Not sure 'they just need to file them.' See below.
It may be that they can do deals on the basis that the patents will be granted. Let's hope that the Lupus is proceeding whilst all this is going on. Would have thought that if it were not then it should have been the subject of an RNS already.

Published Patents
Published and granted patents look very similar, so they can easily be mistaken. Just because a patent application is published, it won't always be granted. Patent applications are published in order to make the public sphere aware of what is seeking patent protection. This means that, if the patent isn't actually granted to the work, the public can learn from the work anyway.
Worse than a running commentary on the gee gees.
Well a very slow start.
Hopefully pick up as day progresses.

FOMO is never a good reason for buying shares.
I get the same feeling dallo
Certainly more interest
Let's see if we get FOMO Friday
Gla
Some big trades today
More buys than sells
I have a feeling something may be about to pop.
Come on Tim...surprise us
They would just need to file them
One should Hope that they are not awaiting the patents as the whole patent process is very very slow ..
Anybody aware of what the lead time is get up to date patents?
Without a doubt wildbunch.
We need a statement about the progress of the trial. I am not sure that we will get a ROTW deal without that. Do we need the new patents to dot I'd and cross t's?

Draye. As highlighted by City AM the AIM market is in complete disaray. In the UK we are being overwhelmed by political correctness and are becoming risk adverse. The Americans on the other hand see an opportunity in IMM and that its good for us. They will dot every i and cross every T and will commence trials as and when all the ducks are aligned. The patience of long term holders of which I am not one will be rewarded. I saw this opportunity after following IMM for a few years and jumped at the opportunity at getting in at a give away price. Good luck to all holders in the future.
Bid strengthening 2.4
Thanks draye
It does look rosey indeed. Let's hope they get there finger out.

Thanks yourshire, that sounds interesting and achievable short term. I'm gonna hold and see this one play out.
My thoughts are SP will move in the following order
- commencement of clinical trial which has been long overdue - we are now in Q2. Last clinical trial this was circa a pound
- positive results from clinical trial - we will be in lala land here.
there might be other side moves i.e. the other indication of lupuzor e.t.c
While alot of us on this BB are optimists we still have the pessimists amongst us or those who make their decisions based on sheer facts. This is good in my opinion as we all do not become self licking stamps. Bring it on is all I will say.
Gold Girl. Once Avion give detailed steps for the trial I can see it doubling at least. ROW deal 🤝 would add even more value so I would guess 7 to 8 p. Further down the line if and when IMM announce positive progress then sky's the limit in my opinion. Nothing nailed on but the future does look rosy.
Any guess on sp when we get a good deal?
IMM gets the jitters when it gets around £10 m Market cap. I think we need a bit more good news to get this moving north.

My breakeven is now around 5.5p but had to buy a lot of shares to get it to that level.
Maybe not what the experts might advise but may as well be hanged for a sheep as a lamb.
