shareholders."”

Fab sold mainly to accommodate T Brown converting CLN’s
Your thoughts would be more accurate if T Brown had sold shares also but that was not the case. The trouble is that lack of news from Bod makes us make assumptions which should not have to be the case. In an ideal world we would have better transparency and a better Broker
Can they sell the software though without the CPT code? The 13th Oct letter told investors that hospital admin couldn't warrant buying it as they can't be reimbursed themselves without it. It also stated bayer and their other sales partners were eagerly awaiting it too presumably so they can sell it?
That's why I thought the May date for final decision on the CPT was so important to the co. and also why I have my suspicions that FAB sold the spike because they were given inside info on the fact they'd been knocked back and weren't planning to reapply til end of this year.
Would love someone with more knowledge to come along and tell me I'm wrong as I'm still holding but bar that happening am only really expecting any large revenue streams this year to come through grants.
"Earlier this year, we made the strategic decision to apply for a Current Procedure Terminology (CPT) code specific to the DSC perfusion technology available in IB Neuro. CPT codes are assigned and maintained by the American Medical Association (AMA). They are used to track and bill medical services for payer reimbursement. Like regulatory clearance, CPT codes are a critical aspect in achieving widespread commercial adoption in healthcare. Currently, a few of our clients are using a general, non-specific CPT code to get reimbursed for the MRI procedures that rely on IB Neuro, but only a limited few. This lack of a reimbursement pathway makes it more difficult for hospital administrators to justify investing in IB products. Fortunately, enough scientific and clinical validation have been performed by our co-founder, Kathleen Schmainda, PhD and her colleagues over the years, and a growing number of sites are routinely using IB Neuro as the standard of care, to warrant a dedicated CPT code. The application is due in early November and a final decision will be made in May 2024. A CPT code will help make for easier buying decisions for healthcare administrators."
"These gains in clinical efficiency dovetail perfectly with our strategy of making IB products accessible on larger, more comprehensive platforms, such as those offered by GE Healthare, Bayer, TeraRecon, and our other partners. Currently, we are working very closely with each of them in preparation for a busy tradeshow season. And, as you can imagine, all our partners share in our excitement of potentially receiving a CPT code for IB Neuro."

Thanks
Morning
It seems the scanners they are talking about are made by Siemens according to The Times so not Bauer or GEHC in this case.
Hopefully it will still help push AI use and subsequently IB technology. Assuming TB wants to promote it.
Thanks
I hope I am not repeating too many previous posters but:

Both Bayer and Mayo are both rated "high" for geographical reach and software diversity.
I believe that MRIs still use gad but use AI to enhance the service.
BUT IQAI is the only company that has sought FDA for its software.
Philips has a system working in the UK - Tesla 3.0 (Addenbrokes Hospital). This system has been trialled in Germany not using gad - https://www.nationalmssociety.org/About-the-Society/News/Advanced-MRI-Scanners-May-Be-Just-as-Effective-Wit -
Back in 2019 the report says "As 3 Tesla machines become more widely available, these results may help to reduce the need for contrast dyes like gadolinium, the use of which has recently raised some concern."
I believe that the IQAI software negates the need for any GAD at all ..

BBC news…
“ The Treasury said the latest move would mean 130,000 patients a year - including those waiting for cancer results - would receive their completed tests quicker as a result of at least 100 MRI scanners in England being upgraded with AI.”
Doesn’t say whose scanners or whose AI but worth putting on the radar

Geeforce - i'm 99% sure you are correct but I had the same faith in Dr Cave and look where that got me. Incidentally, the shareholders voted TB out there but he ended up having the last laugh.
Hi Steve, I am sure if you keep your nerve then you will be back in profit, I know nnn was a shambles, good weekend all
Good point linandy
Max would you want to be seen lined up with this crooked bunch!
just not that steve but the incorrect rns with tb complaining about the lowly share price while selling it down, he is the reason we find ourselves down at these levels
these ceos have obligations and he has stepped over the line
the shenanigans with being a holder and being able to pick up extra shares has turned into another joke this time involving peter****ehouse so will be another email into regulators until something gets done
Max
MS or others in the team may have got some shares. I hope so otherwise we could find out TBs distant relatives or other board members have bought some.
Thanks
