Do you reckon there will be a tipping point at which TB works with the shareholders rather than the way he is perceived of working for himself? I suppose it depends if the FCA get enough complaints. It could be an interesting few months.
Thanks
Over the next few days I am going to post links (here and Telegram) for how to make complaints to:
1) FCA - UK
2) FSC - Jersey
3) SEC - USA
If as many of us can create waves, then we will get answers.
Please remember that the likes of KS - although fabulous scientists - are at the heart of IQAI ... and are complicit to BoD plans. They accept the share options - they know what is going on...
We cannot let the BoD abuse us this way, year after year.
TB: " ... I do have plans to let shareholders judge the company by its performance over the next couple of years..."
Hmmmm ... so far, extremely disappointing.

Hi Kane,
I tried but link doesn’t work….says
“unsupported URL
Try re-typing the URL, or opening a search engine and searching for the new URL.”
NSURLErrorUnsupportedURL”
But I have put a complaint in via the MAR…
Anyone so inclined. Just complete the web form at the bottom of this link, it’s straightforward and you should get an acknowledgment immediately.

I am sorry to all but I invested here to help people and hopefully make a bit of profit along the way.
I didn’t realise that that involved hurting others with blatant unscrupulous trading patterns by the CEO to line his own pockets whilst putting out blatant contradictory RNS’s saying how undervalued the company was.
I am significantly underwater here now, but that is not the point. I was prepared to risk 100% of my investment here. But I do not expect to have to tolerate these behaviours!
Still. The sun will rise tomorrow just not on Mr Brown!
Righteous!
Usual caveats

You may have to go via this link as I don’t think they allow telegram links

I’ve already got the app and have searched for IQAI group a few times still not finding one
Wondered what I’m doing wrong
Https://telegram.org/
Upload then look for the IQAI Research Group

Bertie
How do we get to join the Telegram group
Please
And the “support” and the placing bought by his kids immediately after the trashed it. Said funding maybe required in sept 22. So why now after he’s trashed it and not at 5p (which would be in the interests of the company- not him )
BB
We can but try
Thanks
Tyke,
This is the second consecutive year this has happened - or is it third?!
Also, can we REALLY trust any answers we get?
We need 30+ complaints for the FCA's ears to be pricked ...
All we want are answers - so maybe an FCA pre-investigation will get us these?
There is an IQAI Research Group on Telegram with 73 members ... we can do this!
-- BB --
The FCA say they want more transparency with their investigations
https://healthcareandprotection.com/fca-to-publish-updates-on-current-investigations/amp/
I wonder if IQAI will ever appear on this list?
Thanks
Is there any way we could ask the board at the AGM a question where we could get a guarantee from them that this scenario wouldn’t happen again? Get something on the record as such.
I think that is what shareholders need to start to have some confidence in this company. The trades have just dried up, it appears.
Or just ask the board why all that has happened over the last two months has happened and what they will do for of us not in the Brown family or a director of the company.
We need something from the BoD to reignite confidence in all that IB are achieving.
In IB we trust
Thanks
If you are registering a complaint please use the rns with Trevor moaning about the share price being so low but at the same time he was selling and pushing price down
Hopefully this odeious little man will be addressed by the fca
Https://www.jerseyfsc.org/whistleblowing/
This is also a link you should use for a Jersey-based company.
I note that the IQAI website states:
These Terms shall be governed by Jersey law, subject to any national, European Community or international conventions or regulations, the provisions of which are mandatory. In addition, any public policy provisions on non-professional user protection shall prevail over the terms of the present Terms of Use in case of a conflict.

My view is that if IQAI does go down the tubes, the FCA cannot say it was not warned.
Please note that those in the USA are also subject to any investigation - and the penalties there are quite harsh. In fact, I will look at how a complaint can be actioned there too. If people take the shares - knowing fully how the BoD act, they must realise that they would be subject to any action.
I also expect that if we do get FDA clearance, the SP will rise BUT the BoD will not doubt sell ... and launch a fundraise ...
We are in a state of perfidy.

thanks bb. another fca complaint lodged. they are totally useless but what else can we do?
with tb milking this on a rinse and repeat, i can’t see how any pi is going to make decent money in the foreseeable and tb knows it. with so many pi’s under water here and waiting for the first opportunity to dump plus tb probably selling into any decent rise, it could be a long while yet before the **** clears.

I am mildly (!) disgruntled by the way the BoD have treated PIs year after year.
It's clear to see on the RNSs and statements made by IQAI that they say one thing, do another and - in my opinion - clearly manipulate the situation to suit themselves. Some of the rhetoric is - in my opinion - purposely misleading... Being disappointed by the SP and then selling to drive down the SP to then buy again is egregious behaviour. The awarding of options at this low level- for me - was the icing on the cake!
I AM writing to the FCA to lodge a complaint and I urge all PIs to do the same. The main reason for me is that if IQAI gets a final kick in the goolies the FCA cannot say that they weren't warned multiple times by multiple investors.
Make yourself heard please. IQAI maybe deaf ... the FCA is not!
-- BB --
I hope so and this would restrict him a bit, maybe the others got wind of disgruntled share holders and greedy Trevor was spoken too
To be honest it’s a bit late he has trashed the price for his own greed!
Is it possible that the only ones aware that there was going to be a placing was the Browns and Peterhouse, and once announced there was rumblings from others in the company so Brown had to agree share options, because why didn’t they get options at 1.5 like greedy Brown had
Hi Jimzi,
Given the way its been run, I'm under the impression it has already gone private, but IQAI have failed to inform the market. Given today's announcement, can anyone comment, in terms of granting share options, again doesn't this need to be approved by via an AGM. How can this just happen unchallenged.
