Impressive......lol!
Ilovesushi...taking the company private would make sense if you had an amazing future and wanted to shaft the shareholders so that they could not benefit from the amazing future. But INSP is the inverse of that thesis and needs to have a shareholder base to use to raise or borrow from.....to maintain salaries of the magic three I think of which I think two are BOD....I couldn't be bothered reading up....lol
Only thing of interest is the lack of any 3%+ shareholders. 80% of shares held in nominee accounts, the rest by directors.
Obviously CRH sold off a big chunk of his 270 Million shares. By my reckoning he should have been represented in the list since by RNS he had 270 + M on 9th November 2020, even today that would represent about 4.3% of the 6.27 B total shares. Someone has failed to inform the market of this change.
So no big investors and at today's price it doesn't take much to get 3+ %
Absolutely amazing rns yes delays but it keeps getting better because they are testing the product vigourously with basically got about two months left which is absolutely amazing Well done team.
As I said, this is a great New Year for a great new company it’s getting even better every step. The RSn are getting better day by day amazing team and real investors here
Goingtomoon:
It's amazing that you can write nothing about nothing.
Look at the Rns absolutely amazing really is you can’t get any better than that yes there is delay but they’re finishing off the product
That's the biggest piece of crap I have ever read on this company, absolutely laughable.
Final results one big cut and paste exercise. Another year and still nothing seen
Great weekend had an amazing dinner with a few insp investor absolutely amazing. We talked technical looking at the charts. And really honestly keeps getting better.. I am little bit disappointed about the delay but with such a big project going on and a big team it’s understandable they want to get things right and next year is our year
Goingtomoon:
You've obviously replaced your faulty speech to text software !!
Problem though - garbage in - garbage out, even if grammatically correct.
But hats off to you, I laughed long and hard at that post - Ho ho ho.
Cut and Paste: From Final Results 2023
"The Net asset value decreased but the Market capitalisation increased during the reporting period. The closing share price was 0.026p compared to 0.06p in 2022."
If the author actual looked at the figures he'd see market capitalisation in 2022 was £2648417 and in 2023 it was £1114670 I.e. a decrease.
He simple cut and paste the previous year's waffle and couldn't be bothered to read the result.
Another great dinner with other INSP investors. Thank you so much for a great Christmas. It is really interesting listening to other peoples techniques.. and what they think we all agree it’s a bit of a gamble. But we are all quite happy with how things are going. Yes it’s slow Yes the CEO hasn’t been the best. But we all hope for that one. Big Rns absolutely amazing. Merry Christmas, John and the team are true patriots
Goingtomoon: You write
" . It is really interesting listening to other peoples techniques.. and what they think ... "
A shame you don't apply that here !
Another great meal with another great team we are excited for Q2 it really does keep getting better. I don’t understand how people cannot see the technicals on this.
Goingtomoon:
People can't see the technicals because they are ambiguous, non-technical and incomplete. There are no figures for outputs, inputs or efficiencies.
Is the claimed 97 kW electric, thermal or both ?
Why don't you explain it to investors since you suggest you can see the technicals that others can't.
I don't think you understand anything whatsoever about ' the technicals' but go ahead and prove me wrong
Going Concern section-
The Group requires financing to fund its operations through to commercialisation and the stage where it is profit generating and the Group will seek to raise such funds via placings and short term debt finance. There is the risk that the Group will not have access to sufficient funds to achieve this
There can be no assurance that the Group's projects will become fully developed and reach commercialisation nor that there will be sufficient cash resources available to the Group to do so
Says it all really about this POS
The gamble and I’m still believing that we can do it if it works fantastic
Goingtomoon:
You don't seem to realise the gamble has already failed. In-spirit was formed to commercialise the Disenco mCHP.
In-spirit has abandoned all efforts to produce a viable mCHP product. They have stated that Enertek is not going to proceed with making the Charger Hydrogen capable. More drivel that came to nothing. They have failed to deliver a certified Charger, in fact they have failed to report they actual have any working prototype. Yet for about 5 years several RNS claimed they were working on the Design for Manufacture of the Charger. So DfM is intended to fine tune your product for the assembly line therefore keeping manufacturing costs to a minimum. So this was also simply drivel and it has come to nothing. There have been no updates on the Charger because it is scrapped and forgotten, a decade of taking investors money to produce NOTHING.
WHR is now on the same trajectory, spinning out a project which tempts foolish investors but never becomes a viable commercial project.
A 7 month delay in progress - how gullible are you people? Send me money please I need to buy some clothes.
Gullible buddy not at all I’m so happy how everything is my problem is that we just need a bit more time and hopefully we can do it
Gointomoon:
Don't worry about time, in-spirit will give you plenty of time to ponder your investment.
