I added a small top-up this afternoon to my Infa holding bring me up to 47000 shares now. I know it’s not a massive holding but nevertheless every share added counts as further weight to the sp increase hopefully for Infa. I sold some my loss making Pharma shares last Friday to use to add today to my Infa holding. I’m thinking of possibly selling some of my loss making Sdx Energy shares in the future and adding to Infa if Sdx Energy still continue loosing value. Hopefully the Infa share price definite increase on equity and off take news will make up for my losses elsewhere. Good luck everyone.
pattern is becoming a tad boring each day, mix it up mms.
I'm slightly bemused by that tweet, but not reading too much into it - onwards and upwards.
Million buyer is now a seller? Weird goings on... either way this is "cheap"... imo.
Can I recommend to those interested in a deeper dive that you look on the TE website. These guys really do understand the energy markets with a specific focus on risk and option value.
All you need to do is to give your email address to get the information.
Today they have a piece called “Variable cost a key differentiator for storage” and whatsmore there are some links to other articles on Storage.
One further observation, it’s a shame we haven’t yet experienced a good freeze for a week or two. I hope it’s coming because wholesale prices have dropped pretty significantly although still holding up in recent historic levels but it is amazing how a bit of really cold weather can do for market sentiment towards “our project”
So fill your boots! GLA.
Took a good hard look at this once.
The market for salt is very tough and largely run by a bunch of bandits. You have to spend money to refine it to get decent £/tonnage ie for pharma grade product.
No need for investors or JW to be focusing on this and I was surprised to see him messaging about it; I hope he can prove me wrong but there have to be more important things for the CEO to be spending his time on as even if it did work it’s only going to be an incremental revenue stream & the discharge consents for the leaching process were all in place so I do hope there is no problem on this.
We all want to hear about the equity and capacity discussions. If I was them I’d be running a bid process for each side of this as it would appear there are multiple interested parties so an apparent opportunity to leverage value.

'Weekend homework, researching industrial scale salt processing and European demand. #INFA'
Interesting.
How many tons of salt could be obtained from clearing 1.5 billion cubic metres of material from 23 caverns ?
road salt retails approx £150 per ton?
table salt retails approx £500 per ton ?
How much approx to process or transport?
Potential megabucks?

at 1.34
If 1.32 breaks (looking likely) then 1.38 next stop... followed by 1.43. IMO.
eg the 2 x 500k - probably the same as the 1mil buyer...
yup... as it was 1.2989 to buy... been doing live quotes... to check. Was 1.288 to sell.
To be fair a lot of the marked sells are buys atm.
7 x 1mil buys now... hmmm... to add to the 666 and 333k trades.... yet some are still selling at this level... WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE! ;)
buys gone through.
Peel must be short with a 1.28/1.68 spread
After two buys x 666,666, now two buys x 333,333 !
2 x 666,666 - someone likes taking the P too lmao.
3 x 1mil in fact :D
Tweeted on Friday; Friday .............. it’s been a busy start to the year already. Looking forward to next week, tender clarifications, offtake meetings, visit to site in Islandmagee for meetings, Oil Capital Conference, AGM and finishing off with our board meeting. #INFA https://twitter.com/johnwoo64494325/status/1088860084124438528?s=21
Not sure Snow who will be offtakers? Suppliers like SSE or Firmus? Don't know if Mutual, they operate transmission and own the transmission pipelines too, from ballylumford to Belfast City. Could be expanding? Whoever, can't wait!
This is the reference from the mutual energy website....
'As part of its mission to manage energy assets in the long term interests of Northern Ireland’s energy consumers Mutual Energy continues to develop an interest in extending the benefits of the Mutual Modal to more of Northern Irelands current and planned energy infrastructure.
The company is currently pursuing an interest in:
Gas storage (Islandmagee)
Gas pipeline network extension to the West of Northern Ireland. (Gas to the West)
Renewable Energy'
Tony,
Re Mutual Energy:
Nice to get an Islandmagee project mention on this site, seeing they own the SNIP. Could their interest in Islandmagee be as one of the potential offtakers?
GLA!
Since I first invested in infrastrata (coming up 2 years now) this placing is the most raised at the least dilution and most importantly to add value to the project!!
Yes we expected equity news around now but the rns gives reasons
". Due to the nature of this additional potential equity provider and their indicative terms, InfraStrata has agreed that they will now proceed to the next stage and undertake detailed due diligence work. Specialist advisers have already been appointed by this potential equity provider and work has commenced, which is expected to take around six weeks."
From the above, I believe it is fair to assume the indicative terms suggest to the board this could be the best deal for the company?
The money raised will be invested in the project to derisk it for potential investors
"Which in turn is expected to add to an increased valuation of the Project."
But most importantly for me is this part of the rns
". As part of the Company's equity negotiations with all potential parties, recovering costs invested to date is one key commercial element of the deal and these additional costs will be included within that calculation."
To me this suggests we will be able to claim a fair size chunk of development costs to date, which in total will be circa £15million. I'm not expecting all of this but a significant amount will move the company forward quickly imo.
Remember once FID is taken we will be getting paid to project manage the build
From annual report rns
"From a strategic perspective, it is our intention to be far more than just a one project organisation. To that end we have adopted a strategy that seeks to ensure the Company starts generating an income in the mid-term to cover running costs at the plc level."
Ps balance of EU FEED grant to be reclaimed in Q2.
Future is bright here imo GLA
