3020
The only thing that’s changed is the estimated delivery time from 2019 to 2020. Wonder what it will be in 2020 answers on a postcard.
Not in the least Rocket, it just adds more grist to the mill and confirms everything about this company. Eventually leading to an outcome were you lose all your money, I think you'll be fuming then.
it doesn't show any pictures of a working model just random pics of pipe work which could be anything lets see a video of a working model then i might just have a tiny bit of faith as yet a website that a 12 year old could have put together in their diner hour isn't much to go on
350 kg some heavy 3-D printer technology in there.
“external combustion engines”
Usually cause explosions
Yes, but I take the position that anything that does not come off a production line is a prototype.
Understand your point though.
Unlike an internal combustion engine where combustion takes place inside the cylinder, Stirling engines are “external combustion engines” operating at high efficiencies.
This incorrect, Sterling engines have a higher potential efficiency than ICE.
Buffalo
It actually states pre-production field trails but as usual that could mean anything
They are "taking expressions of interest ". This is for testing prototype units. How long will the testing take. The unit requires certification too.
No way this will be available in 2020, particularly as there is no product. Only a 3D model. Weasel words to fool investors. I am starting to think that investors have seem the light now.
Estimated delivery begins 2020. Consider what would be involved in bringing a complex product to market, the costs involved, the advanced planning required and yet they can only estimate the year. Seems like they need to do some serious work on their Gantt chart.
'and taking expressions of interest for prospective customers interested in our pre-production field trials'
Can't hide their lies. All websites are cached. You can find the information easily, if someone wants to sue them.
Just had a very quick read of the website. It seems they have removed references to the waste heat producing the electricity, which was a claim to efficiency. Looks like you now have to burn gas to produce the electricity - not quite as efficient. All throughout their RNS history they state that waste heat produces the electricity and now it doesn't - unbelievable.
I also don't see the word 'simultaneously' i.e. reference to the charger producing 15 kW of heat and 6.4 kW of electricity.
Looks like the site has been rewritten to expunge criticisms of how the boiler was supposed to work. Looks like a cover up, I'll read it properly tonight.
What happened to the hours of testing, independent verification etc. etc. All of a sudden it seems to work on a totally different principle.
After literally years of claiming 15 kW heat and 3 kW electrical simultaneously they have now replaced key data with this, which at first glance obscures the figures
Max Heat Output @ 80/60 15kW
Min Heat Output @ 80/60 5kW
Max Electrical Output 6.4kW
Min Electrical Output 1kW
Technical reasons my eye, they were desperately rewriting the web site. It was filled with the impossible.
"taking expressions of interest " this statement means nothing. It isn't even proof of a product. Fools!!
It took them a couple weeks to change the estimated delivery date:
Estimated Delivery Begins:2015-no, 2016-no, 2017-no, 2018-no, 2019-no, 2020 (?)
And you believe this company???
Inspirit Energy are commercialising the Inspirit Charger for production launch in 2020. We are seeking field trial partners and taking expressions of interest for prospective customers interested in our pre-production field trials. Register your interest below.
