Are not supported by her response, I should say.

Well my response to you is that if a Liquidator is appointed or a massive discounted placing is in the offing, then Lisa's reply and comments would be totally egregious and misleading in the extreme so my point is that the horror scenarios speculated on by some posters here are supported by her response to me.
Having said that I have been totally fooled and shafted by other AIM companies Investor Relations correspondence in the past but for now I trust Lisa Badderoon.
Hmm. Reassuring to some extent but you would hardly to expect her to say anything else. She is not in a position to say 'yep, there is substance to the SP drop and the need for a dilutive fund raise'. To shore up the SP we need a substantive positive RNS that gives confidence that all is well and on track. Anything less is not likely to assuage the markets fears.
I have received a reply to my email from Lisa the full details I will not go into but I would advise any genuine investors here to contact Lisa and she will respond if you are on the shareholders register.
The only comments I would make is that Lisa referred to the detailed update issued by the company last December and to the current collapse in a host of AIM Biotech companies which , like Immupharma, bear no relation in many cases to the valuation of the assets in these companies.
Finally she said the Board will look to issue further updates in the near future and as the Directors are shareholders themselves , they are committed to increasing the value of the company's shares to reflect the true value of its assets.
I hope that is some assistance to genuine investors here as I trust Lisa and her integrity.

If everything's cool & there's no need to panic, how come the share price is constantly trending lower?
Only reason I can think is that investors are spooked by the lack of any update. And they suspect funds are running dry.
Given the sharp share price drop, when news finally comes, investors are currently assuming it ain't gonna be pretty.
I will forecast the RNS will say,
"Don't panic Mr. Mainwaring"
If its bad, then you can kick the cat, throw your missus out of the house, headbutt your mother-in-law, rob a bank and smoke some weed. Otherwise stay calm.
There's a saying, 'keep your head when others are losing theirs'
What do you forecast the RNS will say?
This is terrible advice.
Literally gambling here.
Wait for the brutal RNS. Writing on the wall since the turn of the year.
DYOR
Talk of Administration is nonsense. Those that keep mentioning want in. Just at a lower price. News on trials will boost this. The lower the price the more it is a bid target. The company has an asset to sell, and has a licence to distribute. It does not need funding for sometime.
The company has not been giving out negative news or results. Avion is financing the trials, costs are low. IMM are doing ok and this can swing on a sixpence. This could double in an instance and 10X multibag. BUY THE DIP.
A limited company cannot go bankrupt-it goes in to liquidation. It us an offence to trade whilst not being able to meet it's obligations. It is a reasonable assumption that the directors will not wish to face disqualification or worse by operating whilst insolvent. There is also the buffer of the INC holding. I expect a prudent announcement very soon-particularly if there is a need for a fund raising.
The big deal is the start of the Lupus trial plus news about CIDP and the ROTW issues. INC looks very promising in the short/medium term.
GLA
I think more like 75-80% as the risk of bankruptcy is much higher now.
Helium One was 72% and a similar risk level imho
0.5p would be a 40% discount which in this market is about right, the market seems to want to take it lower
There must be an RNS very soon. the fundamentals remain intact. The big issue may be cash. That could be resolved in several ways including yet more dilution.

Looks like another classic case of an aim stock sell off front running bad news wider market is as yet unaware of.
Probs ran out of cash to pay her wages
I am in no doubt an RNS is imminent but whether we will like it is another question altogether.
Fingers crossed
Dallo:
Maybe she is working on a new RNS.
Even Lisa is not responding to my emails which is very unusual.
After years of optimism regarding IMM, I've finally sold out at a 97% loss in my investment. Incredibly disappointing to see what's happening for long term holders but especially more so for the sufferers.
How could a company get it so wrong???? Oh, I've just remembered, Tim McC is in charge....
Good luck to all LTH's here and Lupus sufferers.
The answer WAS WHEN CEO WENT
Tim has basically screwed us all. Remember company being slated for lack of communication and him saying they were going to improve that. Not
Silence from the company says it all
... delisting...
I think Incanthera must be taking up a lot of his time too with their new commercial deal. IMM clearly not in his sights atm.
Tim is probably too busy focusing on his new snake oil (4basebio plc). Can’t even get one plc off the ground and hes trying another one lol.
