Well, there is an opportunity in the price, let us not forget how high this will move on news. There is nothing worse than watching a share only to miss out on the moment it takes off.
Live price is .395 and has to be worth the punt at this level.
Nice find Tony
Nice.........lets hope DD points to our potential project being a goer !
If all systems go...and we should probably know in a few months.......then SP will move faster than a proton in a sub-atomic particle accelerator !!
Wonder if it could actually be BP who has asked us to look into the facilitation of it......probably more likely VITOL seeing we are rubbing shoulders with them already.......all the really big boys are going to be very interested in any project of that nature......and we have exclusivity for 12 months!
Looking back at this share price in a years time will seem totally surreal !!!!
GLA !!!!!

seems the market started getting interested last year with this, if as JW says, 30% of UK supply will be fsru. you cannae be serious!
The SICapital joint brokerage with INFA ended today !
No. It's still on a downward trend but showing signs of a reverse

The Pre Construction Marine Environmental Baseline survey is well underway with various scientific instruments having been deployed off the coastline at Islandmagee this week. #INFA

Agreed Mr T, I have asked protestors a couple of times on twitter and this board if they would be happy to place reliance on the strict regulatory compliance required by DAERA, as it’s really quite binary, INFA will tick the boxes or they won’t. The goalposts won’t be moved. Strangely haven’t really had an answer
That's an impressive holding Radders, congratulations.
Yes I know a battering for all here at the minute, however, I believe the sp will react once news arrives and things start to move forward.
I was thinking about this marine licence issue that keeps cropping up, to me if daira issued a draft licence for Infa to proceed to Feed, and to operate within all the licence guidelines, sometimes even exceeding the guidelines, then I think it's a formality for the full licence to be issued following the consultation period. If the company met all guidelines and surpassed some then why on earth would not the full licence be issued! one good reason anyone?
If such licence was not issued then I think that would be blatant disregard for the rules and stipulations issued on the awarding of the draft licence would it not. Basically it would be a waste of everyones time, effort and more importantly money to have issued the draft licence in the first place.
Therefore I see this a non issue once the local consultations have been completed. Infa have as I say met and exceeded all the guidelines issued as far as I know so a full licence will be issued in due course.
Mr T
Indeed you are right Mr Triumph, they went through Nex. I'm now over 17m and taking a battering ... hope its just a case of weathering the storm !
volume increasing though. Could it be the start of the long-awaited turnaround.
Sellers back in control here I see!!!!
Mr T
Have they gone through on the NEX market?
I had two small buys via HL (converting SIPP & ISA monthly top ups) first thing this morning that are not showing
Morning all,
Then seller moves in to depress sp, again!!!
A sustained amount of buying here will see the sp rise very quickly imo.
Mr T
morning*
good to see the buyers this moring.
I was happy with my buy today!
Hi Snow,
Yes RNS 3 May 2019 extract from:
The Company has been through a period of significant development and increased activity during the past year with the work undertaken by the Board. During his time as a non-executive director before becoming CFO of the Company, Arun Raman carried out a significant amount of work above and beyond his contracted role and in consideration of this time and effort, the Board has agreed additional fees to be paid to Arun Raman, which should be settled by the issue of new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an issue price based on the volume weighted average share price of Ordinary Shares over the previous five business days. Accordingly, 1,954,397 new Ordinary Shares (the "Fee Shares") will be issued to Arun Raman at 0.77p per share.
Hardly life changing that though is it!!!
As for directors buying at this particular point in time I would think they are in an exempt period due to current ongoing negotiations, particulary surrounding financing agreements. It would look a little like insider trading if let's say JW suddenly purchased 20Mil on the open market and bingo the financing news released were to be a complete game changer in terms of not only the sp but future income streams!!!!
I agree it's very dissapointing presently but then I guessed that not much would be happening in July/August, holidays both here and the EU, I think things will start ratcheting up come September when I suspect the newsflow come come thick and fast.
Don't forget, JW is still insisting on FID by year end? therefore for that to be met there are many issues to be resolved and the market notified accordingly. I also believe VITO will be the finance partner, or their finance arm of the business will be, I suspect JW has to meet various criteria before they will commit to any numbers.
Therfore the market is taking advantage of the uncertainty here, if you believe the project will succeed and that JW remains true to his word, then a good time to add a few for LTH at this lowly price.
Good luck
Mr T
Hold fast me hearties..............I think when the news flow eventually starts..........it will come in a torrent........it will be like popping the cork on a bottled genii of the 4th degree.
IMO........It will be up over 3p in an instant........remember January it shot up to 2.12p in minutes.......just on the news that the off-take deal was close !!!!!!!!
Stand by.....strap yourselves in......could be any day now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jw come up with the goods , uncertainty unhinges.
Everything he's put out in the last six months has failed the share price that's in freefall now .
Disappointing
'Too add the directors with all the info to make an informed decision aren't buying at this price.'
They don't really have to, they have taken to paying themselves in shares.
