My portfolio will explode, massive rises all round, multi baggers all over the place, then I will wake up and get on with the housework. Zzzz
Found another one.
more like bloody hijack
i also would like to know what happens next so do i i bought in at 4.33p gutted to say the least
Has anyone got any idea, what happens next? I have got some % of my investment here.
check the news! it's been floating at the bottom of the pond for almost a year. the recent bounces were simply games being played to up the price in order for the majors to get rid of holdings. They didn't really have much to sell other than some crazy dream: "ahh yeah, anyone fancy doing some kinda intranet learning thing for kids? - ok sounds like a good idea whats the concept?. "Well, I thought we could sucker some education providers into a free format that works akin to a social networking thing but only within the school boundaries". So how we gonna make money?. "Advertising I would imagine". Sounds great but what if nobody wants to advertise? "then i guess we will start charging" What if the schools then baulk at the charge element?. "Oh then we go bankrupt. Cheers IMJ (I AM JUICED) you have provided me with laughter for quite a while now. Here is an ode to you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d7AilmVoX5Q
please explain what is going on with this share
Well in answer to my mail on the 3rd. Yes it does stink. Did they know about this before they put the loan down securing the assets and IP knowing this was going down? If so, FSA should get involved

Dodgy this....!!!!
now to sell the product which looks rather unlikely based on the last years shenanigans. Saw the huge drop recently and thought of buying in then did some sniffing around to find that the product was not worth much due to imj wanting license money - rather than making money from advertising as is normal in todays society. Huge market to tap schools and colleges for marketing and imj have not utilised it at all. Could open doors for another forward thinking company to open the gap imj has left ajar. GAME OVER HERE!
"Debra Morris' loan will be secured on IMJack's unencumbered assets including its intellectual property. The terms of the loan were declared fair and reasonable by the company's independent director"........end of company....bye bye assets and IP......admin imminent
Does the latest RNS stink to anyone else? The loans are put against assets. If they dont pay then the loanees get the assets including intellectual property on the cheap!! Sneaky way of getting assets when it goes into admin?
yes still trading, to be honest i have not heard much in the last few weeks about what is going on, there has been good movement up in share price till 2 days ago not sure of the drop maybe someone else on here can tell us why, last few weeks seen a bit of buying
though they died a while ago, anyone got any news on the currents situation as the swings are rather tempting
big balls mate to be in anyhow....... Spread is too wide for me... you know MM's only do this to give themselves an element of leverage as a result of uncertainty... The withdrawl of Government funding within the Educational arena has hammered a huge nail in here. Had a good look.. but not for me chaps... Plenty of stock to look at around this price with a little more upside... All the best fella's....
To be honest - not gonna make my fortune if I sell at this point so may as well grow some big balls quickly !!
Goverment pulled educational funding.... The guy shelling out £25k to keep it going..... Someone bails £21k a couple of days ago... The writings on the wall me thinks....... But then this is where the people with huge balls make or loose fortunes
anyone know where this share is going
I got out of IMJ last December at 3.53p, at a 50% loss, having read everything I could find online about Mr. Morris and his projects, including ImJack when it was Amteus, and also Jeftel. It was one of my very first AIM buys, and a salutary lesson to me in researching properly before I part with cash. I've monitored IMJ with interest through the suspension and relaunch, and would not reinvest myself even at the current price (though if it did take off I would be delighted for those invested here!). I do wonder what Tanya Byron and Anthony Lilley think about their brief involvement with ImJack/Kwercus, and their hasty and low-profile severing of links shortly afterwards. I'm honestly not deramping, but I would urge people to research the history of this one very carefully indeed before making any investment decisions.
its on the front page of their website - suppose everyone in their sector has had to change the way things are funded with government shake ups !
Do you have a link to this list of 'sponsoring companies'? ..........I find it very difficult to believe that they are successful with their 3rd commercial approach in 12 months..... Previously was advertising.......then Govt sponsorship.....It smacks to me of not understanding the market at all
Had a look and all I can say is you must have a hell of a genius for a son then... and looking at their sponsorship list, if those are the sort of companies backing them I'll be getting more while the prices are down hehe
