Just seen this https://www.devonlive.com/news/devon-news/appledore-shipyard-is-being-transformed-5017950 news out of Appledore is very positive. Hopefully we will get some official news soon on this.
ciao whatamess essere ancora uno stronzo?
whatamess In relation to your 10.49 post with all due respect to you with the news in the Devonlive article plus the ongoing ship repair work at Belfast I can see no basis for your negativity. What information do you have that points to a need for a cash raise. I have previously posted my reasons for doubting your suggestion of an imminent cash raise and I am still waiting for you to provide a factual basis for your contiual suggestion that there will be a cash raise.
A good point well made Stokey. I think whatamess is applying no longer subtle deramps to the board in order to achieve a lower sp in which he can buy back in at. That's the reason he has not as yet provided a credible response to your question. Looks like appledore is very shortly going to be clawing some of the money back. Exciting month of March ahead I think!
whatamess In relation to your 13.25 post you seem to forget the revenues coming in from the ship repair work in Belfast which does provide some revenue so there is that revenue. Also you have obviously forgotten of that concept of a deposit. If I recall at the November Roadshow the CFO did say that they would ask for an advance payment. I therefore do not believe that there would necessarily be any reason for a further cash raise.
...............and so is H&W with possible new contracts from a new but highly respected and well known client on the cards .....not certain but highly likely.Commiserations to all those (like me) who took the plunge in those heady recent days at the Offer/Placement at 45p but bearing mind that ML is a decent bet ( otherwise Ursula and team will be just a tad upset at the loss of all the E.U. funding towards "connecting Europe!") Barrow is not forgotten or cancelled and we have Methil and The Hebrides to look forward to in 12-18 months time, maybe things should turn "blue" later and for the remainder of the week .
Hope so ,as this little AIM tiddler has a lot riding on it !! Watch this space .Sub 40p could be a snip??
Apologies for repetition today .. my first posting did not appear at first .. thought I had been banned for over recommending ... again !!!Genuine feelings though and with a little knowledge!!!
It just amazes me the Devon local rag gets more information than the shareholders regarding contracts etc, I just hope JW shouts them from the rooftops when landed and not give to cenko to put in a report like the contracts that never materialised..
Whatamess, JW going for a cash raise now would be like Oliver at the dinner table, Time to show the value before anymore is coming. IMHO
Dawski,Barrow is not forgotten there's a lot going on around they bay atm ,i see hundreds of wind turbines needing maintenance from Barrow ,infra own a huge part of land at the docks
Added today Tango,only 5k
Its an amazing opportunity at this level Fair play.
Thanks, Bubbles.. and all noted ..Barrow should not be a forgotten gem indeed !!
Erm, again, did I miss where Infa took ownership of anything in Barrow.
Signed a term sheet, way back in May last year but didn't think they ever got to the executing the SPA.
No payments were made or even due until after FID. AFAIA.
Last that was heard on the subject was in the Annual Report In January.
"The Company continues to negotiate the required agreements with potential partners ...
... it is important that we do not commit funding to this project until a clear route forward is mapped out.
In light of the changing energy infrastructure environment, we will continue to pursue the FSRU project but only in partnership with existing infrastructure, should we be able to close a commercial deal with partners who own such infrastructure in Barrow. As a greenfield standalone project, the project does not lend itself to robust economics any longer. Discussions are currently underway and we hope to make further announcements about the FSRU project through the course of the year."
Ok I'll say no more on this subject then ,bit wet this morning looking out from Heysham harbour have a good day all.
